Was lied to and told I rented an appliance dolly for 24 hours for $10. Come to find out, it needed to be back by 7:45 the same day I rented it. Sorry Uhaul, I'll find somewhere else to use equipment from.David H.

The equipment was kinda dirty when I picked it up in the cab. There was trash hidden behind the passenger seat which I'm assuming no one checked when they were cleaning the truck. There was some unmarked damage in a few spots on the truck. I will say the truck did run smoothly, the mobile pickup process was easy and so was the mobile return! I have one issue with it though, why is it there is no way to view the contract via email or via the website? It just doesn't seem to exist. I had to reach out through uhaul.com's Live Chat feature to have someone email it to me so I could properly refuel. I'll tell you this isn't exactly an easy way to get access to said contract, it should be emailed and be available to view online as well so people like me can refuel back to the right amount.GAGE R.

The mobile pick-up was not as convenient as expected. The process took a long time and when signing up for this, I wish I was informed about the length in which this would take.Isabella R.
The person helping me was clearly new. Rather than help him, the other employee (have to assume it was the manager), continued to help other customers who arrived after me. As a result, it took far too long to get the trailer. I'll go elsewhere next time.Doug B.

Extremely disappointed in the issues with mobile check in causing my already tight time table to be delated and meaning I couldn't finish my move. The store was helpful checking me in after I waited for the mobile app piece to work but it didnt. I tried all day to call the main uhaul number to advise of the situation but was on endless hold. The truck was not available to extend my time causing me to have to make other arrangements with people, vehicles etc. I also had to drive all the miles I anticipated plus extra without getting to all locations because of the delay, and didnt end up finishing what was needed. I asked the store how I go about submitting my request for atleast a partial refund and they said I needed to call corporate which I had been trying to all day. When I finally got someone on the line, she took all my I fo was very nice and said I needed to speak with the location to resolve. The same location who said I had to speak to corporate to resolve. Extremely frustrating as a customer to just be passed back and forth.KATHLEEN M.

We weren't sure we absolutely need a truck rental, so called around 11:00 just to get a quote. We were told a one-way rental from Woburn, MA to Dover, NH would be $89 with a $30 discount. When we later determined that we did need a rental and called back, the rep told us there was no $30 discount available.ROBERT C.

I would like you to know of my horrible experience prior to this. I made my I inital reservation with Mike at Keegan Auto in North Hampton. I received a email confirmation to pick up and drop off at this location. When I called the day before I was told I would need to pick up in Dover. Naturally I was very upset as I had made sure to make this reservation early. He failed to explain that I needed to answer call from uhaul to confirm. As I had called many locations to secure a truck I ignored any other calls and emails because I had a confirmed pick up. When I called Mike out on this he told me he doesn't get enough from UHaul to deal with this and hung up on me. I was enraged by this conduct and will never do business with him again. I would also think that given his attitude UHaul should cancel his contract as he is a negative impact on the company. I will say that they Dover NH location was a wonderful experience. The sales person was very helpful and polite. I would definitely return to this location.Thomas Q.

The check in process needs to be simplified. I had a second contact and the site said it was the same number on my profile so I needed to have another one and who has a lease agreement or passport on them when going to a uhaul location with contact free deliveryBrian H.

Not my fault that U Haul couldn't keep to the contracted reservation. Because of your company issues I'm being charged for the issue. This was a huge inconvenience to me as I had to make other plans to get a ride to Brattleboro to pick up the rental truck. I will never use U Haul or recommend your company for rental vehicles.tim C.

The truck had serious misalignment issues. The steering wheel and the tires were not aligned and I had a lot of trouble keeping the truck on track. Just to make sure my assessment was not wrong, I took it to a car mechanic and he also confirmed that there was a misalignment issue which also was obvious the way the front tires were wearing off. I do not suggest U-Haul trucks, because of safety.Mustafa Y.

I stood in line yesterday patiently to return the truck. At 1445 hrs a guy doing inventory took my key and said he would return it and I would get an email â€¦ Well I checked as the day went on - no email so I called at around 1720 hrs and sat on. hold for 42 minutes â€¦ finally hung up. Woke up this morning called again â€¦ after about 15 min a gal comes on BUT she is a central operator â€¦ says she will connect me directly â€¦ well she just connected me back to the same phone where I had to re-answer all the same questions again and sit on hold again. I see lots of negative feedback about this store so now I will have to drive there this morning and face to face make sure my contract was completed properly.Jennifer S.
