JARED FHorrible pick up, place was supposed to be open until 4, was closed at 3. Had to call uhaul for help which was also terrible! Never would I rent from this place again! Took over an hour standing in the cold to get a dirty truck. The back was filled with mud!

Darian PThe app would not allow me to use my rear camera to take photos - only the "selfie" camera - and thus, the drivers license photos were repeatedly rejected for being out of focus. Customer service was helpful, but could not correct the issue with the app. The truck was excellent, and the actual pickup/ dropoff process was smooth.

KATRINA CJamie Ugly Duckling in Lexington erroneously billed extra mileage for the rental. We incurred 132 miles, and he incorrectly stated it was 201. The truck had sensor issues, and the check engine light was on the entire time. We advised him of that before driving away, and he said it was fine. The error is resulting in $54.51 in overbilling. I will escalate within uHaul until this is resolved, and sent an email yesterday describing the issue to 773003_AFM. I would like someone to email with with a resolution.

Gregory RThe location I rented from was great! This has to do with your scheduling software/policies overall on the U-Haul app/website. I was unable to rent from the location closest to my home so I was referred/forwarded to Versailles, KY location about 15 miles from me. I drove to that location for my supposedly guaranteed reservation and there was not a vehicle available to rent. The previous renter had not returned it on time and would not take your representatives phone calls. This was extremely aggravating and a waste of my time. This is how I ended back in Lexington at The Ugly Duckling location. Upon arrival another potential customer was in there and he had already been to the Nicholasville, KY location and they didn't have anything available! Quit overbooking and if you don't have anything available and why isn't that communicated to the potential customer? I wasted a lot of time scrambling around trying to get a rental and it all could have been avoided if your computer programs/software was updated.
Maeondus GAbsolutely love this location, I've used The ugly duckling store before for U-Haul, they are always so fun to talk to, and a unique establishment. Would highly recommend this location
gale SThe only issue I had was when I received the truck it had 3/4 tank of gas. When I returned the truck I filled it to over 3/4 tank. When I received my final bill, I was charged $19 for 4 gallons of gas. That is just wrong! I left the truck with more gas than I when I picked it up and still get charged for gas. Not happy about this. Will be looking for another source for truck rental.

Pamela BJamie at Ugly Duckling Antiques was great. He was friendly, kind, no nonsense fella. He answered all of my questions, called back promptly with solutions that were perfect & easy. He put all of my concerns at ease. Pick up of the truck was quick & thorough, he covered everything. Drop of was equally easy & fast. I highly recommend Jamie & U-Haul at Ugly Duckling Antiques. The truck was the nicest U-Haul I have ever driven!

Stephon SThere were issues with original truck we were assigned. Also issues with the second. Truck we were assigned. Hal did a fantastic job of finding a solution. Not only did he find us a truck, he did it in such a way that had the least amount of impact on us. Could. Or recommend more highly.

Velda BQuit unorganized, called and rushed for us to arrive earlier than appointment, for us to get to the location, wait and feel rushed while getting set up. Unnecessary questions were asked that I've never experienced while revving uhaul equipment. Definitely, will not recommend this location or using Mr Jamie.
