A tire had low tread and needed to be changed for our five hour drive on the trailer they first hooked up for us. But at our request they happily swapped trailers with no problem. YES, I would use them again

This was a difficult drop off because it was after hours and someone dropped a truck at the front of the return line -- there was limited space to navigate because of the amount of equipment maintained at this location - had to really be creative to drop the trailer and leave the parking lot

Dissapointed. Received 26ft truck with no gas in it. a 16th of a tank was a very optimistic way of looking at it. I Called customer service and I was told this is normal. I was offered a gas credit if I would put the gas in the truck. I don't wish to work for UHaul. I couldn't have put more than 10-15 miles on the truck. Truck was clean on interior but poorly maintained mechanically. truck needs alignment terribly. Follows all dips and crown in road. Idles with no oil pressure. Maintain your fleet. I did self check in, so I have no comment on your staff. Next time I will skip UHaul and use one of the many equipment rental apps available.

The staff does an excellent job with customers and managing an under-invested facility. The driveways are cracked, unlevel, unsafe and dangerous, the storage buildings dated and worn with inconsistent, if any, of the proper cooling. It's time for U Haul to invest in this facility - a complete makeover or tear down and rebuild. The employees are great, the company does not adequately maintain the facility.

Stop telling people to have their towing package checked by U-Haul if the people at U-Haul, A. Have no idea why I'm there with a truck to have it checked, B. Have NO ONE to check it, and, C. Ask me, when I come in to have the "check up" done, "Do you have a hitch? Do you have an adapter? Then you're good to go. We were finally "inspected" by a guy working on a car hauler who stated he knew nothing about hitches. Thanks a lot, U-Haul. What a huge waste of time.

Property is clean and well maintained. Previous mgmt blew all the dirt from hallways into units, under the doors. All our stuff was literally covered in dirt. Jared was quite surprised when he saw all the dirt. 33 yrs, we were there. That's a lot of dirt. Sadly, some fabric items are completely ruined. Very disappointing, since we were the 6th unit to be rented when it opened. Over $24,000 spend there and lack of caring employees ruined some of our stuff. It's not Jared's fault, he hasn't even been there long enough to cause it. He was really polite and personable. I wish he'd been there sooner. I'm certain future renters will not have those same issues. Jared seems to be on top of things.

My moving help was badly delayed, secured 2 storage rooms, one climate controlled and a standard room. Unload at 9:45 PM, checked in the truck the next morning. Both employees were fantastic, the girl loaned me her personal cell phone charger. They both made moving a little easier.

My wife and I used this Uhaul storage because we received a free month from Uhaul. As soon as we pulled in we were greeted with joy by Jared. It was a wonderful experience, he made it so easy and helped us out with anything we needed. He and the other employees were very professional, they kept the establishment very clean and organized. We ended up needing a second storage unit a couple days later and looked around for prices but ended up going back to Jared and his crew, and again it was a wonderful experience. Shout out to these people if you need a storage unit or a uhaul rental, definitely make a drive down to them they will get you what you need!

This place is ran by a family who all claim they’re a manager. They are never there during the hours posted, even though they claim to live on the property. Jason molock was very aggressive and cussed on the phone. He said he lives there and is always there…. He may live there but not there for business clearly. They completely lost all my information and I could not get to my unit, he did not attempt to apologize. He blamed it on the system they use, we spent 3 days trying to get someone on the phone. Will definitely not be recommending this business.

trying to unload is terrible . no room to park and unload. UHaul trucks and trailers parked in the middle on both sides of the buildings. if someone is unloading you cant get by to get to your unit. or if your unloading you have to stop and move and then go back to your spot .

I went to storage unitover the weekend to pickup a few items & noticed there was a red padlock & notified the office asap. I was informed the computer wiped out all of my contact info etc due to storm & I had to sign & complete etc. again. Needlelss to say, It was quite inconvenient & a hassle to repeat this process. This has been the WORST Uhaul experience I have ever had. I get trucks fairly regularly and I just am not used to Uhaul falling down on the job in this way. I was over charged by $600.00 my vehicles were NOT ready when promised, I was delayed a day leaving and was still charged full price. Just inexcusable!

For the most part I had no issues with uhaul storage, there were a few items that seemed to have mold or something similar on them when I was moving out my things, most of those items have been in there for almost two years and Didnt have an issue with moisture, so I don’t know if maybe there was a power outage or something. Also when I was trying to cancel my storage I was unable to get ahold of anyone at the store itself even though it was 2 hours before closing, I called multiple times as well as my mom, I was always transferred to someone in customer service. I don’t know why I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone at that location. Other than that it was good.

From day one this facility has taken care of me and all the staff have been kind and friendly. From calling and emailing about payment to rental of trucks I have never had a problem and always have been happy with doing business there. The property is in need of some attention mainly the concrete drives are cracking up and the doors of some of the outside units are hard to raise without them coming out of there track. Also the property is wayyy over crowded with rental trucks and trailers.

The general managers are friendly, proactive and over all excellent. My only concern was that ants invaded our storage and were all over our things on the wall shared with unit 22. We were very careful to not put any sort of food/etc. in the unit that might attract pests. My guess is that unit 22 has something in it. Again, the staff was great. After being a storage unit renter for over 2 years, using auto pay on my credit card, and a frequent renter of trucks by me and my son who own a business that requires truck rentals i checked out of my unit on the 29th of April, 2 days before the first. The employee gave me a receipt, showing no charge due for May. I advised him I was on auto pay and was worried that it might be taken out. He said no. Well, auto pay took the $170.00 for May. I called the local Uhaul number, talked to same employee, he said he was sorry but he couldn't do anything about it, and the manager was not available. I called the 1-800 number, and they said the local manager would call me within 72 hours. He did call, gave me the run around, said it had been more than 24 hours, so he couldn't do anything about it, and wouldn't do anything about it. I asked him if the unit was going to be rented now that it was empty, and he told me because it was no longer rented by me, it was available for rent. Wow. By the way, it took me 2 months to rent that unit in the first place, the larger units are always in demand. So I called back the 1-800 number, and was advised it was up to the local manager what would be done, and that was policy. I told them I wished to register a complaint about it, they advised me they would do so, and the local manager would respond to it within 72 hours. So far I have not received that phone call, which is just as well, it probably would not go well. I will NEVER use Uhaul again for anything, and will advise anyone who asks how poorly I was treated and how I was ripped off for $170.00 by Uhaul. Thank you for the opportunity to leave feedbakck.

I thought that the grounds could have been better maintained. My unit collected many leaves due to poor weather stripping. Friendly staff. Monthly payment too high for size of unit.

Told they had climate control in size i needed. Got there and they did not. Cost me 100's of dollars for movers and then has to get movers again to move my stuff again to climate control. Never again.

Where do I start? What a fiasco. Never again. Spent most of the day with 4 storage rentals.... and 4 total screw ups. In the end I shoved a tall armour in a space with just a door, won't fit!

There was a discrepancy in the unit reserved & what was available upon arrival. After several phone calls to customer service it took a letter to the CEO to get the issue resolved efficiently.
