People where not rude but they didn't explain anything about the return procedure. I explained to them that I would probably return the truck after hours. The gentleman told me to download the app and follow the instructions, so I did that and the instructions did not indicate where to put the keys so I figured to lock the keys in the truck as they would probably have a spare. Now I'm being charged a extra $100. Not a good feeling for a misunderstanding.cesar C.

I went through the May flood in 2015 and the Harvey flood in 2017 and in both cases i kept my goods at this facility. I closed my last unit on Sunday Nov.14. The reason I only rated the location as "average" is that it wasn't the location I selected 6 weeks in advance and I had to drive 15 miles to pick it up at this location. The original location I selected was only 1 mile from my home.CHARLES W JR P.
I initially scheduled with Meyerland location but when I called to ask a few questions the customer service shown was horrible. I cancelled at that location and scheduled at the Bissonet location. When I called to confirm that the truck will be available the gentleman was so polite and helpful and then when I picked up the truck it was a breeze as well as dropping off the truck. Rude Employees Except one older Gentleman. He was very nice! But two extremely rude ladies one named Melonie. I will never ever rent another Uhaul and I plan to tell as many people as possible how very rude and unprofessional the employees are at this store. They expect you the customer to know the prices they expect you the customer to be there exactly at 9am and they are no even there on time to open there own store. No this was so unexceptable. Will NEVER get another UHUAL will rent a truck or enterprise truck or pay a moving company after there rudeness. However I do again want to say there was one older Gentleman and not the manager he was rude to a very older man like in his 60/70 who went got the truck he was so very nice and helpful and the only one who wanted to work. Its a shame how the others treated him demanding when he was the hardest working. I want my money back for the extra day I was charged because one the lady was late to work and Two i asked if I could use the night drop and she said no but I don't know why?Deymis C.

It was very disrespectful one of the workers in there is very disrespectful she did not check the equipment if y'all go there make sure they check the equipment because you will be possible of something that you didn't to the accuse me and my husband hitting a tree and messing up the top of the truck when she didn't even go over the truck to make sure the trucks didn't have no issues for nothing she just went by what the truck had from what the last person had and she tried to say that we hit the truck now they trying to tell us we have to pay for something that we didn't do so yes I have my lawyer on it they are very poor service they are not the place you need to rent a U-Haul from because you would not be satisfied the truck we had made a whole bunch of noiseYVETTE A.

I was overcharged i returned the truck with the gas amount and it was clean yet i was charged 84 dollars fees i didn't even know were added plus i didn't surpass the millage eitherdarwin A.

When I walked in the clerk asked me why I wanted to change it from a mobile pick up to a inside after removing her drawer ans stating she was about to count it down. In customer service your customer shouldn't be made to feel as though she is bothering you. The gentleman was very helpful & provided a lot of detail. The entire experience was frustrating. The people were rude and argumentative. They would not allow me to use my bank card (not prepaid) with a VISA symbol to secure a cargo van which i had previously done at a different location. When I pointed that out I was told that the other location broke the rules and he wouldn't rent to me. Because I needed the truck for later times in the day this location was my only option. So i got on my phone, made a reservation. Entered all the info. Drivers license photos. Credit card, etc to lessen contact with the agents inside. Upon my 2nd arrival I was still treated rudely. I was made to provide my DL again and photos were taken. I was asked to insert my CC although I had already provided all the information online. It is now 3 days later and I get an email from the location this morning with a copy of my contract (a little late I've already returned the truck) and a new charge for the original amount is reflecting in my bank in addition to the total amount paid in full that had already been charged. The location claims it is a hold amount and basically told me its my problem and to contact my bank. I rented 3 weeks ago at a different location and it was a smooth easy process with only 1 amount charged at the time of drop off. It's shameful that all locations are not held to the same standard.Lisa R.

This is not the first time I had booked an u haul but this was the worst treatment I ever received. I would never ever go back to this location of uhaul. I felt compelled and harrassed. I had only used the uhaul for just 6 miles and hence pumped a dollar in gas. The manager there told me that I will be charged 6.5 $ towards gas charges . I told him that I just pumped a dollar in gas as I used the vehicle for 6 miles in total. He told me that , it was not even a gallon and charged me 6.5$ for the same. I did not resist as I had no time to waste. Just paid the amount and left diplomatically.BIJO D.
