Be more specific when it comes to gas. I was told that the truck had to come back with the same amount of gas which I left with and when u did that they charged me 8$. I used the truck under 25 miles and pumped 2.2 gallons of gas and I was still charged a fee. I had mentioned to the first guy that helped me that the gas needle wasn’t where it’s supposed to be he said it was fine and but when I brought it back they charged me a fee.

I always fill out the Express field on the phone and get confirmation number and I pay with my debit card and when I get to location I have to waste more time from my rental hours giving the same information I field out in Express check out. There’s no Express check out then why waste my time filling out in the app before checking in, it’s a waste of time. To me time is money, and booking my rental was a waste of my money.

Terrible services. I could not get a truck when I needed. I needed to go looking for it.

First rental locationcalled at time of pick up to say didn't have trailer, second location had damaged trailer tongue and couldn't rent it after husband drove there to pick it up, third place had trailer with flat tire. Husband had to drive 40 minutes away in L.A. to pick up this 3rd attempt. Our move started 4 hours later than planned and so U Haul rental experience was a disaster. Also our drop off location changed from our original booking to a location that was farther from our house. Not impressed especially after I had confirmation that the trailer was available at each location.

Over all the experience for the rental was very frustrating. I did the order on line for a different location and it was confirmed until the u haul agent called me and had to find another location to that had the equipment to rent. Once Cudahy was confirmed a day before rental I received another call from uhaul stating they did not have the rentals for me at the time I needed after all. Once again when they assured me they can I show up at the location and the rep in the uhaul store states it was for 2 trucks. one 20ft and another 10ft. and states to me I can drop off same day after hours. I needed the 17ft as I ordered since the beginning and a auto transporter. Luckily They had it and again they stated I can drop it off after hours due to the Thanks giving Holiday. I did drop off after hours same day with the app and then it shows a 2 day charge for after hours. No one mentioned a 2 day charge if I drop off same day after hours. I would have kept the equipment if I would have known of the 2 day charge to use it for 2 days. I was very disappointed.

The new 20 minute return is terrible. I'm outside your location, which is a shady neighborhood for over 20 minutes taking pictures of your truck. while answering a QandA. THen your employee calls me the next day asking for the key after it's aready checked in. Told them to check the drop box. They found the key. THIS WOULD MAKE ME NOT USE UHAUAL ANYMORE. I've been using this location for over 10 years.

I reserved my 15’ van on another location due to availability they transfer my reservation to this location. The guy didn’t found my reservation. Looks like wasn’t transfer to them. Forget about it. He rent me the truck and specifically told him whe I was going to bring the van back he told was ok but i have to check out my self told me I need to download and app. Well due date to return the vehicle. Fortunately I finish faster that I was expecting so I got another representative to check out my contract. So I got and extra charge for another day and doble insurance. Really disappointed.

The staff is untrained..the manager speaks poor English. Treated poorly when dealing with a return. Had to call corporate to get help. Still dealing with it after 3 weeks. Rene, the manager, should not be in that position...unable to communicate with the client.

The system was down and because of this my rental time was decreased to lesser time. I needed the truck right away and I was out of your office an hour later than expected due to your system problems. Your staff was great but the fact that they didn’t have another option to register the rental was a big problem for me. I had to go pay someone else for the extra time I needed to move.

They charged me a $20 "after hours fee". I was there to pick up my trailer at the time I was given and it was no fault of my own that the employees took forever to provide service to me. I don't think it's fair that I was charged a fee. I am very dissatisfied with this, I will be looking for another company to rent from.

Online I was only expected to pay less then 50$ when i ended up paying 80$ And I turned in the car before the time expected. That’s false advertising if you ask me. Not to mention how many people must go through the same as I did.

The online description of the dimensions of the truck do not supply the correct size of the door opening. I traveled a 1000 miles only to find the UHaul equipment would not work as described and then I was charged for the truck and the insurance.

I asked 2 different persons at this location to change the tire on a trailer I rented from them because it was really bald the tire had no thread and was showing metal wire and they refused to do so. Told me I had to call roadside assistance to get it replaced. I am so upset they allowed me to leave the pick up location with a tire in such bad conditions, workers are not aware of the kind of accident such tire can cause. I took trailer like that since it was last one they had and needed it for the weekend. As soon as I left location called road side assistance to replace tire. Bad customer service had me waste my time when they could’ve changed tire in no more than 10 minutes
