I was waiting in this facility for over 20 minutes, after being told I needed to wait for the â€œinspection to be doneâ€ and finally got fed up while all three employees sat out front yucking it up, walked out and asked if we were good.. just infuriating.. pitiful, at best!Gregg M.

3 reservations later and your employees never got it right. Made the first reservation over the phone correctly but was called by 800 uhaul representative even before the first called ended. This individual was convinced that I could get a cheaper charge her way. She canceled my first reservation to attempt the LESS expensive way. It was not cheaper so she went back to the first idea. That's where I got screwed. She said she switched me back but could not send an email confirmation because too many emails had already been sent. Wtf??? So, the day before my reservation I did call to see if I had a truck. Yes!, was the answer. I showed up on Friday afternoon and was told there were no trucks available for my type of rental. Again, WTF?? I was told to go to another location 10 miles away in dallas Friday rush hour traffic. These guys were clueless as to want I wanted but set me up with a 1 way rental when I needed to return to the originating point. I'm leaving out details but this is pretty much the story. Penske would have been easier. Oh, btw, I think your truck may need it's breaks checked. They were squeaking on the last 2 days. I mentioned it but was told these things often go unchecked due to your high rental volume and lack of time for maintenance. Good luck to the future rental occupants if this 26' gal.Joe S.

Honestly, The customer service was amazing! I was treated like a person instead of a number - which is awesome - but the only reason I'd give it a four star instead of five is because - the trailer that I rented was super greasy - I didn't realize it til I got where I was going I'm sure one might say - â€œwell you should of checked if firstâ€ right? Well no? I trusted the trailer would of been checked by people that get paid to check it so I guess we both dropped the ball - I'll take credit for my mistake how about they take credit for theirs? At a quick glance which was all I could give it because I was in a rush it looked clean - til I got where I was going then stepped foot in the trailer and almost fell - I was very disappointed but couldn't go back and complain - it just was what it was and lead to this reviewAdrian R.

The Staff on this day, were all men, they were rude, no one was inside the store for 8 or more minutes. They want you to do all the work, go find your truck, inspect it, take pictures but the app doesn't work correctly. My truck needed air in the tires, and the gas gauge amount was not correct, it was less, I told him that and showed the picture I snapped with my camera, and all he said was okay, I'm still standing there, waiting for new paperwork, nothing.. This employee who gave me the truck instructed Me to go find the Guy outside, luckily he was right there cleaning out another truck, and tell him to add air, the air pump didn't work , so the Guy outside told me to tell the employee that registered Me, to give Me another truck, I looked confused and upset because I'm already late, because of them,now you want Me to go back & forth like I work there. He took My key & returned with another another truck key and was like here you go. So unprofessional, be mindful I have a contract on the other truck, not this one, I definitely don't want to return, but it's the closet one, I'll make that extra drive to another store, the entire staff need to go back to training.Kimberly B.

The location was fine. The truck was unsafe and the tank wasn't even half full. More regular vehicle checks should be done. We are lucky we didn't have any larger issues according to the road side assistance tech.Erin C.

The pickup location I reserved was on 8th street in Dallas which is only .08 mi from my home. It was reserved for 11am. The agent did not arrive until 1115am and then informed me my reservation was several miles away from home close to mesquite Texas my conformation for pick on my email said 8th street. This was a huge inconvenience to have to drive further out to pick up the truck this also caused me to go over on my mileage I will refer budget rental to anyone I know moving forward plus they are cheaper and do not charge mileageRomey C.

Very nice staff. Very busy, especially during this time of month... so listen and CYA for improvements. We had a couple of corrections needed for contract needed - Add ins, correct drop off location that we didn't catch before finial payment. Once at truck asking about pictures and insurance? I was told to call 1800-go-uhaul due to location being busy. Call uhaul and wait is 40 minutes. I have to drive, I can wait for call back, but last one took longer than promised. So this was beginning of a very long day. Please verify, verify, verify before final payment that's a CYA!Sweet H.

My Uhaul was stuck in front of another Uhaul. There was no way of backing it up without hitting the one next to it. I told the employee about it and he told me "it's not that bad. You can do it." He then proceeded to back it up for me and he hit the mirror on the truck next to it, like I knew would happen. When I got inside the truck, I was looking for a way to change the mirror because I couldn't see anything. It took me a few minutes to realize that the mirror was pushed in from when the guy hit the mirror backing it up out of the space.Michael F.

Just make sure you have enough representatives to work behind the counter to improve the customers that show up on time to pick up. The General Manager AUNGELIQUE VICKERS @ 7015 Ferguson Rd. Dallas, Texas 75228 is very good at what she do with her work ethic, I PROMISE BEFORE GOD, I have not seen anyone who can do the work she does while serving customers. We picked up our trailer from this location to tow our car. The employee that helped was extremely unhelpful and condescending. He could not care less to show us how we can load the car onto the tow trailer, and when we asked if he could help us with it he said "that will be $20 please. cash or venmo only." He proceeded to help us load the car on the tow truck, and I expressed concern that the car was wrongfully positioned and the chain was not secure. He said it should be fine. Later, another employee (Derrick) came and told us that we should re-load it. He was EXTREMELY helpful and the only reason that this review is not a 1 star. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgable.Deja H.

The person who took my tow dolly was rude and did not explain the process of returning; he acted mad when i asked for a receipt. I felt like a nuisance. I then returned my truck the following day, Saturday, and they did not send a receipt until Monday. The receipt stated that I kept the truck for additional day and charged me an extra 59 dollars. I am very upset and would not recommend this location to anyone. Soiled my thoughts of the uhaul brand.Jonathan Y.

Equipment # JH2496M needs to be taken out of service, it's in such bad shape it rattles at 50 mph . This rental was a two day rental but returned it the following day. Got to location at 8:30 am was waiting for front desk personnel to get on site to close out my rental & adjust my charges for only one day . Was told by a short Hispanic Male that I didn't need to wait they would know I only had it for one day . Well I received my final receipt for the rental and it showed I was charged for both days . Called Customer Service and they credited my account . Also was told by this short Hispanic Male that whatever blankets I used I needed to fold them up or I would be charged $ 20.00 so I did that but when I left I read my contract and nowhere on it does it say that . No worries I want be renting anything there again & I sure will not be recommending anyone I know to go there .Reginald T.

Service writer was exceptional. Delightful attitude even when faced with slight inventory shortage (out of furniture dollies). Went above and beyond calling other locations. Uhaul corporate systems integration, not so much. Y'all need to call Oracle or SAP for RTI systems help. Ridiculous in this day and age that you don't tie your inventory systems to your reservation systems. Very poor customer experience from that standpoint. Used to be in the systems business. Retired. I made my reservation about two weeks ago. When I got there they said they didn’t have my reservation. I showed the the confirmation email and they looked puzzled. After about 30 minutes I was able to get my unit. The staff was all over the place. Trying to help two and three customers at a time. It was a free for all. Attention spans we’re all over the place. The guys at the counter seemed inexperienced and lacked focus. It was hard to get a straight answer about a direct question. The unit I was given is damaged.
