I use this location all the time the manager and his staff are so so nice always accommodate me right on time. The store is very clean. The atmosphere is very nice sometimes come in there upset but he always makes me smile. I wouldn’t go anywhere else when it comes to me getting that cargo van I’m always greeted with a smile. I’m just very appreciative to everything that Andrew and his team has done for me and making me so worth my while when I come to pick it up and when I bring it back to the shop, he should get a raise for all that he does , very good man is a very good man thank you thank you so much

Paula Tthe U-haul place where my reservation was sent to did not report that their truck had been in an accident the night before and never sent me any information canceling my reservation. The man at that place just argued with me and said it wasn’t his problem. everything went fine at the south side plaza place.

Lanita PIt was very easy. My real issue is that I had to wait for U-Haul to approve my rental - that should have been done when I authorized you to bill my card for payment. And...I'm 5'1", the strap on the rear door needs to be a little longer.

My reservation is always kept and made properly the manager there Andrew is a very, very nice guy always calling that extra mile to make sure I get what I asked for. I’ve never been disappointed at this location The store is clean. Any extras that I might need. They’re always in stock of everything. I always get the utility gloves. They always have them in stock boxes blankets always in stock. I wouldn’t go to another location thank you very much. I am always pleased and thankful. Ms Smith
CELIA RI am not ever going to use u haul again or tell anybody to use them. Dec. And Feb I use your company and both times I spend my money with y'all it were an issue with your disrespectful associate and the truck both times were unbelievably. In Dec the truck didn't even have the tray where you could pull out to be able to load truck we had to jump up and down in truck. Employee state that I didn't put enough gas in it. While I disagree and told him that were an lie the gas were over he completely said to me don't say my employer was a liar I state go out and look .He did and than very nasty spoke I give you the gas. Never apologize for the incident of what happen. Than going to a different U haul to move my items rented an truck and caught hell with it trying for him that the truck would not get in gill when driving it were that the transmission is not working correctly. Told him about it his statement was I don't drive them on the road only in the parking lot. with an laugh him and the other employee. No concern at all. Just charge me with no apologies or saying I will check it out. I feel so disappointed paying for an service that were an problem. I am 66 years old the service were very difficult to me for all my money I paid. Thank you.

Reggie TU-Haul can improve on its reservation system and communicating any changes with its customers in a timely fashion. After making my reservation over a week in advance and receiving confirmation. I didn’t imagine that when I went to the expected place of pick up my truck, at1641 Commerce Road, that it not only wouldn’t be there but there was no reservation in the system. After over 35 minutes being bounce around and place on hold, my reservation was eventually located but at a different location. This was very frustrating and cause some very valuable time lost and inconvenience involving my move. Please let it be known, my dissatisfaction is exclusive of the excellent assistant and attentiveness received by the individuals who help me while the location switch was being resolved. Both the young lady at Commerce Market and Deli and the gentleman who eventually assisted me at East Belk Blvd were great. For them I’m truly grateful.

The West Broad Street never made adjustments in mileage not time, due to providing an unclean vehicle delaying my moving time.

carmen sCheck vehicles more thorough. Although the truck was great it had an exhaust leak. It got progressively worse. The last several hours it was really loud. The bolts holding the catalytic converter flange to the exhaust pipe were gone. Probably someone tried to steal the converter which was nearly impossible because of a rebar cage welded around it. Overall it was a great experience.

Afeez GU-haul treated me great at this location and made my first u-haul rental a great experience.
Mark MThe truck had no gas, needed new windshield wipers, and the reverse was dysfunctional - had to turn it off and on multiple times to get it working. Also it was impossible to do the remote pick up - I got there at 7:15am for a 7:30 pick up, I called the service desk and used the contact us tab through the app multiple times, and I couldn't get the truck unitl 9am (an hour and a half late) - the employees on site were super nice and awesome, but your app and teck and pickup process was incredibly disappointing.

Imran NThe professionalism and courtesy of the Customer Service Representatives were OUTSTANDING! I did not expect such fantastic customer service from an establishment such as this. When my wife and I went to pick up the truck everything went smoothly. However, we found out that my wife could not reach such a high step to get into the vehicle because of recent knee surgery. One of the employees helped us by providing us with a small ladder which was the perfect size to assist us. When we returned the vehicle, I was amazed at the promptness of the service. I had expected to pay more than the original estimate, However the clerk insisted that it was the right cost and thanked me for returning the vehicle with gas put into it. The kindness and professionalism of the associates are to be commended and I will not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to anyone requiring truck rentals. Next spring, I have some yard work to do and now, because of the great service I received, I plan on returning to this company for another rental and I will recommend this company to others. The only thing that I could recommend would be to provide the clerks with a step stool that they can offer the use of to other clients who may be in need of it.
