CHARLES Y.The truck we rented had an issue with the heat from the engine coming in through the passenger side, bottom of the dash even with the heat turned off but otherwise everything was great.

I was signed in very quickly and the guy accepting my return was just as prompt and friendly. all of this on a monday. there was a chip in my windshield but that wasn't bad at all and that is the reason i said the equipment wasn't maintained. far better than the last u-haul i was at.

James K.Trailer I rented had two burned out marker lamps and the trailer overall was in rough condition. Parking lot has numbs that will jar your teeth out. Seems like overall this place could use an update. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Oxana M.I still have not received my email receipt after dropping off my vehicle yesterday. The attendant asked if I need a receipt, and I told him I needed one but just an email one would be good. He replied he would get the vehicle checked in and send the email right away. That was about 12:30 EST.
Jerry E.U-haul does a good job balancing costs and prices.It's nice that the trailers are cheap. Money is tight, and the savings are passed onto customers.
John Z.You need to work on your staff! They are extremely rude and weren't willing to work with me in the slightest. I just needed one more hour with the truck and they said they are charging me the full day. I understand company policy to a degree but come on! Have some decency. They talk to your like you're dumb too. Will not be coming back to this location again!!

Josh L.I'd sworn off U-Haul after a series of terrible experiences years ago. But this trailer was in great shape, the rate was low, and pickup and dropoff were relatively painless. My only complaint was the repeated attempts to upsell dollies, moving blankets, boxes, etc, etc. I had to decline them at least two or three times between reserving the trailer and picking it up. Seriously, how much of that stuff do you think I'll need for a 5x9 open trailer...

lara P.When I picked the trailer up the guy that helped was was rushing putting the trailer on my truck he didn't make sure the chains were wrapped correctly and didn't connect the wires all the way I drove from Michigan to Texas before I make it out of Michigan the chains are dragging on the ground sending sparks everywhere under the car because there are scraping the ground By the time I made it out of Michigan to Illinois the wires come disconnected and the lights went out on my trailer so Unfortunate if my mom wasn't behind me I would've never known and I couldn't gotten into a really bad car accident all because someone was rushing not making sure things were completely done correctly this was the worst experience I've ever had and a scary one at that I'm driving miles away and lights go out on my trailer I have pictures of the wire not being connected correctly and half way burnt off i recommend that next time your employee should take his time and hook things up and make sure nothing is dragging or loose to the point of even being able to come out because what of the next person isn't as lucky as me to have someone notice the issue
