Worst customer services I have ever had to deal with. Young lady very immature and non knowledgeable !! Will never use again even if last store on the planet!!!

WILLIAM OI’ve rented from U-Haul over the past 35 years. But after yesterday never again. I rented a truck to move some stuff because I just moved into a new place. I got called into work that morning and since I drive for the city, we are not allowed to carry our phones with us. So when I got off work someone called and left me a vmail that I had 2 hours to turn in the truck or the police would be called and it would be reported missing. I’m a grown man and to have some girl call and leave me a message like that and I couldn’t nor did I want to use it to move more stuff to and from the TWo storage units I rent from YOU U-HAUL. There are plenty of storage units around town that are not U-Haul, and I’m sure cheaper that the four hundred I’m spending with you. I’ve always had a great relationship and always happy using you. Never again. I will never use your company again for storage needs or for truck rental. Not that anyone is even going to read this, let alone give two shits what I’ve got to say, I’m just one customer you’ll never ever even miss. It’s really to bad, I’ve spent along with the company’s I’ve worked for tens of thousands of dollars over the years, you’ll never get another penny from me after being talked to and so disrespected , I don’t expect you to care or respond, Im sorry one girl can ruin a good name and reputation like yours once had with me.

Wes BMaybe close out a customers service when finished and not charging them fees they didn’t accrue. I will definitely be telling others about my experience which was not good. Also in my climate controlled storage unit their was dripping and mold on my stored items.

Phyllis SThis isn’t a reflection of that location so much as the app. The truck was not at 1/4 tank, it had 22 miles to empty. I also paid for a dolly. It was not in the back of the truck. I replaced the fuel to 1/4 tank, 2 times the amount that was in it. I was still charged extra. I tried to use the online chat, it kept disconnecting when an agent came on. I had great cell service I just want to only pay for what it used. I also took the truck back 3 hours early

Rodney VThey checked me in and checked my out before I even began my rental. Then three weeks after moving in, they locked out my unit and said I moved out without telling them, even though my locks were still on the units. They blamed it on a system glitch, but had to manually put those extra locks in my units. Wouldn’t you call someone before doing that?? No one tea co ed out to me at all, and it was pure luck that we discovered it during business hours, as we were preparing to unload a truck. The high school kids they have running this place could really use some customer service and common sense training.

DONALD PI had to tow a vehicle with one of their 15 foot trucks. I was very impressed that the girls just came out and hooked up my trailer for me and help me strap down my car before takeoff.

Employee had an attitude with me because of problems the store had like no cash in the drawer, and the pinpad not working properly when I swiped my card. I was never asked if I had a preference on where I wanted my storage and was just placed into one that was most convient for her to get me out the fastest. Ended up on the 2nd floor where I had to manage my couch and bed through a narrow hallway. I'm pretty sure she was just having a bad day but no reason to act the way in customer service.

After moving a few things into the unit on day one, I came back on day 2 and there was a red lock with a note saying come to the office for non payment. My unit was free for the first month, so that was a little surprising. The office got it figured out but what I did on line was not showing up in the local computer system.
