Change oil light stayed on, needs to be addressed

Cheryl M.Make sure the trucks are operable and no leaks. Truck 1 had check engine light on. Truck 2 had a bad battery. Truck 3 had a leak that couldn't be seen with the door open. You had to be in the cargo area with the door rolled down to see the hole in the roof. Needless to say it was raining and by the time I got to my destination (two and a half hours away) the ‘tow haul' light was lit on the dash as well.

todd M.I drove over 60 miles to this location. First time, Andrew made a reservation for me for my hitch installation. I got there and Brandon said I wasn't in the system and had to reschedule. Second time I got to my reservation to find out the receiver part was not there and they had to order it. Waited 5 days for my final appointment and hitch was installed. Brandon the hitch tech is awesome, the only reason why I came back or I would have gone somewhere else. Otherwise that uhaul location is unprofessional and didn't offer any compensation for my time and gas/milage to complete my hitch installation.

Their stock of various cardboard boxes and packing and shipping supplies surpass that of the local big box stores. I found their box quality and pricing is equal to, if not lower, than that what you find at the local big box stores. U-Haul truck rental is reasonably priced. Using their truck can save you hours of time you would otherwise spend making multiple trips in your personal vehicle transporting goods.

john O.The ground wire is all loose, not attached and passing right next to the muffler. The harness is all loose and hanging under the car. My husband had to get under the car and put cable ties to hold the wires in place. On a positive side the hitch is nice and solid.
Rachelle B.My only complaint concerns the app. I tried to return the truck after hours. I used the app. When I tried to upload photos of the truck, the app would not let me. I would upload a photo, and when I tried to upload a second photo it would erase the first photo. It was so frustrating! Since I hadn't completed the process, I thought I needed to bring the truck back in the morning during open hours. It turned out I didn't need to do that, but I couldn't tell that from the app. You need to improve your app!

I was being charged for 90 extra miles that I did not use. The mileage that I took a picture of is different from what I was given on paper. I'm being charged for a bunch of miles I never used. I'm very frustrated because times r hard and they could've been a little more organized because thus is an inconvenience for me. I hope to be compensated because I use uhaul quite often and I am very disappointed with this experience

I have rented it from you before and I’ve never had this problem right now I don’t think I would recommend Titusville Storage. After a very long ride from New York to Florida I was in no mind to fight the people in Titusville. Very disappointing. It probably was customer service who screwed up my reservations, but I don’t care who it is I was paying and I expected to get service or at least have a reservation.

The lot is very tight to maneuver trucks in, it might be helpful to have staff do that to prevent damages. dewayne b. | First ImpressionsThe only thing I wasn't pleased with was I paid for my storage a month before the due date and only used it for 6 days àfter and they told me that they don't prorate so basically I lost 174.00 because I didn't need the storage anymore that is a lot of money to give away I think if the person doesn't need it for the whole month they should be able to get the difference of the days that they didn't use back especially if it was only a few days àfter the month started

Colleen H. | Overall ExperienceThe main issue I had was that my due date would be on the 28th of the month and whenever I would try calling in, I'd be placed on hold for upwards of about 40-50 minutes and eventually I would have to give up. I had to wait for a representative to call me to remind me that it was past due and then ended up paying a late fee because I couldn't get through to call in. Other than that, that's the only issue I had.

The property could be cleaned up better (trash, broken glass, etc). They could pay their employees better (one time while I was there seeking assistance, there was only 2 employees. One of them walked out on the job due to understaffing stresses & not paid enough to do everything with just 2 people). Oh! And not to mention, the reason why I left this place. They kept going up on rent multiple times. One time I rent went up 2 times in about 3 months timeframe! It got stupid expensive super quick. There are much more affordable options literally everywhere else.
