Well I've rented from this location previously and never had a problem....I go to start truck and I wasn't able to start it---goes to get worked and he's like ya can't stick key all the way in.. I literally had the okay wkth the ignition to start 2257151008BREYONTA G.
The manager, Darrick was very rude and unprofessional. He had horrible customer service and was not willing to even resolve the problem I was having with my rental questions. However, the other workers were will to explain to me what I needed and resolve the problem.Tamyria M.

No one around to help. Location seemed understaffed. Once someone showed up she had a Bluetooth speaker blasting music and carried it around with her. Was very hard to understand verbally and constantly talked down to me when I asked questions to be sure I understood the mumbled directions on where to drop the trailered if everything was good and I could leave. Location did not have a working printer so I still do not have a receipt even via email.MICHAEL H.

The mechanic named TJ outside was a great help to us. He got all of the equipment hooked up quickly and with an amazingly friendly eager service attitude. He really impressed me and my wife. However, the woman inside on the computer was very negative. She was rude, and acted very irritated at every question my wife and I had as we tried to understand the contract, insurance, etc.SIDNEY G.

Well first of all the online portion of uhaul is terrible. I have waited to calm down to respond to this email. I made a reservation online. Then went to said location to pick up. was told they didnt have it. Called customer service and then had to wait till 5 pm to get the truck. Then I was told due back by 7 am and I know had to move overnight to get the truck back on time. Or charged untold fees. The lady said I shouldnt of used the online app . Therefore Im unsure why uhaul has it. called customer service. and told they could do nothing. I brought it back on time but had no time for gas so then encurred another penatly for that. If given the opporutnity and new uhaul would have lacked every bit of customer service I would do things differently.ERIK A.

Correctly charge mileage. From airline to12074 Newcastle Avenue its 6.8 miles. from Newcastle Avenue to 900 North street, it is 9.7 miles. When we got the truck it had 123809 miles, at North Street, it had 123826, from North Street to 7650 Airline is 5.8 miles.. Total miles traveled 22.5 miles. Gas gauge didn't jump from over full until we were on the way back. We did fill it back up. Give straps to hold down the dolly.ETTA D.

The service was friendly and helpful. When I arrived to pick up the rental, there was a long line; but when another employee came to help with the line, it started to move much faster. The physical location itself was a little clustered with boxes and other moving equipment. Aside from that, it was an overall pleasant experience.KYLE J.

allocate the mileage of the loading from that location if the customer pick up from your premises. I was in Zachary, picking up in Baton Rouge and on a one way trip to kenner. 20 miles allowance was appreciated but, there was still charge for going over which probably would have balanced out if the mapping was precise.GREEN D.
