Too tight alleys and buildings. Very unlevel alleyways made for 1000 year flood make it difficult. Front gate was always open.

Attached to a gas station. Gas station clerk was short and said he had nothing to do with uhaul. Poor signage and no personnel to assist with anything. Made it prolonged and convoluted.

All though I did not place any items in the storage locker, it was available for me to use it while I was in the process of staying at the current location I had for the last 15 years. I am happy to stay put where I am.

All the staff team on Stockton were helpful and kind! They did well to reassure all my home goods would be secure. I was well updated on the price change of the unit for better lighting and security, which is important. 10000% I would rent a unit from this location again just for the staff team alone. You can tell they hold a high standard of operation. Thank you all!

I have been renting here for 4 years, I received water damage from a monsoon to my furniture, as well as bugs and thick dirt from the nearby fairgrounds. Pretty sad that I paid to have my storage as such. Stick to the Stockton hill location, do not rent from Harrison. Further, the staff can be rude at times- I called uhaul main and they patched me to the Kingman location where I had the staff talk derogatory towards each other and I mentioned I was on the line. I was overseas when my bank sent a new card out after switching it on me without my ask or knowledge- I emailed Jennifer right away to let her know of the issue and that I would take care of it as soon as I got internet, and to see if she would be able to waive the late fee for 1 day. I never received a response… I love uhaul- but things need to change at this location, I will continue to do business elsewhere until such.

It is awesome Uhaul offers a free month of storage with Uhaul rental! We had some difficulty getting the online registeation to send us an entrance code & our unit number so we had to drive to the main office & Amanda got us set up! All & all a good experience!

Birds got in my unit and molted feathers all over my stuff and the employee my wife talked to about it more or less shrugged their shoulders and said oh well not our problem.

An alternate entry into the Stockton Hill location is needed as the current entrance was often blocked by large trucks making deliveries and U-Haul trucks being returned. And parking at the main office does not seem sufficient at certain times of the day.

This is the second time Wehrmacht rented a storage unit from this facility. We have always been impressed with the friendly staff and felt at ease knowing our belongings were being stored in a secure location. I was originally put in the Harrison Ave unit but requested to be put in the one on Stockton Hill. They were able to do my request with no problem. You have excellent customer service on Stockton Hill. We will be happy to store our belongings at UHaul Storage.

The reason we moved out was due a price increase. However, it was the wording of the notice and how it was written forced me to call the office. And after many attempts to reach the GM of my local store were unsuccessful, I ultimately spoke to Customer service, and they were not able to clarify the information on the letter. I requested to have the GM call me and I did not hear back. So, I had to call again then at that point I was able to speak to her for clarification. Last, I contacted the call center and asked them to take me off AutoPay and informed them that I was moving out 3 weeks prior to the moved-out date and before my next cycle. I also went into the local store and informed them I was moving out 3 days before the end of my cycle and was informed that I would receive an email with move out confirmation and I assumed that my credit card would not be charged but if you can guess it did get charged. So, I had to call the local store and they informed me that the person I spoke to in the store made a mistake and she should have closed out my account properly and they would reverse the charges. Overall, U-Haul and the way it chooses to run its day-to-day business is a failure for me and I chose to go through the inconvenience and move out of the 10 x 15 and my stuff and relocate it to a competitor. I will not accept incompetence.

I ran a day late and computer canceled my storage automatically talk to General Manager at the facility on Sunday and she resolved the problem and worked with me on a even bigger storage unit everything ended up well she's awesome at her job took the time to resolve the problem even on a Sunday I would recommend this facility to anybody the general manager is awesome at her job

Sadly we had to end our relationship with Jen and her staff. We truly loved them all. They are the best team ever!!! With our move to Oregon, we knew this would be temporary. I HIGHLY recommend persons looking for storage to work with Jen and her crew to secure storage.

Lighting seemed to be an issue and unless you have a flashlight or some sort of headband type light, its near impossible to work during dark. 9 p.m. isn't greatest as not many folk want to load things into storage during heat of day, limiting access. Otherwise, Jen and her staff are excellent. Great working with them.

I’d like to thank customer service and U-Haul for being so nice and courteous to me and having me on the waiting list and at the same time I was compassion and was thinking of others when they decided to give me the courtesy of the needs that I need it but I was also thinking about the other customers that was there before me and they said it would be OK so that was kind and compassion you having a good business and organization on Stockton Hill and Kingman Arizona hopefully one day I would like to be a part of that company right now I’m taking care of someone as a caregiver but I also gave my résumé and I’m on the waiting list for the job I will look forward of doing business in advance probably with your company thank you

I tried to reserve online and it wasn't working so I called in to reserve in advance. The lady was helpful but left out all the instructions. She mentioned I would get an email with information. I show up at the site and open the email, yes I should have reviewed prior to but moving days are busy and I elected to wait. I get there and the email provides ZERO information. I call the office again and they share I have to come in and finish set up. At this point I have my movers with me, on the clock and now I need to spend time driving across town with trailers and paying for workers to stand and wait. I get into my unit and theres rodent feces. I do like the width of the drive ways and the size of the unit is good. Access is easy but prefer codes rather than cards. Overall I would recommend to someone with the warnings of set up and possible rodents.

The only thing I did not like about here is u-Haul reservations offered me one month free storage and they would not do anything to help honor that. I was told that I could only pay first and then call U-Haul customer service to get it fixed. Which I did after being told they could have fixed it when I was in store Buy customer service.

First time using a storage facility. I lucked out when I scored a unit while moving to town from out of state. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The place was clean. My only complaint was the vibe I got - sort of felt like I was mistrusted as a default. I was on a waiting list for another unit (because I was moving an entire house) and when my "number came up" I was told that I had 24 hours to drive 600 miles to book it in person. I tried to get a message to some (manager?) chick to offer to pay up front - no call back. So, locals are welcome to store dead bodies there but we're too special to provide even a "f(%k off" to outsiders.

There was a problem with my auto pay getting rejected and I tried to call your store for OVER two weeks!!! No answer for at least 8 calls. Kept getting transferred to corporate because YOU would not answer your phones. Corporate kept saying I had to call you and supposedly left 2 messages for you to call me - never heard a word except your threats because my unit was getting further delinquent. I finally forced corporate to take my payment over the phone. And now I find out that you charged me a $60 late fee. You are horrible and I will write everywhere I can on social media that people should avoid you like the COVID!!!

I was goin through very tuff times. Was 3,4 months late everytime before I paid. Was given more time than any storage. Every place I been would have sold the unit. Was even given a break when I moved everything out. Thank y'all!. U-haul Kingman AZ. Stockhill rd. They made it possible for us to NOT loose our stuff.

Saw this U-Haul facility across the street from a sketchy self storage place that had managed to lose my reservation (after I drove 12 hours with a loaded U-Haul truck.) I walked into U-Haul and lucked out finding a unit available. My worst day turned into my luckiest. The staff were friendly, they explained everything clearly, and the storage facility was clean, secure, and gave me confidence about leaving half my possessions there.

using Uhaul.com to reserve and pay for my storage unit was the easiest thing to do and I would recommend everyone to reserve their storage unit online thru them. As soon as I paid my first month's storage rent, the texted and emailed me my storage number, access directions and the gate code. When I arrived to my unit, it was clean and a brand new lock and keys were waiting in the unit for me. The move in process was so easy using the online reservation system. Thanks uhaul for making my life a little easier.

Was told I had reservations for the largest storage unit available. I made it clear I needed that due to moving from Colorado to AZ and having a full 26' moving truck. When I got there to get my unit I was told they only had the smallest size available and that they couldnt help me I was told wrong. I now have to try and fit everything into a 10x15 unit and will more then likely have to get another unit.
