When I returned the rental, the guy that checked me in was rude, claimed that the rental was smoked in, overcharged $100, and gave no receipt. When asking him why so much, he got really snarky and rude and that's when he accused me of smoking in the truck. The truck's sensor for low air in tire was on and when I told the guy about it, he said the tire was recently replaced and the sensor was not reset. The only good experience I had was the person I rented the truck from. Honestly, I'd rather throw everything away than rent a truck again from this experience.DODIE H.

My order location was changed without being given a heads up, so the morning I went to pickup, I had to go to another location 10 mins away to collect the van I ordered. Also the tires needed to be filled as soon as I started my trip, so that delayed me by another 20 min to get that taken care of.SAVANNAH M.

Dropped off after hours. The app says to look for an orange box to drop the key. Should be updated to also say â€œor door slot key dropâ€ to avoid confusion. The door slot key drop didn't close and it didn't appear safe and secure. Overall, easy drop off process.STEPHANIE L.
Friendly staff, easy rental. Entire experience took less than 15 minutes to drive out with the truck. I tried Fluid beforehand and had a real hassle trying to rent one - ironically considering I had thought it more convenient at first. ¡Gracias!MARK L.

The app does not work well. Functionality is spotty at best. If we are being directed to use the app over in-person. The app needs to work better. I tried to use the app when I was dropping off the truck late at night. I couldn't get it to work at all.Timothy T.

The guy running the place when I returned the vehicle was quite unfriendly. I returned the pickup cleaned very well and undamaged but the minute I left the lot with my ride home, I found out this guy decided... on his own with no consulting me...that I owed an additional 130.00 for a â€œscuff and small dent on tailgate.â€ I found out when my card was declined for the damage bill minutes later. Not only did I bit damage the truck in any way, The damage is flat out not on the vehicle I would've noticed something like that when I picked it up and when I was doing my final walk around on it before I dropped it off. I am not paying this charge and because they keep trying to take it from me I'm probably about to have to replace my card to keep them from stealing it from my account the second I have the amount in there. Had I caused the damage I would be willing to pay for it but this is not happening because I didn't do it. I will not be using this location again nor will I be using any U-Haul again Unless this invoice is amended to reflect that I don't owe that money.Angela J.

I returned the trailer after the location had closed and tried to verify the return through the uhaul.com/share website but it repeatedly stated that I needed to have an account. I tried numerous times to set up an account with a password but kept getting the message that my "session time had expired" even though I had not taken more than 45 seconds. Consequently, since I wasn't able to verify the return online, I was charged the $20.00 fee.Allen S.

Paid to rent a dolly, wasn't in the truck. Paid for 3 dozen furniture pads only got 6. Paid for 2 mattress covers only got 1. Tried the chat with location and no one responded. Emailed customer service no one responded. I haven't received a refund for items I didn't get. Will never go here againAaron G.
