Had a crack on the windshield that the pickup Uhaul did not record. I tried to go to the site to record it but could not. When turning the trick in to Beavee valley Mall Uhaul hey said I would have to pay for a crack. It was on the window when I picked it up. McKnight never walked around the truck or said hey you have a crack by the way. BS.

Thoroughly go through order details such as drop off location. The employee should clarify if the trip is one way or if the equipment is going to be returned back to where it was picked up from to ensure the customer knows where to drop off equipment.

Only complaint is that the 26 ft truck was simply old and in poor physical condition. The ride was rough and bouncy which is not good for fragile furniture.

Make sure truck is clean before giving to the next person. I picked truck up in the dark. The next morning I noticed broken glass and dirt and rocks in the bed of the pick up.

When i rented the uhaul, the woman told me to fill it up to 1/4 tank becuase it was less than 1/8 of a tank and she would give me a $20 off the bill. I agreed because that works out in my favor. When i returned the box truck, the guy who checked me in put that the gas was at 1/8 of a tank despite me returning it with 1/4. I disputed this at the time with the woman and we both went out to the truck and confirmed that it was filled with 1/4 tank of gas. She tried to give me my $20 back, but said because he checked me in wrong, her manager would have to do it the next day. I left my phone number, 412-627-0402, with him in order for him to call me back and confirm I got my credit which he never did. You all got me to put extra gas in your truck for free, and now i am out that $20.

When I made my reservation online, I chose a pick-up location that was closer to my house. We drove there at my pick-up time to find out there wasn't even a uhaul location there anymore, just some old buildings. I had to call to find out where my actual location was to pick up the truck was, which was 30 minutes away from the house. We drive out there and get the truck. They never do an inspection on the truck with us before we drive off, and claim the gas tank was full. We returned the truck and they charged us for having to fill the tank up when it was never full to begin with. Overall the experience was more of a pain the ass and I was charged more than I needed to be. It would have been nice to not be able to schedule a reservation with a place that doesn't even exist, instead of having to having to rack up miles (that I get charged for).

Communication was extremely poor. After initially placing order via web site, I was unable to reach this location on Mc Knight road via phone on several attempts. I then had to stop in person to seek follow up answers to all my questions, to confirm hitch was ordered, received and date to install was confirmed.

PARKING HAS ALWAYS BEEN AN ISSUE AT THIS LOCATION. IT WAS AN OLD GAS STATION THAT WAS CONVERTED MANY YEARS AGO AND HAS OUT GROWN THE ORIGINAL FOOT PRINT, ANYWHERE YOU PARK TO P/U EQUIPMENT, YOU ARE GOING TO BE IN THE WAY. AND DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT LEAVING YOUR VEHICLE THERE WHEN YOU RENT A TRUCK. YOU HAVE TO GO DOWN THE STREET TO ANOTHER STORE AND TRY TO CROSS 6 LANES OF TRAFIC OR WALK BACK DOWN THE SIDE IN THE GUTTER. HELP THIS LOCATION OUT, MAKE MORE PARKING AREAS.

The whole mobile ordering system was flawed. We waited over 30 minutes in the morning trying to get the truck we reserved. The person wasn't responding to my messages and it never said you'd have to CALL someone to get the driver approved. I had the truck reserved at 8am because I worked at 9am. Needless to say I didn't know it would take so long. Redo your mobile ordering or let people know that it might take very long to get the truck.

The next time I reserve an appliance dolly, please make sure the location has one. It's also frustrating when you're told to return the truck with the same amount of fuel, but have no idea what it will take to get the level back to what it was.

The location itself is dangerous, there have been several accidents near that location. The lot is so small it's ridiculous. There are way too many vehicles on site for the size of that location. The vehicle was mostly clean except for some candy or food stuck on the steering wheel. The windshield was very smeary, messy. BUT, the people working there have been great every time I have had to rent a vehicle.

When we picked up the Uhaul, the person checking us in had a little bit of an attitude. We placed our reservation for a truck online and the system had some of our information wrong. We told the person which items were wrong and they said that's what you put in the system with an attitude. They also had an attitude when we didn't understand the timing of when we needed to return the truck compared to what was online. I would suggest having employees that have a bit more patience when dealing with customers.

Once in contact they perform. Virtually impossible to reach by phone. No facility to leave a message; auto disconnects after about two minutes of hold. I had put a contract for hitch installation in May 2021, was warned of delay in getting parts @1 month. Promised to call when parts in. Checked back in July. They ha not called, I could not reach by telephone, went to location and they told me while they had a contract number, there was no information.are entered contract info,promise to call. End of August, try to check again, no communication. Send message to corporate; They forward to location requesting contact wit me. No response.Contemplating cancelling contract in person. 9/13/21 location finally calls and makes installaton appointment. All went well. Unsatisfactory customer communication interface.
