The gentleman I believe his name was Dave, who helped me was very pleasant. The initial space was clean and organized. I love that they have the doors in there that you can open and see the size of the unit you will get. Once I got to my unit it was very clean smelled fresh. They leave you a lock in your unit as well as a small trash bag to take with you. I would defiantly tell family and friends to use this facility.

I had no complaints from this location. The manager was always very helpful and wentbout of his way. I moved to Warwick was the reason I left. I enjoy this location better than Warwick and the pricing is better also. When I was checking out, the man on duty offered to help with an air conditioner I had to put in my car...I didn't expect his help. It wasvery kind and amazing customer service which I always had from this location. Thank you all your help.

Twice we drove 4 hours to access our storage unit and forgot our keys. Both times Curt provided us with a new lock and was as helpful as he could possibly be without overstepping his role. My husband and I could not be more grateful. Always kind and courteous and going above and beyond to help customers get everything that they need. We emptied our unit now but would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone with long or short term storage needs

I originally reserved a first floor unit, if got there and it was on the second level .. stairs are involved.. so it’s not technically the 1st floor! I had to leave the truck with my belongings in it .. drive a half hour away only to pick up the truck, drive a half hour .. unload… THEN drive a half hour back!! The staff was wonderful at the least.

However, your app sucks ass. I spent 40 minutes trying to return a vehicle. I had to start over multiple times, because it was telling me I was in the wrong location. Not sure who developed that app but that person needs to think about a different career field.

I originally reserved a pickup truck at the sandy bottom rd. Coventry,RI store, but when I went to pick it up at 9:00 am the store was closed. I tried to contact the store and could not. I called the 800 number and the representative also tried to contact the manager and could not. I was then recheduled to this store and all worked out fine. I was told u- haul policy states I would receive a $50 credit for the mistake. I'll have to wait and see what happens.

This has to be one of the cleanest and safest facilities I’ve been in. I was able to quickly get a storage unit set up and ready for me in less than 15 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. He helped me out after having some difficulty setting up my unit online and answered all my questions. The unit was very clean and secure. The fact that everything is indoors in a temperature controlled building is perfect for me. I always worry about excessive heat or cold damaging my items. They also offer insurance on your items in case something does happen to them. The only thing that I would view as a downside is that it’s not 24 hour access. They have excellent security on site and cameras recording to ensure your items are safe, so it would be nice to go in at night if I need something immediately. Other than that I highly recommend this Uhaul for storage of any kind.

It’s annoying that when you get shuttled to another U-Haul location further away than your initial reservation, you incur additional mileage cost that isn’t reimbursed. It should be, especially when the original reservation was accepted. I ended up paying an extra $50 because U-Haul sent me further away.

Very clean impressive facility. My issue was that I was told that installation would take 2-3 hours and it took 4 without a firm estimated completion time. Satisfied with staff however; he was just too busy to devote full time ; since we live 30 miles away going home and coming back was not practical. Recommend people be told to drop off always. .

Don’t call the trailer a 5x9 when the open space is less, it’s a lie, my product wouldn’t fit and had to rent a larger size that cost me extra gas money and additional wear and tear on my vehicle because of your marketing campaign that the trailer doesn’t accommodate a 5 ft open space and your don’t tell people that you hide it on the bottom of your webpage list it at the top “be advised open space is 4 feet 9 inches not 5 feet as noted in our advertising”

Terrible the staff charged me extra days even when my paperwork said it was due the 17th and I returned on the 18th I was charged 3 extra days I'm owed $80 I will never use this place ever again

I have had interactions with Curtis who was very friendly, personable and helpful. I have had interaction with two other Menendez of staff in the storage area as well unfortunately I didn't get names but they were both very friendly. I would have kept the unit just based on how nice everyone is but I no longer needed storage. But in the future should the need arise I will certainly be back. Thank you so much

This attendant cashed me out before he had even looked at the truck. He changed the amount of gas in the truck by 1/2 of a tank and charged my card $62 for 12.5 gallons of gas. I only drove17 miles. He didn’t realize I had the receipt from the store I where picked the truck up.

U-Haul was absolutely amazing. Rented a large truck to move from GA to RI, I got sick and needed more time to unload and they had no problem with me keeping the truck (and it was only $40 a day!), I am very pleased with all aspects of U-Haul.

We are very impressed with the facilities clean, safe, secure and convenient storage units. We drove right in to a dry garage bay, unloaded and transported our items using the various size dollies. It was so easy and we feel great about the security. The staff was super helpful and friendly!

Storage unit was well maintained and clean upon arrival. My only suggestion is explaining after hours access to customers. We had a slight problem upon arrival last night and took a few minutes to figure out. Knowing ahead of time that there is a separate passcode box for after hour checking would have been very helpful.

My experience at the West Greenwich location was the best U-Haul experiences I’ve ever had. Ozzie and the team were exceptional!

The elevators in the building need serious repairs. They are constantly breaking down and I got stuck in it for 15 minutes. The emergency buttons did not connect to anywhere in the office nor did it connect to the fire department. The inspection certificate for the elevators are not current. For an elderly woman with severe anxiety, being stuck in an elevator with no help makes for a very bad experience. Also the units do not have lighting.

elevator really needs to get fixed. my mom and I got stuck in it for 10 mins and I was pushing the alarm button and got no response. very scary situation. there’s always an issue with the elevators everytime we go there.

The elevator set up is poorly designed. Storage is on the second floor however the elevators are extremely small. They close way too quickly especially for moving large items. These elevators should be larger than a regular elevator to move people considering its for moving larger items in and out of a storage unit. Freight style elevators would be much better for a storage facility
