The store manager needs to be more customer friendly.. I had an incorrect ball hitch, I did not have the proper tools to remove the hitch and did not help. I had to get a tool, remove the ball and purchase a correct size ball. I was hesitant to say anything as I did not to go any where else. This location was close to my home. I'll come again. I find at the per mile rate of $0.89 is exorbitant especially when you have to replace the gas you use. A 27 mile trip cost me almost $55. The advertised rate of $19.95 is a sham.LUCIANA M.

The employee that assisted me told me there were no reservations before I even had a chance to open my mouth. The website had said there were trucks available at this location but he insisted there were none. I went back to my car and called another location which then directed me back to the location I was at saying there were trucks available and the employee was lying to me. I went back in the office with a reservation number I was able to obtain after he said there were no trucks and the employee says â€œoh looks like someone JUST cancelledâ€ and I got my truckâ€¦ very poor customer serviceLianne C.

Need a quick detailer for vehicles. Truck was filthy before rental time and had damages that were not listed. But for the past four times I've rented from U-Haul each and everyone had something wrong with it before I took it off a lot that was not marked even a cracked windshieldEric D.

First the wiring harness was all frayed and wires exposed, the welds down one rail were broken, hidden fees, and I had to bring the trailer back to this location instead of any uhaul. What happened to the company? Uhaul used to not be like this. You guys used to be straight forward and had better quality trailers and you used to be able to drop them off anywhere. If there's any way I can avoid ever renting another uhaul again, I will.Jeff D.
This place put me in a very unsafe vehicle I feel like I will never rent to U-Haul ever again first of all the truck was absolutely dirty every cup holder was filled with sticky soda puddles the transmission in the vehicle slipped when you hit the gas the gears jerk so where are neck snapped back they literally put me in a vehicle that was backed up to another U-Haul vehicle that smashed the front end of the bumper the girl that rented me the vehicle didn't come out with me too look at the truck to see the damages all the way around it like any other time when I went to return the vehicle the gentleman was very rude but still lower the price of the one-day rental to 2999 versus the one-day rental I would have got I guess I got a lower price but I don't know if I did I shouldn't even been charged for them putting me in the vehicle I feel like I was put in a position that I possibly could have been scammed out of my money driving a vehicle that could have broke down on the side of the road with a full load to make it more work for me Plus on top of Arizona has been raining for 3 days and I rented it for the three days it raining so I had to return it due to the problems of the vehicle me calling the 1-800 number telling me to just pullover and call roadside service when I was down the street from my home and I parked it from my home and drove it the next day to the place I rented it and the gentleman was very disrespectful didn't want to hear me barely even answered me like I wasn't even there just went basically through the protocol of U-Haul ignored me and just said I lowered your price to 2999 and that was it I am very upset disrespected and I can't believe that they put me in this vehicle the vehicle was dirty disgusting the back end was dirty look like it was just rented out dirty I hope somebody is actually listening and reading this because that corner of 67th Avenue and Bethany the people that are working there concerns me for the customer service that they will be giving two other people at that establishment it was horrible absolutely horrible please somebody reach out to me I will answer any questions I've had bad experiences with the U-haul Corporation in the past of storage units now I've had an extreme bad experience extreme bad experience with renting a vehicle from the U-Haul Corporation it's almost like I'm renting from we are crap cars and a crap Corporation I don't mean to be disrespectful but it seems like you Hall is no longer giving a care in the world about their customers please contact me anytime at email@example.comJaeson M.

I don't know if for some reason when I pick up the trucks there so dirty I can't see the damage on the truck so I mark down everything and then so far been correct on everything every truck that I've taken has had a star in the windows denture scratches because they're not cleaned on the outside So I go clean them and worse them and clean them up and ask for a credit and sometimes I'm told her to clean the insideTHEODORE F.

When I pick up the vehicle driving it I was pulled over by Phoenix Police I was checking out of the vehicle handheld for approximately 30 to 45 minutes due to the fact that the vehicle had no license plate. I only has a truck for 4 hours to get important things done and due to the fact that I was questioned by the police why I had the vehicle which caused me to be running late for picking up furniture at a certain time. I then went to return the vehicle check it in online and they would not allow me to enter the correct information and said that the vehicle less miles on it since I started. Took me 45 minutes to an hour and I finally had to call and tell them that I was leaving the vehicle the way it was I took pictures and that it wouldn't let me check it in. My wife is 7 months pregnant with a bad toothache if anybody knows what that's like it wasn't a very good night. Now $10 off my rental and said it was fair but I couldn't complete thetaskJAMES E.
