We were so happy that the facility was still open when we arrived because the mobile pick up wasn't working. The guys helped us quickly get our rental and we were on our way. Great staff.

The main office at someone's dining room table does not have any idea what the true providers are doing. Clients should be referred directly to the location providing service for completion of service. The call center provided incorrect everything. The call center was useless. Alpine was great.

Need more than 1 person working. When I picked up and when I dropped off, the were a few people ahead of me and only one person working. Things went smoothly overall due to starting my reservation and doing most of everything online.

There were a few items broken (dishes and containers). I could have not pack them very well. I moved from MI to TX and was told delivery would be July 3rd. I had to call on July 2nd to see if delivery would be July 3rd. The person said no, because of the 4th of July holiday. Thee person said it would be delivered July 8th. I said I had people set up for July 3rd. I could not get people for July 8th (Monday); so I asked for July 13th (Saturday), since I could get more people on the weekend. I was told I would get $50 dollars for each day not delivered. Instead I was charged for 1 month storage (even though U-Haul advertised 1 month storage free). The person who used the truck before me had smoked in it...so it didn't smell the best. Not sure what could've been done besides air freshener or something of that sort. I'm hopeful that been noted and the previous drover incurred a penalty/fine.

your employee who checked me in and out (same) was incredible! was personable and a lot of fun. basically, a truck is a truck, your employee made my experience excellent.

When I dropped the truck off, the attendant said I could simply leave and an email with final bill sent in an hour. 26 hours later I still have not received the final bill. I had to check my credit card statement to find it. This is my only complaint

Due to other location at 4000 alpine ave n.w Grand Rapids mi the store employee was not present after I did a customer call in for reservation. I went to the location and it closes at 6 the employee left at 5:45 pm the security on site informed me. So I went back to this location and the worker was able to help me out in a timely manner.

The price in the ads is a little misleading. The cost of the rental jumped 15 dollars just printing out the contract.

Customer service, treat customers with respect, I feel like I over paid. My fiancé was there a couple weeks ago and only paid $50 where yesterday I had to pay $75. The over all experience was not good and I will not be coming back to that location.

Forgot my moving blankets. After being transferred to the wrong number, I tried to call the store manager. His mailbox was full and wouldn't accept messages. Finally got someone at corporate to help. What annoys me is that after not getting what I ordered, they didn't even fix my order correctly. They credited the cost of the blankets, but not the sales tax. Granted, it's on 60 cents. But, for my trouble I would have at least expected them to get that right.

I was unable to upload pictures of the damage on the vehicle prior to accepting the contract. When I tried to dispute the areas with differences the app did not accept the dispute. If your app only works with new phones or I phones you need to get something else. The pickup also smelled like smoke.

It said it expressed input your license and information but when I got in to sign paperwork it a joke they ask for the same information when I’m trying to get the trailer. So if the express don’t work then don’t ask for my information.

The young man at this location was extremely helpful but he was the only employee there at the time and he was trying to do everything by himself. Kudos to him but shame on management for poor scheduling.

Charged $31.50 for an 1/8 tank of gas. I took pics of the mileage and fuel before and after. I will dispute this with my back and U Haul. I got screwed last time I used you, shame on me for trying you again. Never again

I stood there while the "manager" talked to an employee for 5 minutes about stuff I can only assume could have waited until I got my paperwork done. I had already registered online and paid in advance so I didn't have to wait long. The older guy that helped me hook up was great though.

YOUR 19.95 rental cost me 65.00 I had the vehicle for less the 2 hours. was charged extra, for insurance , I have full coverage. I would not rent here again. I felt taken advantage of , and your call center, was a joke,, I was trying to get info, and was told I could rent a 8 inch truck, I was so confused after that I had to go to the store. big disapointment

The trailer that I had rented, although was adequate and functional for the job I had to do, was a little beat up. The sidewalls were shaking back and forth as I drove down the road. The top rails were bent and rusty. The tires looked like they were fairly new and all parts of this trailer operated smoothly. It just looked old and worn. The employees were fast and friendly and had me setup and on the road quickly. Overall an excellant experience as always.

All I want to say is that trailer was fantastic. Easy to hook up, I loved how you could stand on the steps around the outside. I really liked how the wheel wells were on the outside of the trailer. Nice touch on the ramp with the easy gearing on it for lifting up and down.

The website tricked me into paying double for my rental because it did not inform me that one way cost was over double what the cost would have been had I returned it to the original pick up location. Considering I had to drive right past the pickup location directly after dropping it off on the other side of town, I would not have chosen this super expensive package had I been aware of the insane price difference. When made aware of this management did not aid me or refund me at all. I was completely ripped off and I am super angry about it.

Really slow service. I did all the required online registration for express pickup, which saved me time once I got to an employee, but waiting in same line behind 4 other customers that did not do this meant 30 minutes wait. There should be a line for express pickup reservations.

I had used this company to help with my move, put down $100 and my charge was 65.34 never got any return back then had gotten another charge on my card saying i had them more money without my knowledge or consent. I will never use or recommend your moving service to anyone you rip people off of their money. Please be aware of extra charges on your account after using their service.

I returned the truck on time then the next morning was woken up to a phone call very early saying that my rental was due back the previous day and I was questioned why I hadn't returned it. I state that I had and they needed to fix this immediately. Staff seemed totally clueless. It was stressful and a hassle for me and they called way too early. Very incompetent and annoying

Pickup and Drop off Dates reported from the website and phone app are not the same as what is ultimately contracted. Not the fault of the location. There is problems with the web and app at the corporate side.

After getting the hitch done Saturday, I was under the back end looking at the wiring because they had given me barely any length to work with when connecting to a trailer. Upon inspection I noticed they had used a single zipstrip to keep the wires in place. The bulk of the wiring was hanging in midair with some of it laying directly on the driver side muffler. Overall a decent job done on the main hitch but they need to pay attention to how they are hanging the wires and how much they are leaving for the customer to work with.
