I paid for insurance and the trailer hitch popped the front tire when I returned the truck and they charged my account over $200 for the tire damage and it was not my fault.

The vehicle had a check engine light on, and the windshield wipers were needing replacement. I had to drive at night on the interstate, so when it began to rain I did not feel safe driving this vehicle. The smears from the wipers actually made visibility worse.

The particular truck I rented needs the front end alignment done. It wandered around too easy unloaded and loaded and with or without the trailer. Other wise happy with the rental.

No rento más un uhaul los camiones se le alteran las millas en el gps me decían q eran 9 millas y el camión marco 14 es demasiado el robo dije q no me pusieran seguro y lo pusieron 28$ d más que dije q no lo quería y llame para reportar que iba entregarlo al otro día y no enviaron la información y me cobraron a 1$ la milla en fin me cobraron 104$ por 2 días un camión d 10’ y hice solo 22millas por mi gps y el truck marco 37millas

I tried to get the truck using the mobile app, they asked me to take a headshot and i did several times but they kept saying that i have to take the photo again and again, and finally they told me through the chat to go inside for verification which was a waste of time really, other than that the trip went smoothly.

I returned the trailer 2 days early but was charged a one day late fee for returning the trailer 1 day late. When I sent an email requesting my account be corrected. I was told, "You were not charged an extra day, you were charged the after hours service fee of $20.00 for not doing your own return on our website." That is not what the invoice said. It clearly states a 20 dollar charge for an extra day. It shows I turned the trailer in on 12/10/2019, 1:00 PM. I turned it in two days prior to that date. I turned it in the afternoon of 12/8/2019. If not for the fact that I double checked my credit card statement, I would have been charged the additional funds without challenging this charge. This charge appears to be intentional. Will consider my next rental with a different company,

Terrible. Told me one price and gave me another $80 more. I had no choice but to take it I was traveling from Fla to NY. The truck was old the wheels were worn, the light was on, the tire lights went on. it was running rough. I wanted a newer truck there and he said no. U haul always got excuses and gets away with it. I am disgusted. This makes me mad. They never keep their word. Always charging more money than what is told. U Haul is not honest. I am lucky I made it home with my eldery blind mother. Shame on you U haul for doing the things you do

Couldn't haul what I needed. Inside of tire was bald. Didn't look at it that close to start with but once arrived to use it I saw the inside was bald and didn't trust it to haul my expensive boxes.

The front desk girl didn’t explain anything at all in the rental, just gave me a papers and good to go, I was late for my return and she didn’t say anything about the self return in uhaul.com or after hours policy and for that reason they charged me an extra day ($34.99)! Shouldn’t be lime this! They just gave me my money back for her mistake or poor training!

Everything was great at this location. Problem was with web/software issues at both Reservation and at Turn-In just after 7 PM. Tech issues or software/website issues can make or break the whole process: ***Why can't I book online, and/or pay online, and just come in and quickly pick up my trailer or truck? Rental Car co's do it! ***Why do they say I don't have an account under any of my 2 phone numbers or 2 emails, when in fact I've rented from Uhaul a dozen times, and they have my numbers and old orders history, and they send me emails at my email frequently? ***Why is Turn-In after 7 such a pain? Like a moving target of web area 51...Spent a half hour trying to turn the dumb thing in on site, then went home and spent another half hour trying to turn it in from my desktop --- MAKE IT EASY! DUH!...You're going to penalize customers and put obstacles in their path to satisfaction?

This place has been an awesome experience in many ways for me , mostly Thanks to the people who work there. I have rented quite a few trucks over the years , for various reasons , and recently rented a pair of storage units while I searched for a new house, after selling my previous one. I did not have one problem in that time period with the people , or the equipment , or the facility. I have nothing but praise for this place.
