Hey there First I want to say Cara the manager and her staff were fantastic. My only complaint is the cab of the U-Haul smelled like cigars really bad. The overall customer service was atrocious. We scheduled a 10ft truck for a pickup a week out. Twice the truck was changed on us without our permission, and then it took us contacting the Scheduling department ourselves to address and fix the issues. Finally we arrived at the original pickup location to get our truck - and it wasn't turned in. The Uhaul rep on site was useless. We drove to a separate UHaul site, and the reps there were outstanding - switching our pickup location to them and giving us the truck they had on site. Uhaul the company was atrocious but the staff members on site were amazing.MARLEE Z.

When I make a reservation and it is confirmed the night before, I would appreciate U Haul telling me they were not going to be able to fulfill the order. The truck was there but I had to make a 40 minute round trip to go to an additional U Haul location for the two wheeled dolly, moving blankets, and furniture dollies.Jon M.

I'm extremely unhappy with the billing policy that we, the customers, pay for a full 30 days with no pro-rated option. Your "so-called policy" requires a full month rental fee even if the customer has the UHaul box(s) in transit and is delivered AND RETURNED TO FACILITY one day into that month period.fran G.

Belligerent employee.MIMI called just after 8am did not identify herself until asked, she demanded the truck. Originally it was not due back until 1000. With the problems at the pick up I was extended a day. She said no, she had a customer there for pickup! I called the reservations desk, they saw the notes about the extension. I brought the truck and trailer back a few hours after the call because I was so angry. I was exhausted, but did it any way. I just wanted to be done with this company!Lawrence W.

I have been over charged for a second time; my charges keep changing despite what is on my receipt. I got a second 15$ charge days after returning the van.KATHERINE S.
The online/mobile reservation is completely useless. I would have been better off going to the counter with no reservationSEAN W.
Rent the customer the correct vehicle. I had noticed the odometer mileage didn't match the contract. When I returned the van it was determined they gave me the wrong vehicle and I had to wait while they figured it all out, changed the paperwork and charged me with the correct mileage. Truck drove terrible and rattled every time of 30 mph. I was not greeted when dropping off and I was given direction but to leave the keys in the car when I had to approach for direction. Was charged a $25 cleaning fee for a clean truck. Won't be using this location again.SCOTT B.

The driver side rear tire was low on air and had a slow leak requiring air to be added twice. I would recommend testing psi of each tire prior to rentingGERALD R.

Horrible experience. My experience made me so stressed and upset. I called the day before and spoke with a representative and they said I had a truck confirmed and a U-haul storage at my destination. When I arrived the representative said she had no idea of a storage or a drop off location for the truck. That left me scrambling the day off to hunt down a storage unit. I had movers waiting and on a time crunch. They could not give me a drop off location for the truck so I had to Google one on my own that was the closest. When I make an appointment for a truck and a storage unit I expect to be able to walk in show my ID, pay and be on my way. Not sit in the lobby and call around for a storage unit on my own. Also the U-haul storage unit I wanted to go to on W. Waters Tampa, told me to hold when I called and then hung up on me. I kept calling and they would pick up and hang up. Worse rental experience ever.JEROME M.

I need someone to call me ASAP. I will not wait another hour to speak to someone. I was just charged AGAIN!!! For what?! No clue! 619-808-2951. And when will I get my refund?! Some feedback it is very stressful to move you spend thousands of dollars and you're signing contracts and you're reading through things quickly Â it would have been really nice for your representative to say hey make sure you have it back by 1 because their return time is the time that you rent it out When I rented a U-Haul trailer from Austin and brought it to Florida they were so cool and they gave me an extra day and even the place that I dropped it off was cool also. Â they didn't care what time I brought it in and then all the sudden I'm being held to a different standardÂ it's not the same experience Â I thought if you had it back by close of business that it would count and I guess that's not true I should have been told this Â I did not know this and was charged an extra day and just put a sour taste in my mouth Â no one took the time to be courteous and point that out Â I never saw that in the contract and now I waited on hold with U-Haul for someone to tell me that it was in the contractÂ no one seems to care and $20 makes a difference Â I've put in a formal dispute to have it be refunded Â I would like for that to happen please for me to be a promoter of your business Â please let me know Thank you, KKevin H.

No one ever contacted me to advise there was a problem, so I wasted my time going there.
