Unfortunately, the van I reserved had its battery drained due to having a light left on. Emily, the manager at the Uhaul was awesome though. She helped jump the van, but it still did not work. She than traded in a new van for me, when it did not stop. She was very patient with me and helped me out through every step of the process.

I lost a $20,000 job because I thought I was going to have it today. I’m done with Waterville U-Haul. I’m gonna start using rider from now on and my company that I own city General contracting.

Kenneth DFor this rental I used mobile pickup, which took around 90 minutes to get it to work. As I was approaching the location's driveway, the app picked up my location. However, it was only a moment or so, then it was gone. I attempted to do it again - many, MANY - times. I even chatted with two agents. They were unable to help me. I walked all around the location trying, yet it just would not work. I was about to cancel the whole thing, but decided one more time, to try on the website and it (finally!) went through and I was able to get the truck. I noticed as I was waiting all that time, that several people had returned vans and left them in front of other parked trucks. I would feel bad for anyone who could get their rental due to that. Also, there was an issue with the way the truck was shifting from Park to Reverse or from Drive/Neutral to Reverse. It was just skip right over Reverse and immediately go to Neutral from Park, or from Drive to Neutral. It is something that should be checked. Thank you very much. Lori Quadros

mark MReserve mobile pickup 15 foot truck on Friday. Showed up on Sunday to pick up and nobody had put the keys out. Called uhaul and they said to come back at 9 when they open. Asked for the $50 reservation guarantee and said they would. Got there and had to pay full price. Had to pay my movers for an extra hour cause truck wasn't ready. I'll never use uhaul again.

Virginia WThis is the second time, my husband and I have shown up to get a uhaul rental at opening and no one has been there. Both times we have had to call the direct number to uhaul and get them to call the manager to find out where someone was. My reservation was for at 9am. The woman showed up at 9:22am, non-apologetic. I mentioned the 50.00 reservation guarantee and she said she knew nothing about it. Then later in the conversation she said well I had 6 more minutes for the 50 dollar guarantee. Someone at customer service or the woman changed my reservation to 9:30. I showed her my email confirmation stating 9am. She said I would have better luck contacting customer service. Horrible service. Dom is one of the few competent workers you have at this location. Give him a raise. I would still like my 50 doillar guarantee issued back to my card.

laurie wThis is a hard rating. I couldn't answer "YES" or "NO" to: 1) Was the equipment clean and well maintained? and: 2) Would you recommend this location to a friend? It would be easier to rate with a number system as: 1-10. The van was clean inside but pretty dirty outside, and both front seats were ripped, which was really ok with me, I didn't rent the van for its' looks. The major complaint I have is that I only drove the van 4 (That's four) miles. When I filled it up before returning the van, It took 5.263 GALLONS. I didn't really expect 20 miles per gallon! I was hoping for at least 10 MPG which would still be pretty bad. I didn't have a really heavy load. THAT"S LESS THAN ONE MILE PER GALLON (That's ONE MPG), Actually that's 0.763 miles per gallon! How is that even possible? When I mentioned that on returning the van, I received no response. I'm looking forward to your reply. Sincerely, Bob

Kenneth LI was originally told 54.95 to rent an auto transport trailer. I returned the trailer before the 4 hour window was up and the next day got charged again 54.95 for no reason. When i called they said the manager would correct my charges and id get my refund in 1 to 3 days. This is the second time this location has done a double charge. Unacceptable and now im out money i might have needed

Gary LI find it amusing tha U-Haul is building this huge storage facility in Winslow while the rental facility in Waterville is too small for the employees to be able to adequately manage their inventory. Hopefully U-Haul will find a more adequate location for the trailer, truck, moving van inventory. The employees there are usually awesome to work with.
Robert HI had 2 different reservations for 2 different days. Both times we’re screwed up. Neither time did they have the equipment I reserved. It was too busy for one person to handle. One time we had to drive 40 minutes to pick up the truck cutting into our moving time. Very disappointed with the app. Every time I tried to use it I got an error. I hope to never have to use UHaul ever again. Sad because I used your service many times before without a problem.
