phill gthe check the vehicle in at the end took longer than expected or desired. We had to call. I think I reviewed your service already. Staff was great and everyone was helpful. You are my preferred uhaul location and have used you many times in the past. the turn in procedure needs more ease. I used the link texted to me but it didn't see my location, hence, we had to spend about a half an hour and it was late sunday and we were all hungry and family was waiting for us so instead of 6:30 we didn't get there until 7:15. way too long. otherwise, great procedure. Oh, called the hotline and a nice gentleman helped and sent me to next level for checkout and we were on hold for about 10 minutes.

Patric MThe door size on the cargo van did not accommodate my load size even though it was within the sizes shown on your website. The van took 4.6 gallons of gas to fill to go a total of 31 miles. This works out to 6.7 mpg. I am guessing that it was not completely full as advertised or it REALLY needs some serious engine work

Mark PThe truck had multiple mechanical issues. It shut off a couple of times while idling, and multiple times while running. It also “jittered”, the check engine light came up with the “Service Traction Control” alarm a lot of times.

andrew cId say that the customer service was very good. But uhaul asdvertises newer vehicles and my vehicle was very old and had almost 200k miles on it. It didnt start after i brought it home and i had to call to have someone come and look at it. I wasnt looking for a new vehicle or anything but given that you guys advertise that you have newer vehicles i was disappointed in getting such an old vehicle for my rental.
Roman KYour check in app is problematic. I did early check in then when I went to pick up the truck I had to re-enter and start over. I think I entered data like three times. I think for returning customers you need to end the problematic contacts or do it before pick up time. Miserable app.
