I was very disappointed with the service at this location. I walked in and the store manager was the only one on the floor another worker was out moving trucks. The manager was on the phone and didn’t even take the time to acknowledge me. I waited another 5mins while he and another Uhaul associate Mr. R talk about emails sent about another customer as they laughed and mock the situation. I will not say the detail of the customer information but I can say working in an environment as such that call should NOT been on speakerphone. I was getting annoyed and STILL wasn’t even acknowledged I bluntly spoke out and asked for help. I’m not sure what was worst me having to ask for assistance or straight being lied to saying I can’t I’m on the phone with a customer when clearly YOU was on the phone with another coworker. And it can’t be denied cause I have names. So I literally had to tell my son to go get the other guy to help us so we can leave. I wouldn’t recommend this location is this is what customer service is and staff just freely lies for no reason ESPECIALLY so called MANAGEMENT.

The wait for assistance was entirely too long. Usually, people who need any type of moving equipment are being held to some time constraints elsewhere. I could have made a new reservation, left, and drove 10 miles to a new location to pick up a truck in the amount of time it took me to get help at this place. They were nice once they finally showed up, but I won’t be back.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Equipment was not closed out as returned, causing me to have to return the next day to point out their error, wasting 2 hours of my time. Totally incompetent. Will never do business at this location again.

One of the employees kept coming inside saying he is going to quit because he can’t handle everything by himself. The lines were crazy long but the one guy employee was yelling and talking about punching concrete walls and quitting. It was horrible

Rented on sunday, took a good 10 minutes before anyone arrived to assist. Returned same day, but person neglected to close the contract. Received the email for non return, call to discuss with uhaul and the person mentioned she would take care of the issue. Week later recieved another non returned email replied to email this time, just received rexeiept so have to assume contract closed...

We get your staff is knowledge about the job they are in but if the client does not work in the same industry, learn how to educate them and not make them feel uncomfortable about renting . I myself own and manage a business but I understand how to never make the client feel less from anyone else .

The staff there was very slow and super unattentive.. There was one person in front of me and it took almost 20 minutes! When I returned the truck a guy walked by and said he would be right back.. I had to chase someone down. 15 minutes later some guy comes by and looks over the truck for ANOTHER 15 minutes like I was a criminal and had done something.. To make matters worse I left something in the truck on Sunday .. Called 3 times on Monday and was promised a call back... Its Thursday! lol And no call... You have great equipment, a clean store and a great, visible location.. But the crew is terrible! Im sorry to tell you that.

I had my car wired to pull a trailer and was told it would take 2 hours. It took 6 hours! Changed the plans for my whole day. Once I actually got my car and the trailer hooked up it went smooth from there. Don’t be in a rush to do anything when you go here, otherwise it was good.

On the day I went to pick up my rental one of the employees walked off the floor while helping a customer and did not return. I waited almost an hour to receive my rental which put me behind to have my rental back by the time I originally had asked for. I called to let the store know I would need my rental longer than expected and asked what I needed to do for that and was told I would be charged the difference when I returned my rental. I fell sick with the flu and was not able to get my rental back the next day like I hope to. Sunday day morning I had received a call from mom stating that uhaul was going to report my rental stolen. I then called the store to see why and still didn't get a clear understanding on that. Allegedly someone tried to call me about the situation but the number that called me when I called back said it was out of service. I've used the location twice and each experience has been poor. The employees seem as though they don't want to be there nor help customers and the wait times to be serviced are ridiculous. I won't be recommending this store to anyone. The location is off 75 between the Beltline and Arapaho exit.

There was a weak team atmosphere at this location. Team members were unaware of locations and duties of other team members. Each team member working the customer service desk would often have to run to the back for some reason, leaving the customer to wait for minutes with little-to-no explanation.

Well yes or no went in at 7 a.m. never got a warm feeling Commerce staff I don't know why but the manager went above and beyond for another customer and I what's playing more spend more and then I went back and the second part of the staff what's your ass cut-and-dry no welcoming feeling from them and I hate to feel that it was either gender bias or Race by us but that's the way I feel
