Truck drove terrible and rattled every time of 30 mph. I was not greeted when dropping off and I was given direction but to leave the keys in the car when I had to approach for direction. Was charged a $25 cleaning fee for a clean truck. Won't be using this location again.SCOTT B.

Horrible experience. My experience made me so stressed and upset. I called the day before and spoke with a representative and they said I had a truck confirmed and a U-haul storage at my destination. When I arrived the representative said she had no idea of a storage or a drop off location for the truck. That left me scrambling the day off to hunt down a storage unit. I had movers waiting and on a time crunch. They could not give me a drop off location for the truck so I had to Google one on my own that was the closest. When I make an appointment for a truck and a storage unit I expect to be able to walk in show my ID, pay and be on my way. Not sit in the lobby and call around for a storage unit on my own. Also the U-haul storage unit I wanted to go to on W. Waters Tampa, told me to hold when I called and then hung up on me. I kept calling and they would pick up and hang up. Worse rental experience ever.JEROME M.

I need someone to call me ASAP. I will not wait another hour to speak to someone. I was just charged AGAIN!!! For what?! No clue! 619-808-2951. And when will I get my refund?! The staff was amazing very nice very pleasant to deal with and helpful. Usually mornings are rough for everyone before your cup of coffee and these staff members were the greatest. The young lady and gentleman that were working put a smile on my face and made me laugh most pleasant people to have working for you all I would definitely recommend that they get a raise.TIPHANIE S.

Some feedback it is very stressful to move you spend thousands of dollars and you're signing contracts and you're reading through things quickly Â it would have been really nice for your representative to say hey make sure you have it back by 1 because their return time is the time that you rent it out When I rented a U-Haul trailer from Austin and brought it to Florida they were so cool and they gave me an extra day and even the place that I dropped it off was cool also. Â they didn't care what time I brought it in and then all the sudden I'm being held to a different standardÂ it's not the same experience Â I thought if you had it back by close of business that it would count and I guess that's not true I should have been told this Â I did not know this and was charged an extra day and just put a sour taste in my mouth Â no one took the time to be courteous and point that out Â I never saw that in the contract and now I waited on hold with U-Haul for someone to tell me that it was in the contractÂ no one seems to care and $20 makes a difference Â I've put in a formal dispute to have it be refunded Â I would like for that to happen please for me to be a promoter of your business Â please let me know Thank you, KKevin H.

When I arrived for my scheduled installation date of July 29th, the facility didn't have my tow package in stock. No one ever contacted me to advise there was a problem, so I wasted my time going there. I was charged for gas, despite refilling far above what I needed to very frustrating, manager was supposed to call me back and didn't. It's a small $10 issue, bit shouldn't happen and should be corrected and have the courtesy to call back when told it would happenROBERT D.

All though I gave this location a above average rating I would never recommend making an appointment online to anyone. When I showed up for my appointment they didn't even know I had an appointment at 11:00 am. My hitch was not even there and was apparently on back order for 6 to 8 weeks. Cara the manager did drive all the way to New Port Richey to get one from another dealer. The online and An individual store need to have better communication. I planned my whole day around this appointment and my keys vacation plans where almost ruined. I do really appreciate what Cara did to make it right and the corporate office should thank her for saving a customer.Ayron M.

Light plug was damaged on the trailer causing stops on the freeway to wiggle the wire to get the lighting back on. Needs fixing, I notified drop off location where the wire was damaged.David R.

The person i dealt with was rude did not explain anything including the return methods even when i inquired. Didn't show me how to hook anything up just did it and i had to explain she had the chain to tight it was going to skip around corners. Wen i tried to call to discuss being over charged they answered and put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up i called back same issue finally i called a third time and finally went to the national number where i was on hold for no kidding 1 hour and 4 minutes i will avid any and all contact with haul in the futureâ€¦.Laurence B.

The agent notified me prior to pick up, she then followed through with the current renters and kept me informed the entire process. They had the equipment cleaned and turned around so quickly! - Pods were not delivered on-time - The two Uhaul Boxes were delivered on one trailer, so someone could've easily hooked their truck up to the trailer and drove out of our driveway with all of our belongings - Driver that delivered the 2 Uhaul Boxes to our driveway, tore up the grass in multiple locations throughout the yard. We were about to sell our house and needed it to look it's best - I could not get through to anyone through the Uhaul Customer Service line to confirm/schedule the Box pick-up, I kept being transferred - The Uhaul boxes were not picked up on time and I had to go into the Avondale Uhaul store to get someone to pick-up. I kept being transferred and put on-hold (for 2 hours one day and 1.5 hours the next day) - I also believe I was overcharged for the Boxes & Move Overall, it was a pretty terrible experience. I hope Uhaul can put more organized processes in place and the proper resources, so no one else has this experience.PETER H.
