I have rented here several times previously and the check out process was so time consuming and the app didn't work very well. This time was very different, they were adequately staffed (friendly and knowledgeable as well) and they revamped the check out process in combination with the app and it was very quick and efficient so I was pleasantly surprised. The return process was quick and easy as with great service. The one remaining weak point and this is a corporate issue not a local one is the Uhaul phone app is still klugey to find the right location and times for your needs and because the app doesn't appear to save anything from previous rentals I have to re-populate all my info every timeTimothy M.

I scheduled my U-Haul reservation at another location, but since they didn't have the truck and times I needed, they sent me to the Burnet Rd. Location. When I made the initial reservation, I was told I could have the truck for 24 hours, but when I got to the Burnet Rd. Location. I was told they didn't do 24-hour reservations on weekends and told me I had to have the truck back by 2pm instead of 7:30om. However, Tonya was great and she works her butt off.Lori B.

Although I have rented vehicles from this establishment for close to 15 years. The resident manager has always been a pretty good guy and treated customers Fair. However the current staff is abrasive at best And some of their new check-in policies have created a terrible customer experience the staff bludgeons your email account with multiple emails after you rent the vehicle with all their new policies they don't tell you anything in person then when you show back up 5 minutes late on a Sunday they closed the doors right in front of you when you're walking up with your key and laugh!!!! They charge you for an extra day unless you have access to a computer and you can log in and check in your own vehicle this unbeknownst to me I did not have a computer nor did I have my cell phone they charged me for an extra day and they were hateful I mean hateful and I'm a senior citizen 66 years old they made me angry too I will never recommend you all to anybody ever this store should not be allowed to operate under this type of premise ever I'm telling everyone.........JOSEPH H.

Website let me choose a what time I wanted to pick up my truck. When I showed up at 8a, my chosen time, the app told me I have to wait until the store opens at 9am. The person helping me move had to wait an hour, I had to adjust my entire moving day schedule, and it added much unnecessary stress to an already stressful day. I contacted the TruckShare number, and they informed me there wasn't enough lock boxes for self-key pickup and someone from that Uhaul location should have contacted me to let me know. No one contacted me. I spoke to a manager at the location who said she apologized but there's nothing she could do for me. I felt deceived and this was false advertising. I will recommending that people find another moving truck company that actually respects their customers' time and patronage. This is no way to treat long-time, repeat customers.RYAN R.
I picked up at 7a and returned at 5:45p. I had estimated a return time of 5p. A supervisor said â€œno problemâ€ & told another employee to deduct the extra charge. The employee was new & didn't know how to do it. The owner then told me his name was on the building and that I was paying for two days. And the wouldn't even let the staff unhook the trailer until he spent 5 minutes typing in his handheld device. Worst experience at any uhaul ever.Lee P.

Sales manager forgot to provide us with truck review sheets stating how much gas was in the truck. Sales manager was suppose to email it to us but never did so. When we picked truck up it had a half tank of gas but we had to fill it back up because when we returned the truck. The same sales manager tried to charge us extra due to gas being below full. I advised by an employee on the location and he does this option to customers or try to charged them extra.Quentin D.

Our move-in experience was very positive. Everything was as advertised so there were no surprises. We realized the unit we had selected on the 2nd floor was too small, but Norvell quickly switched us to a larger unit. The process was confusing and the staff gave me different information than had been provided by the website. I had made a reservation for a specific unit but when I arrived they said they did not have any of that unit available. Thankfully I was able to get a suitable replacement on site, but my reservation was completely useless and made the process confusing. Also the cashier said that locks weren't provided so I bought one, but then one was in my unit when I opened it. Also I had asked about if I need to give a notice before I intend to vacate and they said I didn't, but then a sign inside the unit said I did need to do that. I was told I would qualify for a free month over the phone with a U-Haul employee and I made sure to call and make a reservation to make sure I qualified.
