The online check-in system does not work. You require a 2-step authentication via email but the only way to check-in is within the email server. So it creates a continuous loop and when you get the password the login system starts over.

Make sure attention is paid to details when inputting it in the system. Initially, I was overcharged for my usage. I was charged for using a vehicle that I was initially assigned to but switched before I left the store. This change wasn't documented in the computer. The employee I returned the vehicle to was able to fix the problem, thankfully.

Location in a rough area of town for a night drop off. It is well lit however. UHaul customer service hung up on me twice when trying to change my drop off location to a safer area of town since I had to drop off after dark. Third time actually talked to someone who knew what he was doing but the department that could've helped me left for the day while I was calling back after being hung up on several times. This UHaul rental experience was terrible.

I left my wallet at the counter when I was there earlier in the day with $1,200 in it! I wasn't 5 minutes down the street when the guy called me and said I had left it and they had out it in the safe. I can't remember the guys names but they were there Friday afternoon. I can't thank them enough for being honest people and will continue to go to that location just for the honest staff.

Picking up the equipment was a great experience however when I was driving to my destination, my uhaul auto transport tire blew. I contacted roadside assistance (2am) and the gentleman who was supposed to come help me took over 3 hours. He admittedly fell back asleep after dispatch had contacted him. I think this is absolutely unacceptable. What was supposed to be a 3-hour drive turned into an experience that lasted over 9 hours.

The employees on Wednesday, 9/16 (didn't get their names) were very helpful. I had reserved a van online and they had the paperwork ready when I arrived. When I got out to the van, I received a texted link (to verify the condition of the equipment) and the link did not work . The manager says that happens and to not be concerned. It was very easy to drop off the van when I was finished. I was very satisfied with the rental.

The equipment I ended up with was fine but the first trailer offered had a serious problem with a cupped and bald right trailer tire. The tire would have almost certainly blown on the trip. The staff at the store were more than happy the problem trailer with one that had tires in good condition. That unit worked perfectly.

We went to the location on my receipt and it when we started the return it said we should be at Broad st so we drove 10 min there. The lot was completely full with no place to park the truck, my husband got stuck between trucks and it took us forever to get the truck back around to a spot we were still not totally comfortable with but we had no other choice. The rest of the check in process was fine.

I was charged a surcharge for the fuel not being enough although I had just filled it up to the amount that I had when I picked up the truck. The personnel did not inform me that there would be a surcharge and said everything was okay and I then received an email charging me an extra $8. I tried to dispute the charges but did not receive a reply to the email that I sent. Very disappointed with how that went.

The truck was very clean inside. Check-in was fast and easy. Chuck and Andy were great. They pulled the truck around the front for me. Honestly, after reading some of the comments, I was hesitant, but we had a great experience. Perhaps others should consider discussing their poor experiences before posting. Or better yet, go back in and discuss getting another truck. I am sure Chuck will work with you.

Tuck was extremely filthy.. Looked like someone spilled a dark soda and tried to clean it up but actually just made it worse it was all over dash and seats. I had to clean cab as soon as I left the lot. Not only that but employee didn't have nametag nor properly inform me of her name at all she was NOT WEARING A MASK for prevention of spreading Covid 19 virus.. I wanted rental for weekend use Fri Sat Sun. I was refused that and my 24hr reserved reservation was changed to a 23hr usage but not until i left lot.. Then I was charged 1 amount at pick up, transaction was approved on my card and I was given reciept key and truck was aloud to leave lot.. But everything was switched after I left lot.. Following morning a very disrespectful staff member contacted me about declined transactions.. Duh it was declined for the unauthorized transaction.. I didn't approve 2nd transaction to be taken.. Iim upset that less than a month ago I was given a quote for same type of truck for the 3 days for far less money but for some reason my Id was not approved I believe due to expired dates even tho I was told it wasn't the problem. But I got renewed id and got the money together again to rent truck.. So nowI'm being charged by that place 180$ and 5 days of declined transaction fees from my bank cause she refuses to stop trying to take a unauthorized amount off my card. And per reciept at drop off my fees where 132$ so I would like someone from management to contact me to address this issue as I've stopped any transactions from uhaul on my account until this issue is resolved..

The State of Ohio is under a public health order to wear masks in public spaces. No employees were wearing masks. One had a mask pinned to her shirt and another was wearing it like a chinstrap. The third did not have a mask available to her. This is serious, do better

This store has a great staff. I have been going there three or four Mondays a month for about 2 or 3 years. I rent a truck, usually a 15 since 17's are no longer in the fleet, sometimes a 20 footer. I use them to pick up our church food pantry order from the Mid Ohio Food Bank. Chuck and his staff are great. Professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. I appreciate working with them.

This is a dedicated U-Haul shop. Staff is committed to U-Haul and not another function. I left a few items in the van (My error as I was in my spouse was in a hurry to leave) and an employee called to tell me I left the item in the van. Quick call back so it saved my a lot of hassle and frustration if I would have returned to my home, 90 miles away.

Let the customer use remote check in when you say it was an option. I arrived at 7:15 pm, only to get a message that I would need to return in the morning. Thankfully the associate had stayed late and provided me with a truck.

Chuck the manager gave us excellent customer service! Very friendly and provided an experience that exceeded my expectations. I think this location could be better staffed on days where there are a lot of reservations, since the day we picked up our U-Haul there was only one employee checking everyone out which made our experience take longer than we would have liked. No one was in the office for about fifteen minutes and we had to walk around to find someone to help us.

THEY OVER CHARGED ME! I FILLED IT BACK UP AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR 7 GALLONS AND A $30 FEE WHEN I ONLY DROVE 27 MILES AND IF FILLED IT BACK UP DOWN THE STREET. I CALLED AND THE GUY SAID I HAD TO WAIT AND CALL IN THE MORNING TO TALK TO THE MANAGER. CALLED IN THE MORNING AND NO ONE WILL PICK UP. VERY UPSET.

Have more customer service agents at the store. Our local U-Haul location was closed due to Coronovirus. We were redirected to this location, and it became apparent that it was overcrowded. I waited in line for 45 minutes for my vehicle. Open up other locations.
