Please send out the code to access the lock box prior to mobile pick up. I was not given a code and the online help kept telling me to go inside and ask (the building was closed). It made the experience quite frustrating.

JUDITH A | Overall ExperiencePlease rent the vehicle on full tank to the customer as a basic courtesy! There is a Irving gas station in the next street. I had to pay like 15 bucks extra on gas and return on a full tank, as there was no way to tell how much to fill. The fuel filling instructions in the contract are ambiguous as well. This seems all just too convenient to milk some extra money off the customers.

I've never towed before and she made sure everything was safe and hooked up properly for me. Definitely a superstar for your location! When I returned it, the woman at the counter was just as helpful and helped me back it in and removed it for me. This location was WAY better than windmill road and I will definitely be return to Woodside in the future instead :) thanks!

douglas gHello U-Haul Customer Service Personnel Team, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you in regards to my U-Haul experience. I rented one of your 4x8 trailers, to which was great! The customer service in superior, WI was great as well. My problem lies in the return. As per my contract, I brought the trailer to the location on my contract(cow bay, NS) as I was in a hurry and on a tight schedule and upon arriving, they told me that they no longer accept U-Haul drop offs. This caused a major inconvenience for me. I had to spend time on the phone figuring out what to do. Finally, they gave me a new address to drop off, which was out of my way and caused issues with my travel plans. I have used U-Haul for many years, to which I consider loyalty, however, this disconnection in the system is concerning. Normally, I never complain, but in this situation,.I asked multiple times prior to make sure and it was not accurate info given based on the U-Haul out of date system.
Zephyr MInstall running boards on all of your trucks. Not everyone renting a truck has long legs or is young and agile enough to be able to pull yourself up into the truck. To make it easier to figure out how much gas to put in the truck when you return it, tanks should be full when the truck is picked up.
Kathleen HSome more packing materials would be an asset. The staff were excellent and maintain that same level of service would serve well in the future.
James LThe Windmill road location is poorly run and have NO customer satisfaction skills. I booked a van rental on Tuesday and was told on Friday night, for a Sat 10am pick up via text, that I had to go 15kms out of my way to get the unit, no apology, NOTHING. Eventually after contacting UHaul TWICE I was given a $50 credit and a reduction on the milage charge. A simple van rental made 6 days in advance became more work than it was worth, so, stay away, from Windmill Road location or better yet find an alternative suppier, I know I will.'

Cody MThe right wing mirror was jammed in a spot that didnt allow for great vision when vehicles were coming down the right hand side. The 24/7 setup is great for outside of normal hours but in the winter, its really not convenient when it means standing outside waiting for approval.
