I arrived for my 8 AM reservation and no one was there to let me or anyone else in until 8:33 in the morning. That is 30 minutes after the set opening time for this location because the staff was late. After the staff arrived, one rep was jumping from terminal to terminal helping 3 people at once, which seems very unprofessional. You help one person at a time to give that person all of your attention. It was until after 9 that I was able to get my reservation and get my keys to the truck that I rented. Which was over an hour after my reservation. I would like someone to contact me about this poor service. The gentleman didn't even seem to care about his role or everyone else's time.Kevin R.

The air conditioning in the truck didn't work, the passenger door wasn't working were you can't put the key in to open it, no gas in the truck, and they where very rude not want to assist me with the problems I was having.BERTHA T.

Really disappointed in U-Haul. Location was changed type of vehicle was changed and the staff didn't seem to really know what was going on. Return, I had to wait an extended period of time, then the U-Haul person told me I could go that my receipt was mailed to me. After reviewing my receipt I discovered they check the Vanian at 2 PM when I had actually brought it in at 11 AM. I have time stamped receipts from the store I stopped at on the way home to prove the time. U-Haul owes me 1995+ tax for the extended period of time they charge me. Your agents are idiots! I didn't see anything that needs improvement, I was greeted friendly and owner was great. Took less than 5 minutes to check in. Return they greeted me and it was quick. Best uhaul business I have been too. Highly recommend them.matt W.

I am going through a crisis. The woman who is cyber stalking me had my U-Haul towed. I picked it up the next day from the impound and was loading my last load when uhaul managers showed up and demanded the truck. They would not give me the opportunity to speak. I asked for the cops they said we're there, but there were no cops. Just more U-Haul managers to bully me. I hate this company and will never use or recommend them to anyone. They don't care if someone is trying to kill you. BTW I was wearing a bulletproof vest because I am being stalked and they still treated me like trash.Jennifer A.

My husband and I are moving from Bryan, TX to Midlothian, TX and rented the 5x8 trailer on 5/20/2022. When my husband arrived the trailer we reserved had a flat tire so my husband was told he would be upgraded to the next size at no additional cost. We returned the trailer a day early and when reviewing the receipt we see that we were charged for the larger trailer but at the rate for that sized trailer and not at the lower rate. My husband will be going by the U-Haul dealer to speak with the manager he talked to the day of the rental pick-up. If the rate was not going to be honored then why offer to do so. My husband even questions the contract that stated the wrong rate and the manager said he would "fix it in the system". I guess he never did. Moving is stressful enough without having extra cost incur.Owen S.

My experience was a complete disaster. I will not use uhaul again. My location was changed and then I show up and they don't have my truck. I then am told to go to another location. They didn't have my truck as well. I then am told to go to another location that is 5 miles away from where I am moving. I wasted half my day on trying to locate a truck. I was supposed to pick up my truck at 9am. I finally got my truck at 3:30. The truck I got had no gas. It said it had half a tank. I started driving and realized it was actually on E. Terrible experience and terrible customer service who wanted to argue when I tried to explain my frustration on the phone.Joseph M.

My vehicle had a check engine light turn on half way through the move. We had to go to a different U-Haul change trucks after they said that 3 cylinders were missfiering then had to move cargo between trucks and then pay for more gas to get back to Dallas. At the end they only comped the millage and I still had to pay for gas ($140) and the cost of the U-Haul rental (around 50). Was told if he really wanted to he could have gone in and charged the total price. Overall took a lot of work to fix issues that were no fault of my own.Lennon C.

This location is horrible! They are renting their vans and only want a credit card to pay for their cargo vans and trucks. Which means the owner can't pay for their vans. So, they inconvenience their customers but telling them they have to pay with a credit card??? That's not my problem you leased your vans. I should be able to pay with my debit card (I do this weekly at other uhaul and always pay with my debit card, and I leave it on file!) and any form of payment to rent a u haul. I will never go here again. Trash! FYI this location is in the hood and hood people don't have credit cards! Lol. Your losing money!Erica H.

After talking on phone with agent, the discussed price was completely different then what we talked about. Like substantially greater then what was discussed to the point where I never could have afforded this rental in the first place it was almost as if I was lied to just to get the truck rented then didn't care what happened after that or return of truck. Will never rent from uhaul again nor will I advertise your business to ANY of my friends and family.Steven B.

They called me the day before the move that the trailer I rented wasn't at the location I had selected. I had to go farther away into an unfamiliar part of town. Not enough people working. Worst was that I had paid for 2 furniture dollies. They didn't have any dollies at all. Had to move all furniture without dollies.Sherrie H.

I made my reservation about two weeks ago. When I got there they said they didn’t have my reservation. I showed the the confirmation email and they looked puzzled. After about 30 minutes I was able to get my unit. The staff was all over the place. Trying to help two and three customers at a time. It was a free for all. Attention spans we’re all over the place. The guys at the counter seemed inexperienced and lacked focus. It was hard to get a straight answer about a direct question. The unit I was given is damaged.
