Abdul rthe customer service was excellent, however the layout of the storage lockers is far too tight together; u haul trucks are parked everywhere, making it almost impossible to drive to one's locker; why not keep the not in use trucks on a lot somewhere else? it was very difficult for my mover to get to my storage locker because of all the impediments; other than that, i have no complaints

Shamieem AThis was the worst uhaul I've ever worked with. They gave me a truck with half a tank of gas and told me it was fine, and then double charged me and now I have to fight on the phone to get this refunded. No parking, unhelpful staff.

PRABHDEEP GI am so unhappy with my experience. My pick up location got changed the night before my reservation. When I went to the pick up location in the morning, nobody was there and nobody answered the phone. I had to spend time on the phone with U-Haul while I was supposed to be moving. I didn't get my truck until an hour after I had it reserved and the third pick up location was 3 km further than the last one. I did not get any discount or anything for the stress I had while trying to get a truck this morning.

ROGER BVehicle maintenance and safety management MUST be a priority for customers. Uhaul doesn't have that.Vehicles and equipment are not safe. Vehicles break down,appointments missed, time lost,money lost that just my experience. Please be safe.

FAHED AThe service was poor. Wasted my time. Booked for night 10 went to location no truck found. Contacted with customer he rebooked from other location when reached location found the dolly requested was not on truck. Than again went in morning to pick but the location was not carrying the dolly which I wanted somehow have to adjust with the small dolly. I was asked that 50$ will be given on not fulfilling. But it's been 2 days haven't got a call from any on the manager from both locations.

Bernard D | Overall ExperienceWe had a reservation for 9:00am. A long line up with only 2 people helping . Noticed some que jumpers. We were 45 minutes before leaving. Front right tire was low as it showed on the dash. Took care of that and finally got going. Was told we could incur additional cost if we returned after our scheduled time. After close to an hour before leaving we were late getting back but in the end there was not a late charge. Tried to do the ap but with no luck

You know is where it is but it turns out after all that I was having a friend move stuff and I trying to do this for a little while bailiff throwing stuff away with the process of trying to sit through that, but everything you guys are great. Yeah you're super super accommodating and I would definitely recommend you guys.

Christina W | First Impressions- booked over the phone, the rep booked truck and storage for October 30 instead of September 30 as instructed - couldn't even get the first month free promotion because the original booking was a mistake, and there were no uhaul trucks available in the entire Metro Vancouver area for our moving day so had to pay for both storage and more expensive truck - the storage I booked myself online was not available on site because there was a lock on it and the staff didn't even know who it belongs to - staff asked me to check the storage myself, after the long walk there and back I told them it's locked and they wanted me to walk all the way to show them in person again - after speaking to management, staff gave me a key to the lock, and after driving the truck to the storage, realized the key doesn't even fit in there, and had to get a different and smaller storage - wasted over an hour on moving day to be able to access the online reserved and checked in self-storage - no idea why this isn't a fully automated system with a smart combination lock that automatically changes between clients to ensure more security, and have the one remote staff controlling it all online to avoid all these issues

I booked my 10x10 units two weeks ago, only to find out upon arrival with the truck to be unloaded, that Uhaul office didn't have 10x10 units available. One day before the check-in date, I received a message, which asked me to check-in online and get a free lock for my unit, but when I clicked on that link (same day it was received), I was prompted to complete my check-on process in person. My company has a long history of working with Uhaul mainly on truck rental side, so I was to hear from the Uhaul employee that storage reservation, actually doesn't reserve the unit. Then why do you have the reservation process at all?!!

I was getting collection notices saying they were going to charge me and charge a late fee!! I find it appauling that A) I could not get through to anyone to advise them for weeks!!! B) that the staff is that out of touch and C) that customer service said I had to be the one to contact the surrey location when all the calls were getting redirected from calling the surrey location's number to customer service!! BRUTAL organization and will not rent from Uhaul again due to this poor service!
