Manager should've explained how to get the truck back. Police had closed down colonial drive,& would not let us in under no circumstances. It took us 2 hours to return the truck. I had the worse experience ever. They gave me a broke down truck! It started shaking. The engine light and tow/haul light came on while driving. When I finally returned it, it was smoking from the engine. I'm very disappointed!PATRIA G.

I stay in Orlando fl Sunday it was 90 degrees outside and the air on the uhaul did not work they didn't try to give me any compensation for it or anything. The fact that they probably knew ahead time is even worse. I am a woman moving a two bedroom apartment by myself. Highly would never recommend for you guys again.Shacora G.

The truck was filthy, used mask in the truck a used comb. Food packets. I actually had to go to the gas station to put gas on the truck because the truck was on zero gas. The oil change light was on.JASON R.
When we arrived at the location, we had to walk around the outside to find help. One employee was working on a car in the bay. He stated someone was on the property and continued to work on the car. We walked to the other side and a customer stated he just told the other employee was out back and was coming in a minute. This wait time made us late for our appointment. The same situation happened when we returned the truck. I had to locate an employee. I am a frequent renter and this by all means is unacceptable customer service.KARLETTE K.

The vehicle needed servicing. It pulled greatly to the right and without cruise control made for an unpleasant drive. Also during the drive, the Voltmeter started dropping like it was losing electrical power. I was almost afraid to turn the vehicle off that it would not start againRobert K.

The van I was rented had a bad tire pressure sensor. I was sent out on the highway with this so I was not able to tell if I should be concerned or not. Also, the van leaked. I traveled through several downpours and the back of the van floor got soaked which ruined the boxes and chairs that were stacked on the bottom. Very disappointed.DAWN W.

The staff was awesome. I drove from my home in Windermere as this was the closest location that was open . I didn't catch the name of the gentleman that helped me but he made it a positive experience. I have used u-haul before and never was treated with such courtesy and professionalism. Thank you to this staff and especially the young man who helped me hook up the trailer. Will definitely be back.Daniel A.

I returned 3 unused packages of moving blankets and was not given a credit or refund. I even returned the truck a day early. Kind of disappointing.MICHAEL M.
As soon as we got to the place we noticed it was jammed full of trucks. I was dropping off a trailer and the guy at the counter told me to take it to another location. I refused as I had to be somewhere and it was not my responsibility to drive around town to drop off a trailer that Uhaul told me to drop off at a specific location. The blame should be on Uhaul who told me to drop it off there. You might want to invest in some inventory management software for returns.Jeffrey W.

Josh was supurb and went above and beyond to make my dealings with U-Haul acceptable. I had issues prior in a different state at U-Haul and with the misinformation from the people that work at the 800 #. Josh is extremely knowledgeable with the products and general information and his customer service skills are excellent. The call center ladies need to brush up with learning the correct information and not be so patronizing.LAURA T.
