The staff went above and beyond to help me in a really stressful time, and they made my move so much easier. They were total rockstars.

The lady I delt with was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to assist me. I had a reservation for a truck at 915am when I got there at 930 the truck wasn't there. Even though I had a reservation they had no box truck available at all. She was able to get me into a van, and help me with the mileage and gas. Even though none of this was her fault She did her best to a accommodate me.

Took forever as computer was so slow. What is the point of doing this online if you then have to do it all over again when you get to the pickup location.

as long as Matt Christine (i think that was his name-big guy,reddish beard,green tip) works there i will NOT return, he gave me attitude and wouldn't give me my buy-back because i didn't have the receipts,which on Sun 9/22 i was told it wouldn't be a problem,BUT this guy made sure that he angered me so much,i just left them there out of frustration and I WON'T be back

Only one employee, the rental process is lengthy so a long time waiting to be waited on then you yourself has the lengthy process to go through.

We did not get the dolly that I requested and paid for and rather then refunding it back to me the guy I talked to said he would put more miles on there for me so that I could drive back over and pick it up. Even when i told him I was just starting to pack and I couldn't come back over.

The girl who checked us in was efficient and real helpful. I’m not so used to the area and haven’t rented before so she patiently explained everything to me and helped me out. Plus she did everything to help me find a van for the next day as I hadn’t realised it’d be so busy and hadn’t reserved. Nightly rated. Thank you!

Understaffed for the business the day i returned my trailer. Employee was friendly and apologized for delays. Not all customers were patient.

For one the cargo van seats had a lot of dog hair all over the seats and was not cleaned. The person that was working the morning shift has no customer service personnel and frankly needs to find a different job in something he is good at.

Have more help available people were waiting after me and the representative looked as though he was getting burnt out / exhausted. Having one rep is not enough anytime. And have bit better customer service. I asked for a certain time and it was not the time I asked for the trailer to be held and basically was told that it was and got a bit of attitude from the rep with the colored beard. I almost went to eagle instead.

The 20' truck I reserved was not there when I went to pick it up. I had to take a 15' instead. It actually worked out alright for me. When I returned the truck I told the woman that was working what happened and she gave me a very good price reduction for the inconvenience. I appreciated her great customer service!

almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. long, long wait times almost to the point that I went elsewhere. once I got through everyone was great, professional and accomadating but you probably lose customers because of the wait times.

I was misquoted on the trailer rental fee. This facility was not familiar with the U box procedures
