Denise Ausma and crew are the very best I've ever met. They took care of my storage for three years while I was in and out of Vancouver area. They are in four kills which is very convenient for me. I finally moved out after deciding to relocate to kelowna. Denise was efficient friendly and help me. In fact her son-in-law who also works at Uhaul got me my truck to get back to Denise. I have dealt with 3 uhaul locations in my area recentlyâ€¦ the difference in service was night and day different, with this location being a breath of fresh airâ€¦ one of the others didn't have insurance on the trailer I had booked online, and the other made me find and load/connect the trailer myself, when I had never done so beforeâ€¦ and to top it off when the lady at this location hooked it up for me I realized I hadn't done it right at the previous locationâ€¦ which could have been disastrousâ€¦ funny how I wasn't asked to rate these other locationsâ€¦Jack D.

YOU SHOULD GIVE US A FULL TANK IF GAS FOR EVERY RENTAL. NO MORE GUESSING HOW MUCH TO PUT IN. JUST FILL IT UP AT THE GAS STATION NEAREST TO THE DROP OFF LOCATION AND YOU'RE GOOD TO GO. ALSO, THERE SHOULD BE A WAY TO BE ABLE TO RENT FOR LINGER INTERVALS WITH A LOW CREDIT LIMIT. I HAVE A $300 LIMIT ON MY CARD. I WANTED TO RENT FOR A WEEK. EVEN THOUGH I COULD PAY FOR MY ENTIRE RENTAL COST UP FRONT ON DEBIT, YOU WOULD NOT LET ME RENT FOR LONGER BECAUSE I COULDN'T PAY THE WHOLE THING ON CREDIT. I TRIED PUTTING EXTRA ON MY CREDIT CARD TO TRY AND GET AROUND MY LIMIT. STILL DOESN'T LET ME GO ABOVE THE $300. YOU LET ME TAKENIT FOR SHORT TERM ON A SMALL LIMIT. WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE IF I USE THE SAME CARD FOR A LONGER TRIP IF IT IS PAID FOR AHEAD OF TIME?Sarah P.
The driver window stuck and wouldn't go up. Something wrong with switch I think. I had to get the customer service man to help adjust the exterior mirrors for me. There was rat decal and urine smell all over my stuff and I have been emailing to let them know I already removed my things and I was charged for sept rent and moved way before the rental due date. we were renting first time via mobile checkout , didnt know how he process works with the alternate number so my husband gave his dad's number and we got a call from the rep on dad's number, As our dad cannot communicate very well in English so when he passed the phone to me the rep was so rude instead of explaining who is calling and for what reason her first line to me when I said hello was "yes go ahead I am listening", she did not reply to my hello or explained to me why she is calling. i found her service to be very rude, she lives in a multicultural country so needs to understand that there can be language barriers so she needs to be ready for all kind of situations and not loose her patience like this.Amandeep G.

When I first picked up the vehicle, I was a little a little offended when they asked for a second phone number and contact information. Perhaps this is policy, I don't know. Always had a great and smooth experience at this location. Rented trailers from here multiple times and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I specifically always go out of my way to rent from hereDarren W.
If possible uhaul should have some sort of system or plan .... transferring trucks or vans to customers peffered location if the customer says the location is too far for them or something when there is no truck or vans available at the locations closer to the customers. So customers can save the money for the kilometers the travel to drop-off or pickup the rental equipment. It would be much better and customers will be happierGurjant K.

The only comment I have is regarding the online drop off. I did this while driving away from the lot and there was no option to upload a photo of the required interior, exterior etc.. I had taken these photos when I dropped the truck off not thinking I would have to take them as I completed the form online. It would be nice to have an option to upload.Jennifer K.

Denise, was most helpful, the unit is larger than we needed and it was clean (small stains on floor would be normal) the only issue we will monitor is a wet area along the Block wall portion. This past Saturday I went to get a bigger unit than I’m currently in. Last weekend I was told that there was a unit but I would need to be cleaned first. I said that’s fine I’ll come next weekend to swap units. Fast forward to the following weekend. My unit wasn’t clean, there was broken peanut shells and dirt in the unit. I had to ask for a broom to sweep it out myself. Also the latch to close my unit wasn’t lining up properly so I could put a lock on it. I brought it to the staff attention and they can’t get a maintenance guy in until Monday, it’s Saturday, so my unit will be unlocked for the time being. What was offered is to put a van up close to the door of my unit. There are gates and cameras and I do feel some what safe, but no discount, fees waived or curtesy insurance as an offer for something that’s out of my control and should be done and checked by the facility. You are providing a service I’d hope that at the minimum it would be clean and all units are in proper working order. I’ve had no issue getting my original locker a few years ago.
