Well I reserved a trailer found out the o that had one. So they found a location that had one. My original drop off location was on Kingwood where I live. They said they had a location I can get a trailer closer to where I was picking up my stuff which was an hour away from my home. So I go to pick the trailer up and they tell me that I have to drop the trailer off at that location since it was an open trailer, they own that one. I was like I wasn't told that. And I really didn't want to drive an hour back to that place to just drop off the trailer. Soni ended up having to rent a boxes enclosed trailer so I can drop off where I live and had to pay an additional 40 dollars to do it. I was so mad. Just wish I was told that kind of information. But everyone at the locations were helpful just wish on the phone I was given the right information

As we arrived a day early to our U-Haul facility in South Cypress, we were served by Joe who answered all our questions and made us feel welcome. The facilities looked very secure. Excellent service

Poor customer service, had to wait 15 min. Just to be serviced, no one was in the facility. Didn't take cash payments. Had problems using my card. I was told one thing and they didn't deliver. I also had an outside storage there. I was only there for 2 months and all of my furniture and belongings had an excessive amount of mold. Lost over $15,000 worth of furniture that I had just purchased. When I originally reserved the storage. I was rushed by the employee who seemed to act as if I was taking up their time. I had to wait almost 40 mins again just to be serviced in an empty store just to reserve a unit. And was pressured into getting an outside unit for there benefit. Paperwork was rushed and insurance was not offered and now I've lost everything in that storage. I needed another storage but since they were closing soon I was referred across the street to a different storage company. Where they were much friendlier and again purchased the outside unit a smaller one right infront. Had my storage there at the exact same rental term length (2 months) and absolutely no mold. I am a very unsatisfied customer. Will never go here again....

Your app needs a great deal of revision. I found it unclear and, as a result, very frustrating.

Online tools were difficult. Too many adds interrupting the order process. Too few opportunities to step back and make changes. Took way too long and when I re-entered to make changes it forced me to go through all of the questions form the start. Big waste of my time.

The customer service gentleman was very nice and friendly. He explained everything clearly, especially that turn in process. I wish I could remember his name as he was very professional and nice. Cons: The cost of truck rental mileage is ridiculously high and to charge a service fee for dropping off the truck early on your open lot is just money racket.

Confusing, mixed information, documentations were different from request of rental. Verbal instructions were incorrect as far as drop off. I was told I would have to pay more to drop off at same location I was only going approx. 50 mile both directions. HOT MESSS Then on turn in I had to call twice because the worker said my return was not in computer. I was told to call the 800 # again I waited 15 min and told the young man to figure it out I had to go!!! Not a good exp. And will never go back to that location EVER

I live in pa and somehow you are emailing me about a trailer in Texas. I was no were near Texas at this time. Make sure you have the correct email of your customer because I got someone else’s information

I had a rough start with the location on Fry road and was frustrated when I arrive. The representative was not helpful at all. When I arrived at the FM 529 location the representative was EXTREMELY helpful and provided a discount. If I had not already paid for a storage until I would move my things there. The 529 location receives 5 stars from me for exceptional customer service.

I do not know why uhaul would charge an additional $20 to hookup the car carrier when they know it has to be connected to the truck before you leave. It is bad enough that you are paying so much for the carrier it self that should be included in the rental.

Disappointed I was charged an additional $20 just because I dropped the trailer off in the time I said I would rent it (10 hrs), but it happened to be after the store was closed. I told the agent I would rent the trailer for 10 hours and return it at 7:00. He said just drive up and drop the trailer - told me nothing about a $20 night drop off fee. Guess a day rental is only based on the hours the store is open. Again very disappointed.

We were treated so bad by that lady, at this moment, we haven't resolve issues with U-Haul because of her. Terrible Customer Service, charged twice, not want to up grade the rental, didn't report that she received the trailer, etc, etc, etc. It was a really bad experience with this people in Texas! I don't want to do business with TEXAS U-Haul!
