The lady at the U-Haul center was very rude and she just didn't want to be there she was on the phone the whole time and mad me late for my job she was very unprofessional

When I picked up the truck the guy was very helpful. I had no intentions on using uhauls dolly but there was no seal on it so I figured Uhaul was going to charge me anyways like you did. When I dropped it off one of the ladies was very helpful but the other lady isn't a people person at all. Other then that everything was good, I usually only deal with this uhaul location.

Fire the lady that works there. She is rude, not welcoming, and incredibly argumentative! I took pictures of the odometer/gas before I pulled off and after I parked it showed her the proof and she still argued with me about how I didn't put gas in the truck although there was more gas in the truck when I brought it back than before. She is highly unprofessional and should not be working with the public at all. I would have given more stars because the guy that originally helped me was great but she killed the experience not once but twice.

The lady that helped us was the most rude individual I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Not only was she rude. She mumbled through the entire list of instructions. She never walked us out to the truck. We had to take the sign out of the window ourselves. It was the worst experience with uhaul I have ever had. I will NEVER go back to that location and she she be fired for how she treats customers.

I was literally given the truck on fumes 2 miles to empty. I wasn't even able to make it down the street I ran out of gas and had to have a friend call AAA to bring gas to make it to my destination. I should never have to do that. It cut into my moving time and was just an all around inconvenience. The truck itself sounded like it was going to fall apart was jerking and stalling it is a hazard. I won't use this location again. It's very said because my family and I have used Uhaul for years but my last two interactions have made me not want to use again.

I was told I didn't have to pay for the gas on the phone but in person I was told I had to put gas in otherwise I'll be charge almost 6 dollars a gallon also the engine light was on and it came up an error message as well that starts with an S I told the rep that as I returned it and he seem to not have cared I also was told I could possibly have the dollar environmental fee waived but I never could get them on the phone as well because of the long hold time.

I had to reschedule my move to an entirely different day, because despite having a confirmed reservation, there was no equipment for me at my scheduled day and time. The only reason given by the customer service rep/cashier was "there's just no truck." A notification of some kind would have been extremely helpful and I would not have been so angry about the missing truck. I would never recommend this company let alone the location to anybody. I wish I had just hired a moving company. I had to reschedule not only the truck but also my movers, and had to arrange accommodations for the night for myself, my pets, and all of my items since I was moving my residence and therefore had no place to stay. Moving is already stressful, and the way U-Haul conducts business and its rentals made the experience horrendously worse.

The woman you have work in there for customer services absolutely unprofessional and rude. Not only was she sitting at the counter with a scarf on, but she had an attitude she didn't give iContact and she talk to people like we owed her something she was trying to service two customers at a time which made it definitely difficult. Her attitude was outrageous. And the way she spoke to people well I'll just put it the way It was ghetto like we were one of her friends or like we were getting on her nerves she had a different tone with different type of people she spoke with. And as a black woman, she thought I was OK with it and I definitely was not, and she kind of felt it when she began to talk to me because I stood in line and watched her speak to a white man like he was little to nothing, as well as a Hispanic female. As I was standing in line, she yelled out if you don't have a reservation make sure you have a major credit card. If you don't I have nothing I can't help you automatically assuming that I didn't have a credit card because I didn't have a reservation which I do so maybe you guys need us to do some customer service training with your representative because I've heard some stories about this place and it hasn't been good. Not quite sure if I'll be returning to use your services.

The mobile experience needs improvement. It is not contacted. Honestly, I would want see whose getting the keys, too. Thanks for service it is steady, and fast. Also, allow the other vans to be available without major credit card.

Stop charging higher fees in-store as opposed to the online and customer service quotes which are substantially less. I took pictures of other damages in/outside the vehicle that were not available on the web contract just to cover my tail.

We had an awful experience at E Ridge Rd that this locale had to rectify. We will likely be renting from this locale going forward. E Ridge Cancelled our order and we spent 3 hours trying to get 4 rental trucks. Poor Lake Ave had to deal with the issues, but was able to get us vehicles. I will say though if you can get them an additional staff member to assist that would help your team. The current team hustles hard to help everyone.

We rent from this location regularly. We reserved 4 trucks to be picked up after 10AM on 9/21. They cancelled all of them because we weren't there by 10AM. This has never happened and we always have been able to pick up after the initial time. They just cancelled and spent 3 hours of our life trying to get this rectified. It was an absolutely awful experience. The staff did what they could but were left hanging high and dry by their leadership who cancelled this. Then when they rescheduled to pickup at another locale they put in the wrong date, then that location (Lake Ave) had to fix their error.

Lower the lock box. After I finished the check in, the app sent me a four letter code that would unlock the padlock so I could get my van key. My key was in box two, in the upper right corner. I'm 6 feet tall and I had to stand on a bundle of firewood that someone has left in order to unlock the padlock. If I had been 5 feet tall, I would've needed help.

I Rented a U-Haul for 1999 I did $14 insurance I see I got $59 and change for the mileage I'd like to know what the other $28 was for there's a $28 charge that and I don't understand what that was for I definitely feel like I was overcharged for this rental please get back to me as soon as possible very unsatisfied with the charge is on this rental

The employee had a very horrible attitude. I was asking her some question regarding the rental process. She completely ignored and went on counting her money and she knows that I was talking to her. The equipment is very dirty the wheel is just nasty and I was charged for the cleaning fee even thou the 10 van was in a very bad state to begin with. The sun blocker was broken. There are nasty grease everywhere. Terrible terrible experience. The women employee had trouble with a customer when I got there and I should have listen to the customer and take the complaint number to call her supervisors. She should be fired. I was left alone in the store and no one was up to assist me.

Your vehicle was clean enough, but the cab smelled like ”ass” and the light had been left on making it extremely hot inside. Took me a while to figure out how to turn it off. I know it's hard to maintain vehicles in a manner consistent with a private vehicle. Lavender might be nightâ€"lolâ€"at least a light mist of Fabreeze to neutralize.

They were flexible with a reservation transfer (the other location forgot to put the keys in the lockbox for me). They were great at making sure the truck was cleaned, swept, and all liquids filled for me!

The uhaul I got was extremely beat up. I took it anyways, because I flew from Philadelphia to pick up my belongings from NY so I could move. Within 2 hours, I noticed the drivers side headlamp was not working. I called this location, and they said to take it to another uhaul to fix it because they couldn't. I drove to 3 other uhauls in Rochester, NY, all which said they could not fix it because their techs went home or they couldn't work on the vehicle because it wasn't from their location. I was told by an employee at the last location I went to, to call roadside service because they had to come and fix the problem. I was supposed to leave that day to get into my apartment in Philadelphia. This had already eaten up 2 hours of my driving time, so I decided it was best to stay in Rochester. A mechanic from roadside service eventually showed up with a tow truck. He was given the wrong info from the roadside assistance/ dispatch, and was planning on towing the truck. He got upset about uhaul giving him the wrong repair information, and stated yelling at me. I was already upset, so I started crying because I'd already been having a lot of trouble with uhaul. He went to go get the right part from a store and fixed the issue. I couldn't get on the road when I was supposed to. Overall, it was a bad experience.
