I am getting charge for a damage I didn't do it.
Luis DI believe we were attended by the general manager, both at check in and check out. Both engagements we experienced her professional, knowlegable, friendly, and helpful response. We checked out the van in the morning, and she had a very welcoming demeanor, and proved to be very much in control of balancing the various responsibilities at hand. I'm so glad to have been able to have her as the person handling our entire contract. I wish I remembered her name, but she's easily recognizable.

PEGGY WI was charged 2 gallons of gas the last two times I rented. Both times I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas that I picked it up with. I even told them this time that last time I got charged for gas when I shouldn’t have, I drove the car 7 miles once and 9 miles the other time, and they charged me $10, TWICE. Imagine $10 per customer… that would add up.

Magdalena RI was told at the beginning of the rental that you pay mileage. After I paid upfront. I will never used U-Haul again and I’m not recommending U-Haul to any of my friends nor family. I am responsible for the Federal Government/ Military personnel Travel.

Marvin SWe received our uhaul box at the destination with a different lock and altered and damaged goods inside. No one knew why this happened, no notes placed on the record to explain to the manager we spoke with at the pick up point
May MThe entire process was fairly easy. I made the reservation by phone, and my information was ready as soon as I walked into the store. I was in and out and about 15 minutes. The return process was also easy, and they had me out in less than five minutes.

Christopher CThe requirement that you give the names and phone numbers of 2 of your contacts is frustrating and an unnecessary collection of information. It wouldn't make much of a difference in stopping someone from stealing a truck. Those names and phone number should be automatically deleted when the truck is returned as the third parties didn't give consent to the storing of their information

MARVIN PAir pressure in tires were uneven! One had 31 psi the other one was over 60 psi. For the rest every thing was OK.

CARLOS SI advised the return technician of where the gas was and I even had it on the receipt to confirm. I returned it with more gas than I was given and he still charged me for fuel with no regard to the fact that it was more gas in the vehicle stating then receipt does not show the correct gas! That is unfair and should be illegal

daniel sThe staff there was amazing….. Jared and another you man who’s name started with an “a” (I think) were both incredible. Checked out the trailer and installed it. Explaining everything, laughing & joking with us. Being very personable. Enjoyed the service. Had some small hiccups out of anyone’s control but the staff did a good job recovering! Hats off! Top tier service in an age where customer care is non existent! Give these guys a raise cause they’re killing it for your company.

Charged me for 3 gallons of fuel at $4.50 a gallon (closes line).Twenty years of renting with this company I’ve always refueled their trucks, but because I didn’t take a picture of the gas gage before or after, they put what they wanted. Customer service was no Help at all. I will Never rent from UHaul again. I will carry my furniture on back before I Do.

Felipe CFound a big spider in the uhaul before packing my things but no biggie i got it out its not uhaul fault i thank you guys for helping me and my family get our belongings to the storage i will be returning to get another truck when i can get my family settled in a nee home. Thanks again for the low prices when us customers are down and out we could afford a truck to get us thought out the day. You guys are stress relief thank you

OLIVER TI like this location because they always have trucks available but what I don't like is the managers not liking renting the new trucks and always getting old ones. This one that I just rented (van) had a really bad noise on the wheel bearings, while driving it felt like the tires were going to come off so I had to drive really slow and the van had a message about the airbags having an issue and told one of the people at the store and they just said that it was a sensor. It's been 3 times I go to this location renting a van and I see the new one there but they always come back saying they can not rented. will try calling another location and making sure they have better vehicles for next time.

Beverly KThe manager was very nice, friendly and efficient but the car was dirty and smelly. The worst part was the return. I arrived a quarter to 7 and they refused to help me.

WILSON RThe first truck that we received was broken, it stalled before we even left the lot. The lady, supervisor I guess, was mean as hell. Never apologized, was rude, terrible customer service. The guys outside were friendly and helpful. The wait for the truck, even though we had a reservation, was painfully long. Close to 2 hrs : / Tye second truck we received had issues with the steering wheel. So not super thrilled about that U-Haul location. It’s a 3 star at best and only because the employees outside were nice. That woman needs training.

Rafael G | Overall ExperienceI used moving helpers so did not go to this facility. They were prompt about calling me when my U-Box arrived and were good about coordinating with the moving-helpers to arrange my UBox delivery.
