Although the customer service was very good and professional the equipment rented was very dirty, interior of the truck was so so but the outside of the cabin and windows were filfty

Carmon HI ordered furniture blankets and I never got them and I was charged for them. I made my reservation 2weeks in advance and the night before you called and said that there wasn't a place that had both the truck and trailer.

Anthony BPlace was a dump, uncared for, filthy and low/no quality shop. Owner was polite and nice but that's about it for the high notes. Worst part was the equipment never got checked in for over a week past the return date and I was pestered with late return notices that I was forced to deal with twice even after being assured the first time that the owner was on his way to close the rental.
Chris LWaited over 30 minutes when picking up because on one was there??? Then the truck wasn't "returned" until almost a week after I actually returned it. Terrible experience

John MTerribly looking office. Knocked on the door, was told to come in and owner's dog tried to bite me. Owner was slow to react. Only my reflexes allowed me to avoid the bite, but I got bruised on the leg (minor bruise, but still a bruise).

Marcelo ANo Blankets, no moving dollies. Contract already closed and would not take of the missing equipment. On Return, the key box was laying on the ground. I ended up putting the keys in the mailbox due to not having a proper location to drop keys.
Heath SI rented (and paid for) a furniture dolly to be included with my U-Haul rental. The Dolly was not in the truck and no instructions on where to find it 'if' it was elsewhere either. Seeing I'm a small women and only had one person to help me with the move I did, the Dolly was crucial in being able to move some heavier items. Due to the limited time I had reserved the UHaul for, and it being 7am on a Sunday morning, there was not time to deal with going and buying a Dolly somewhere. This caused me to have to leave a few heavy items behind that otherwise would have moved with me if I had the Dolly as planned. Besides the missing Dolly, the moving truck was well maintained, clean and in good condition. I also liked the convenience of reserving the vehicle online and then the check out process through my phone at the pick up location. I would recommend this location to a male in the future, but not a female going by herself. If my boyfriend had not been with me, I honestly would not have felt comfortable there. Even though it's just off the access road, it's an unmaintained property set farther back on the land…if we didn't see the UHaul truck there, I wouldn't have know it's even a business.
Jessica LMade reservation 6 weeks prior to rental and requested an appliance dolly. Dolly was not available as the last one went out earlier. Help there was sparse - more in tune with auto body and paint work. Truck was returned about 22 hours after leaving lot, which is a one day rental, yet my invoice indicates a two day rental as the check in time is incorrect. Contacted a U-Haul customer service rep and was told it would be investigated. After 4 days have heard nothing. Not happy about the extra day charge and will not rent from U-Haul again. Thinking about putting in a dispute with my credit card issuer over the extra charge.

Shane LAgain , not the location I had chosen to drop off. I was not told until I had taken the vehicle to my original drop off. I am still dealing with the new drop off place to close out my contract of additional pads I rented. Your wasting my time.

GARY VI was overcharged by more the $200.00 and I'm still waiting to get this resolved. I've talked to the local UHAUL store as well as the area manager. My next stop will be the Better Business Bureau if this isn't resolved .

JA SI returned the truck Monday evening, but am being shown as turning it in on Tuesday evening. I gave the keys to a gentleman Monday night who said he would return it in the system that same night. I hope his delay in returning the truck did not result in me losing any return funds on the truck while it was in U-Haul's possession.

roland MThis was not my original drop off location. My original drop off location was 920 IH 35 S. New Braunfels. I went there to drop the truck off and was told because she had lot space issues I had to drive the truck a mile down the road to the new address. Why couldn't someone from there come a mile down the road and get their truck? Why did I have to do it? She told me if I didn't do it they would charge me $250. Anyway, what's done is done but I won't be using uhaul in the future.
