Everything was awesome. I will gladly use this location again & recommend it to anyone I know. The only way they could maybe improve is to have the appliance dolly and the furniture dolly available if needed.

Nancy CTheir computers were so slow. It took at least a hour to check the truck back in. Also there were problems with the contract that I was unaware of until I check it back in. Being charged a extra day that I didn't need was not what I expected. I will not recommend u haul to any one.

John WBecause U-Haul’s systems were down nationwide (I was told) I was very inconvenienced in trying to make my scheduled move. I’m sure millions of other customers were, as well. I had to pay cash (which I fortunately had) and then when I returned the trailer the next day, I was unable to get the money (my change from the deposit) owed me because the systems were STILL down. Which caused me to have to make a THIRD trip to U-Haul the following day. I think that the company should compensate me, and everyone else, with a voucher of some kind for the inconvenience caused me.

Glenn D | First ImpressionsCommunication didn’t work very well. Screens didn’t load, and they had to reschedule me for the next day because they don’t do hitch installation before 9, even though I booked it over a week before for 7:30. The man who installed it was very helpful and kind, but it’s frustrating to lose hours of my day away from my family for no reason.

Marshall VAll of the staff(3young ladies) including the gentleman who got the trucks together outside were awesome. Very professional and polite. They got a rush this morning and held it together they worked as a team. I will definitely return to this location as well as refer to others Keep up the good work

Latausha HThe U-haul employee asked me to sign the paperwork indicating the fuel tank was half-full. However, when I got in the truck, the fuel was no where near half full. I was pressed for time, so I did not have time to wait. I did take a picture showing the fuel gage level, and the mileage (showing I had not left yet). I would not recommend this location to anyone.

FRANCES BThe trailer wasn't in bad shape as far as cleanliness goes, but it did have some rocks and chunks of brick, along with some old nails that weren't swept out before we rented it. We made sure to sweep it out before we returned it. Otherwise, everything was good.
Robert BOnly had 6 blankets available to rent. I asked rep to call other locations so I might get the number I had reserved and she said no. Told me that would take too much of her time. Told me I would have to do that - I guess her time is more valuable than mine? I’ll never use U-Haul again

leesa wThe guy who was told to get my trailer was helpful or attentive. He took his time by either playing on his phone or texting. I had to wait at least 10 minutes while he did that. Once outside he didn't pay attention to what the young lady told him to get so he was in the wrong area until I said it's an open trailer. Those cell phones really make customers service bad.

Ernestine WDid not have appliance dolly like I had reserved. Even called 2 days before to confirm that I needed a dolly. Also only had one pack of furniture pads.

Paula HI had a delay of 40 minutes of picking up my U-Haul- because from my previous rental in 12/23- the system did not update my account that all charges was paid in full. So, I had to wait on the phone until the customer representative answered(40minutes)- but the customer service representative resolved the issue quickly and I was able to get my uhaul and go about my day.
