Canceled my order without any notification. I had to restart my reservation again but now at a different location. App does not work. Poor experience.

The staff at the 65th Street location in Sacramento are always professional and kind, the vehicles are well kept and function well beyond expectation. This is the "go-to" spot if someone needs to make a move. I just want to tell the world about the "good" things in life, and as stressful as moving can be, this location helps remove some of that stress.

Awful experience. The team made me wait in line for 40 minutes even though I told them multiple times that I was doing the mobile check-in and just needed keys. I have done mobile at other locations and it's super easy. By the time I made it to the register, the worker looked at my phone and handed me the keys. SO FRUSTRATING, then why did I wait 40 minutes in line??? While waiting in line, a woman who had just been helped walked back in to ask for help locating her truck. The worker went out to help and when she came back in she said to the entire room, "Leave it to a woman to not be able to find something that's right in front of her." No one laughed and we all stood there awkwardly. What an awful human. After getting the keys, we went to check out the truck and the gas was on empty, which is not what you want when renting equipment. We opened the back and the two dollies that we requested were missing. I waited in line AGAIN to get our dollies and the worker asked us to get the dollies for her, had me jump in the back of another truck to get them. Would never come to this location again and I will be telling people not to rent from them. I will look for alternative options, U-Haul is just not it anymore.

I was disappointed that the agreement stated there was a 1/4 tank but when I picked up the van, it was empty. Apparently, there is a huge problem with gas siphoning at this location.

Service was great, can't fault it, it took me over 10 minutes to top the gas. The tank design is so bad that it kept clicking off like every 10-15 cents of gas.

I had a negative experience with the UHaul on Broadway (after making a reservation) and went over to 65th street and this guy was AMAZING. thank you. The lady at Broadway store is so mean and awful and clearly hates her customers!left there in tears not knowing what to do….. thank god for 65th street 

On the truck control panel was a button for towing a trailer. The button needed to be disengaged (pushed off) - I guess. Someone should have explained that button to me before I left. Otherwise a perfect experience. Thanks !

While we got access to our van and it was well-maintained, the employee out front was rude to me and we were also charged for a dolly that we never received with our trip.

At this location there is no parking available even tho the disabled space was available I was directed to go park at the Target or else my vehicle will be towed.

Was inconvenient to have LESS than a quarter tank of gas. Didn't know if I do not provide my insurance card that I am required to take yours. I didn't have it with me, although I am insured. Did not like ALL the technology required to rent a van. Very complicated from the get go. Take a pic of the license, follow the link to check cleanliness, take a picture of the fuel, accept everything-TOO MUCH. Heaven help someone who isn't "techy"! I just found the whole process too cumbersome.

I would not recommend u-haul to any one, charging double the cost if you don't use a credit card to pay, forcing the customer to do the walk around themselves and even when preferring to do rental at the office, your then still forced to do it online. Nothing done with paper any longer.

However, I seem to have been charged twice what my estimated bill would be. I did not get a final receipt at the location nor through my email. I am conserned as my rental should have been approx $200 and I was charged $358. I will be contacting my bank in the morning as I have yet to receive a call or email or text response to my inquiry about this issue. I expected my bill to be slightly more than the estimate however, not TWICE the amount. I did a rough calculation including over a hundred miles more than I placed on the truck and I still couldn't get near the double charge. Since it is almost exactly double than the estimate I think I was literally charged twice at once for the rental.

I'm was very disappointed to find that my usb in the vehicle didn't work. I am an on call employee that handles disbatch and my phone died and I had no way to charge it. This was most inconvenient and I would like to be compensated.

I had reserved a pickup truck. Previous customer left it on empty. Although I was going to be credited for the inconvenience customers should not have to put gas before you use it. Secondly. I got in the truck and it wouldn't start. So then I had to rent a box truck.

The first location I visited at Broadway & Franklin Blvd was by far the worst service I've had with uhaul. They never answered their phone. They messed up my rental time and said I had to bring it back in under 4 hours when I was told over the phone I would have it the whole day (what I requested). The woman at this location was incredibly rude. I was on a time crunch to get to my destination. They had to refer me to the 65th street location to get the truck I needed. Completely out of my way. At least the gentlemen at 65th street were kind and helped me. It is a hit or miss with renting a uhaul. This experience was an inconvenience for me.

My mileage was incorrectly entered when I rented the truck. I informed the clerk who told me to let them know when I bring it back. I did what I was instructed upon my return yet was still charged extra more mileage than I ever estimated. Not a good experience at all
