I recommend billing not be of concern to anyone that rent with this company/location. After I prayed for my extension, and returned the vehicle with half tank -at the time if rental, I received notification that I have additional charges, which I am unaware of. I never occurred any damages to the vehicle per my documentation(photos time before I left the property), and the gas tank retired as the eat I received it. I have no idea what additional charges I owe.

Problem I have is not with location but uhaul in general. One I would have liked an honest answer from beginning about the rental I wanted. You did not have the Suze truck at the location, let me know that. I was told last minute practically. Also the milage on vehicle at check out, my fault that I did not look at f Guage .It was 2miles off when I reached 3/4 mile from pickup site .

There were German cockroaches all over the cabin of the truck. I needed the truck to move, so I didn’t have a choice but to use it and pretend they weren’t there. I’m pretty sure some crawled on me though. It was repulsive.

My husband filled the tank up before he drop off the truck and the first gentleman want to say it wasn't full . So I was charge So that's a way to get extra money out of people.

Two male employees here were so rude to me for no reason at all. I mentioned that I rented a 27’ truck and the guy looked at me like I was dumb chewing his gum with his mouth open & said we only carry 26’ trucks maam. I was like ….. okay. Made me feel very comfortable & they charged me twice the amount that I was charged 5 months ago for the same thing in a different uhaul location.

My closed in Trailer had gas spilled inside did know until I got to location to load my items and all my items smelled like gas I could only use it to haul 1 load when I advise the clerk she just brushed it off I thank she should have discounted the trailer 😟

You limited the miles from point to point. I was forced to pick up stuff out of those points. For those extra miles "40" got to pay $40.00 extra dollars. To be reasonable .25 cents per mile will be Ok. or give extra miles. I return the truck 1 day early.

Equipment was NOT available per my reservation. And, despite the fact that I had a reservation, the employees didn't bother to follow up with the person who had the equipment prior to my arrival to verify that he was going to return it. Instead they called while I was standing there. Then the person who had the trailer stated that he would be keeping it another day. So, if you only have the 1 trailer and it clearly wasn't in your possession why would you wait to find out if the person who had it in their possession was going to return it? And, when I questioned the $50.00 guarantee the manager stated she would have to start calling around to find me another location to try to find me what I needed. Well, now I'm passed because I had to wait until 3:00 to pick.up a trailer you didn't even have which already wasted my whole morning and then she wants me to wait even longer for her to call around to other locations to try to find what I needed. So, I did what she wanted me to do...I gave in and took another trailer which did NOT work for my needs. Forcing me to have to make multiple trips wasting what was left of my now already shortened da. Which by the way was my only day off to get my thongs taken care of like laundry, grocery shopping all kinds of things that now have to be put on hold.

Management needs to have their employees cleans and mop the 26 ft inside and the ramp step. The truck I got on Friday full of dirt both the step and inside. I rents the truck on a weekly basis. When I complain about it Management she gets an attitude. Why do I have to wait until they cleans the truck when I come to pick up. It's not right. I carry furniture and mattresses. They know that I am concerned about a clean truck.

Abraham was very kind and courteous. I appreciate him keeping my reservation despite me running 30+ minutes late. The U-haul store was busy, very clean, and well-stocked. Unfortunately, my experience with the truck was not so pleasant. Once I got in the 10' truck (small move and no vans were available), dashboard warnings indicated the passenger side door was ajar, the left rear tire pressure was low, and the engine needed to be checked. Since I was on a tight timeline, I didn't go back to make an issue of these indicators. I'm also aware that U-haul is known for loaning out vehicles with active warning lights, and mechanical and/or safety issues. Later in the evening, around 11 p.m., my iPhone alerted me that an Apple Air tag had been moving with me since noon. I had stopped earlier that day to grab something to eat in the vicinity of the U-haul dealer, so I thought someone could've planted the Airtag on the truck in an attempt to try and rob me later. Please note that the U-haul dealer is not in the nicest part of town. I tried to locate the air tag for about an hour but couldn't find it. The sounds seemed to be coming from the engine compartment behind the dash. As a result, I called the roadside assistance number to see if U-haul had installed an air tag in their vehicles to keep track of them. In a way, I couldn't see them doing this without letting the client know because of how alarming and disconcerting it could be to receive this type of alert on your phone. I'm a single woman, and it was 11 p.m., and I was in a budget hotel in the process of moving. I was definitely on high alert. The customer service representative working the roadside assistance number said she had received a call like this before from another single woman and would do her best to help me resolve this issue. She got in contact with me about 15 minutes later and stated that she was told that the particular location I rented from does this since it's located in a high-crime area. No kidding. I thought it was remiss for them not to mention this to me during check-out. I've used U-haul for years but will NOT continue to do so. They obviously don't care about the safety of their customers or value their customer's time. I wasted so much time dealing with the Air tag issue. Earlier that day, I had to extend my reservation because the U-Haul Moving Help add-on couldn't accommodate me despite accepting the job order on my reservation. I called to extend my reservation and was charged an extra day. The customer service representative said verbatim, "It's not our fault the movers did not show." Then why did they accept my moving help job request on your website? The goal was to get the truck turned in 7 hours, but when I asked for an extension, I was met with "you should've just reserved it for 24 hours" by the customer. service phone representative. It would've been nice to have been told this information from the outset i.e., "You will be charged another day if you need it more than 7 hours." Just seems shady and predatory. What a horrible experience.

Everybody at this location was exceptionally professional. Friendly and very helpful. In every aspect for beginning to end. I will definitely recommend this place if you ever need to get anything done. Not just installing a hitch, but for your rentals or any other moving supplies and equipment. Thank you

We dropped off the truck while it was raining. The guy came up to me and told me I would need to move the truck to a different location but that he had to move other trucks for me to park my truck in the correct location. I waited a while then asked again what I had to do and he said never mind. Pretty inconvenient.

My u boxes are infested with roaches. So far already found 10+ roaches... coming out of the moving box, etc. U haul should pest control their storages!!!
