The form upon retuning the Uhaul after the center closed didn't work which caused a bit of confusion/stress. However, the staff working when we picked up was really great!

Cost extra dollars driving to the main location and Thn have added mileage costs with the truck rental. $.89/km meant an extra $12.00 charge versus picking up a truck at the local UHaul dealer!! POOR management EQUALS ADDED COSTS to customer!!

Leona PDolly and moving pads weren’t in the truck, the way the trucks are parked makes it tough to open the back and check before leaving. We didn’t notice until after we’d left the lot and started packing. Maybe parking the trucks in a way where it’s easier to check first would help.

Marvin SI wasn't sure how my experience would be this time, because last year (April 2023) when I rented from this location the manager had no customer service qualities, AT ALL! However, this time, the customer service was pleasant, quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this location now that I see management has changed!

Debra ACheck-in and return was fast and easy. Trailer was in good shape. I did have to lubricate the two ratchets for the tie down straps, but they worked well after that.
Ravi MOnly problem was Open Hours discrepancy between website and decal on the door - actual open hours. Great people there.
Ralph KSeats are all dirty with dogs hair. In all the way i have to hear a loud sound of the screws or some metal stuff loose at back end. At least give a minimum services of what you are charging for

Elvin BIn which the whole bases for Our contract, Your revenue, and Our need to protect with Advanced Security protocol, insurance policy covering $5000, a nightly Security(Who can’t get in the building?!), Locks are all under Company supply…. Yet my items have not been returned to me in the same manner I left them. Thousands of dollars and efforts have been displaced. It is disappointing on top of that is having to then pay $275~ for 1 month of storage and not get the same value from the business. Staying calm is the best way to get to the heart of a issue but there needs to be the engagement level from staff that are looking to represent the customer first, the logic and care behind the interactions, and then the name of which you work for.

Manuel ALots of conflict with other customers and slow. People waiting in line, verbal confrontation between customers and U-Haul staff. You reserve on line, wait in line still a slow process. Offered to have final bill emailed to me once I dropped off the truck never received final invoice after saying yes I needed a copy. Not very responsive to people dropping off vehicles you have seek out service from u-haul staff. My vehicle was blocked in by a u-haul truck after I dropped off the rental, had to wait as there were no designated parking spots for customers.
Jeff GThe hitch was not tight when I left the store after pickup. By the time I got home it required tightening. It took approx 10 turns to tighten. Every time I braked the trailer moved. Once I loaded the trailer and drove home I had to tighten about the same amount again. The trip to the final destination was 250km and went without further incident. When I returned to Uhaul to drop it we had trouble getting it to loosen, I had to do it, and it took all I had to get it done. The hitch was binding on the threads which were dry and corroded. The hitch needed to be serviced. The trailer itself was great though.

Laurie CI rented a 15’ truck from you today for a move. Upon arrival I used the self check in feature on my phone. We I did the process and found the truck I would be renting for the day. It was covered in a layer of ice that took me 15 min to get off the windshield, then I started the truck to find that it was completely empty of gas it had 6 miles till empty, then I find that the lock and back door are frozen shut and it took at least 20 min to get the back of the uhaul empty. I was not happy with my experience with uhaul this time. I would appreciate some sort of compensation for this major inconvenience.

She came out and saw how freezing the weather was and she went back in and could not call me to follow her to use the inside of the company and I was waiting for in the cold weather. That was mean. Again the vehicle fuel gauge was not properly recorded instead exaggerated. If I had not taken a picture of it before taking the vehicle I was almost charged $61 for some things I do not know. I will never recommend anyone

Then the so call “manager” is just a rude entitled person. Came at us about the blankets, which i was never told they were rented because we took them out of the truck. I was neither told where to park the truck when bringing it back so i parked and was on my way inside to ask, one of the worker that was with her came up saying that was not a spot to park for return. I explained i was going inside to ask as we just got there and they didn’t say. After that Her and the employee kept harassing us about it even when I explained we were going inside and I was just moving my car from the way to backup the truck; It blows my mind that they even stop on their way out (as they were leaving the property in their on car!) just to talk the way they did and harass us to the point she accused me of “giving attitude to her employee” and now I won’t be allowed to rent from U-haul “ever again” like she said. She even run in like a 2 year old to put me on “the list”. It was pointless asking to talk to a “manager” or someone more educated as she has no sense of listening to the customers and thinks she can talk down to people. It was a horrible experience and I would like to fill out a official complaint. I am sure I am not the first person to be treated so poorly by this “manager”

jim lThe AC/fan stopped working on a rainy day, manager wanted to return the truck and swap for a different one but we already where packed. Charged us for gas but later it was their mistake. While communicating about getting credit that was left on my account didn't mention they automatically send cheques after 24 hrs. You can improve by making sure the air works in all of your trucks and have a better refund policy.

I love the fact that you have to swipe to disarm and swipe to open the door and you have your own lock for the unit itself. I needed a smaller unit and they were very accommodating about putting my new unit on the same floor so I could move things easily enough. I will highly recommend to others!
