Moises CampoThe customer service I received was terrible. The manager and associate were rude and spoke to me as of they were not interested in my business. I was mis quoted prices by the manager then overcharged at the end. I will not use this location ever again and I would be very hesitant to recommend U Haul to my friends and family in the future.
Gregory MarchMy Sideview mirrors were cracked safety hazard. Thank you very much I was overcharged on my first visit I paid for 60 miles and when I returned the vehicle I paid for total 200 miles which is what I drove. I should've only paid for 140 I tried to explain this to the lady at the counter I asked her for an itemized Explanation of my bill. She said she can't do that because I didn't pay very rude and give me a hard time. Also, she was on her phone talking to a family member while she was attempting to do her job. Taking deep breath give me dirty, looks rude and shortcut responses. Shame on you U-Haul horrible customer service.
Paul PigoncelliThe equipment was not clean and it seems like someone used it to haul plants and left a lot of dirt on the floor. The staff was not very engaged with the customer, were busy with personal calls (I can understand if there is a need to take a call but something casual does not make sense) and when I mentioned the dirt and broken light, there was not much of a reaction except "ok"

The overall concept appears promising but the practice does not work as smoothly. I strongly recommend rethinking it and investing in employees because your mobile app is not ready.

Elena HearnsThis is a big location but there was parking for the truck, the young man was very pleasant and took care of me immediately. A hint - don't fill up at the nearest gas station - EXPENSIVE - if you go past the U-Hall about a mile and turn right there is a station that had gas 80 cents a gallon less - and when you have a hungry truck.... but the UHaul site was great and watching them deal with other customers, both the young man and the young lady were very good. Heck, I'd hire them. Knew the business, worked quickly and GREAT customer relations. I don't know all the details but while I was waiting for my Lyft car to arrive, a customer wanted todo something about paying for a vehicle. The staff was not able to do what he wanted but they made several suggestions and he left happy.

Steven MeisbergerI was charged for an extra day! When I picked up the 15 foot truck, I was told to bring it back before closing on the last day, which they told me was 6 pm. I returned it by 4:30 on the day it was due. When I got the receipt via email the next day, I was charged another day of charges because it wasn’t back by 2:15, the time I picked it up! It would have been impossible to bring it back then because we were still moving. When I dropped it off, there was no mention of the extra charges. I’m deeply disappointed by this experience…moving is already expensive enough without an unnecessary $60 charge.
John WolfeWhen a person makes a reservation on line make sure that the equipment is in stock. Don't wait until they arrive to tell them it isn't. Don't quote a price on line n up the price in your store. Also, clean your FILTHY trucks!!!

natashia brownDriver side door of truck did not completely close, but it was driveable. Additionally, equipment that I had reserved (furniture dolly) was not in the truck as it should have been, and upon inquiry I was informed they did not have any more. It was removed from the bill and the staff quickly took care of the reimbursement. Luckily it wasn't 100% necessary and I could do without it but that's besides the point. Reserved equipment should be reserved, not "maybe if we have it that day"

Montaniz StillsI had originally reserved a truck at a location closer to me and the area I needed to go to. However, the place didn’t have the truck their website stated it had in stock and they sent me to this location which was much further from my home and the place o needed to go to. This caused me to spend a lot more money than anticipated. Having to pay $1.99 per mile is ridiculous especially when I had originally reserved at a different location.

JIMMY ABAD CARRILLOTruck barely had any gas 1/8 full. Pulled out of the lot and the check engine light came on. Then we retired if same day earlier than expected and they put it in a day later. So they tried charging 2 days. Called and it will take 5 days to get that money back. Terrible experience.

Representative offered to remove charge from displaying little concern nor offer to locate such a dolly which was my sole reason for reserving the truck… to move a refrigerator. Locates a dolly at Home Depot for higher cost as well as adding mileage to my trip making the overall cost of the truck rental higher.
