Nothing different, staff was friendly and rental was very easy
Friendly and Helpful Staff
I rented a pick up truck and dolly but there was a glitch in the computer and it took extra long to get my rental, they forgot to give me the dolly. I called customer service and they said they would make a note on the account and when I came back and also told them about dolly needed refunding they said they would take care of it but this receipt I got still has the charge on there. :(
Ryan is a monster and he takes no shit from anybody. Rock On man. Let's get you your own franchise!
Prices are trending up since I last rented here, but the service is always great.

Kevin Manager/Owner is outstanding. Provided excellent customer service and professional business approach from check out to check in. A pleasure to deal with this location!!! Kevin exceeded expecatations to ensure this move was smooth and competitive compared to other rental company options.
This wasn't our choose location AND they didn't have the truck size we had requested. The manager was helpful even though we didn't get the truck we wanted. I'd rate this location great but the fact that we had already been sent to this location because another location, closer to where we live, didn't have one. It was a frustrating experience which has nothing to do with the people in Carson.
I still have not received my recipt via email.
The Manager and staff were excellent! They helped with all of our questions, understanding our needs and providing great service. Highly recommend this U Haul location and will use it again if ever in need. Many other locations had negative reviews, this one did not and I understand why.

It was a little disconcerting that the Check Engine light remained lit. It would be better that equipment appeared to be in excellent working order.
Kevin, the manager, was the only person working the location. He needs help!!
Need More customers service, not just one..
My family & I needed to rent a trailer right around Christmas & also had questions regarding the hitch we had installed at your location & Raymond provided all the information we needed. Thank you Raymond for providing us GREAT customer service! If you visit UHAUL on Cherry & Carson Street, ask for Raymond.
I would have a display of your stats on U Haul rentals out of California - and to what other states. It may encourage moves out of state in the long run. Califonria is in trouble. Why not benefit from this sad situation. Bob
I rented a truck for charitable work I'm disabled and didn't understand the contract and it wasn't explained. I thought I was going to pay $40-$60 and it was over 200

It went well. I had to extend the rental over the phone and it was easy with no extra charges. Good service!
The rental boxes were very dirty. They were advertised as being cleaned between each rental. They were filthy. We had to clean the boxes before we put items in.
The gentleman who helped me was top-notch! Very professional and uhaul oriented. Very hard to find dedicated and good employees like this. Give this man a raise!
Very efficient service and staff. Was very considerate and understanding when I ran late returning the equipment. Did everything they could to help me.
The original location did not work and the website was useless. It took almost an hour on the phone to get help. Eventually the person helping us was good ( Vivian) who indicated a credit back to us due to above difficulties
Service advisor, (can't remember his name, was excellent.
Everything was simple and affordable. I already had enough on my plate trying to move by myself (a single mom) This place is great and worked with me when I was taking longer than expected.

The staff is great, everyone of them. Personable , considerate, professional, just nice people to do business with! If it were in my power they would get a raise and certainly a Christmas bonus .

I reserved a 26' truck and when I arrived that morning I was told it wasn't there. I was given a 20' truck, which was very disappointing because it caused us to make several trips, which made our day longer 😕. I was told I could keep the truck for an extra day with no charge, but I was still charged for it.
Where can I find my final paperwork/contract? I keep getting extra money taken out of my bank account?? Not happy and will be stopping payment as I don't understand why it went from $331 to $400 and ten an extra $64

Staff very smart and accommodating. Ray's got an attitude but he gets it done..
Thank heavens the man at the counter was there. He fixed all of the problems. From the reservation ( the woman was insane) to the trailer I rented (was not there) I could not say enough bad about my I haul experience. Ursula is lucky to have 1 employee who cares.

Nothing really. The gentleman that assisted me at check-in was very courteous considering he was by himself and was very helpful. The gentlemen that checked me out were also very courteous. So overall this location is above average in customer service.
I paid for a dolly and they didn't give me one when I called to let them know that location was already closed

everything was excellent
The mobile process took way too long. I could've completed my reservation in person in far less time than online.
We reserved our rental the night before and did the pre-check in which sped the process up when we went to pick up the truck. Personnel at facility were very helpful - we were pleased with the overall experience.
Just keep up the good work that I know now for 10years. I will always go out of my way to use this location.
Alex was great. Very helpful, warm and welcoming. Diego was the complete opposite. Low energy, unwelcoming when we walked in the store. He did not greet us is thank us for our business. He did not confirm the final method of payment, he just charged the card on file which was the incorrect card to charge. Per Alex we had the option to chard's but Diego never gave us the opportunity.
