We apparently came at a bad time regarding staffing because we had to wait for a walk-in rental, and we felt bad for another customer who appeared to just want to buy boxes. It was very scary loading my low to the ground car onto the hauler. U-Haul may wish to rethink the ability for my make and model to use that auto haulerJensen L.

They gave me the wrong drop off destination and there was no place to put the key so I had to drive clear across to town drop off the key the guy that I went in and set up the U-Haul with was very rude for the guy that was there that gave me the key was very niceEvelin W.

Didn't appreciate having to drive an extra hour because you didn't have the vehicle I reserved at the location I requested. Especially did not appreciate not being informed of this until I picked it up. Guy in front of me in line has a reservation until 2pm. The guy at the counter said someone else needed the truck at 130, and asked the guy if he could be back early. The guy said he'd try, so the U-Haul worker said, "just have it back by 130 and we'll split the difference" I used the van to clean out my deceased parents garage. It didn't come back super clean. The guy ASKED ME if I was going to clean it out for him. I said no, I used the van to move shit, he said there's a $25 cleaning fee. I said I'll pay that. Weird experience overall, and I will not be back.Nicolas G.

Nothing. I rented Uhaul two weekend in a row. Each time I rented from this location there was some kind of customer issue. The man at the counter was AMAZING! The first weekend I rented someone came in without a reservations and was being rude. The manager handled him very well. He asked questions to calm him how and got him going. This past weekend a customer was returning a rental from another store. He was cussing and being rude in general. The agent/owner from your store fixed what was wrong. The customer was still complaining. I just wanted to leave a positive review because the uhaul agent was fixing someone else's mess. Your owner/agent represented your company very well. I deal with disgruntled people all the time. He went above and beyond the call of dutyChevella P.

Had to wait 30 mins before I could even leave so that they could fix the front tire and clean the broken glass out of the truck. Then as I'm leaving I find out the seat belt connector is broken. Then when returning the truck the fuel gauge wasn't responding and ended up over filling the truck. I attempted to see if there was any middle ground we could come to on the bill with the manager, who promptly responded â€œwhat makes you think I want to help youâ€ all because I finished my question slash statement explaining it with â€œif you'd like me to continue using uhaul.â€ So thanks to your management at this location I will never again use your lack luster business. Seems every time I rent there's always something not right about the situation.Wayne W.

I usually find that the team tends to take on the same attitude as the leader. I had the displeasure of speaking with Brian, the manager, at some point during my rental. I have rented here several times in the past few years and Brian is always unpleasant, discourteous, and just has the overall sense that he would much rather be doing something else. Unfortunately, his high-turnover staff always seems to take on this personality as well. Thanks goodness for self check in/out as it decreases the need to have to interact with people that do not want to work there. On a separate note, Noah (if I remember his name correctly) was the type of person you would definitely want interacting with your customers. He is definitely the good kind of opposite of the entire team, in all ways that matter.Anthony H.
The ignition had some problems. The attendant when I checked it back in said they had a problem with someone trying to steal the ignition so they had to replace them all. The key would not turn it sometimes and it took quite a while to get the vehicle started. But other than that everything was great.scott D.
