The Worker here is AMAZING Literally will pull up with my U-Haul to return it and he's already in the process of doing it. This man speaks Customer services, and the best one yet. Make him the store manager of the site.

Iana WYou were supposed to install a 7-Way hitch wiring connector - and you installed a 4-Way instead. When I pointed this out, you sold me an "adapter" to plug it in and convert... but you sold me the wrong one of those!! Nothing was done right here.

munir abrakes on auto carrier transport did not work properly. I took it back and neither attendant even knew there were surge brakes on the trailer and told me it was fine. It was not. I have rented this type of trailer from Uhaul 10 times. The second one's brakes did not work well either, and when stopping the trailer kept pounding several times against my hitch. Additionally the attendants were not very polite, chastising me for parking in the wrong place when i had specifically asked where to park.
Robert WI'm confused why I was charged for 12 protective pads and not only 6. There were 6 in one pack, and 6 in another pack which were tied up in the truck with a green plastic lock. I didn't use them thinking this would save me money since I didn't break the lock. I also didn't use the utility dolly which also had a green plastic lock thinking I would save money by not breaking the lock as well (plus I ended up not needing the dolly and the additional 6 protective pads anyways). Why was I charged if I didn't break the locks?

Talha RThe rear door of the first truck we checked out was frozen due to cold temperatures and snow overnight, so we had to inspect and check out a second vehicle. We bought the LDW, but it had a $250 deductible, so we still had to fully inspect the vehicle for damage. Many rental companies waive deductibles when their LDW is used which eliminates the need for a tedious inspection process with pictures being needed to dispute damage not visible in the low resolution photos provided as verification to the renter. Explain how tolls will work. After using the tollway, we entered the truck on our toll account for the hours of our rental. We did not know the type of truck to use and we were told by the tollway authority that this license # is considered a passenger van even though this 4 wheel, 10 foot truck has no windows other than in the cab. There would have been no match to our toll account, we were told, had we not gone to the office of the toll authority to manually pay our toll charge within the 14 days allowed and describe the vehicle we used. Charges assessed by U-Haul for tolls are likely to be higher to allow for their processing, thus, we wanted to pay our tolls before U-Haul was billed for them.

mohammed fMost of the time the gas tank is not full There has been many times that I put in extra Gas because it’s to hard to figure out the exact Amount to put in on the contract the gage on the Truck is not the same as on the contract I even talked to the manager at a different location were the gas tank was on the f but not Totally full and I was told not to argue with her As a customer this rubs me the wrong way And there was a time I put in a little less gas in and Was charged 10 dollars I rent at lease 4 times a month Thanks Brad
Brad GI walked in an no one welcomed me or indicated that they were even there. I found a lady sitting behind the counter that was rude, lazy and clearly did not want to be working there. I asked if there was somewhere I could park my car while I had the uhaul for a couple of hours and she asked the other man working there - he didn't even look at me and just said no. I returned the uhaul and the man just walked out the door, did not speak and looked over the vehicle and then just told me how much I was going to be charged and he turned around and walked back into the store. Worst customer service ever. Did not even acknowledge that I was a person, much less a customer.

Evelyn CI frequently rent from this U-Haul location. The managers,Ray and Sanders, are always helpful, courteous, and respectful to their customers. Being a regular the team there always gives me the red carpet treatment. But I also get to see them interact with the other customers. Sometimes those customers are agitated and frustrated. Let’s face it “moving days” are not usually easy or fun. The team at this location treats those negative, stressed out, and sometimes even hostile customers with that same smile and red carpet treatment the hat is shown to regulars like me. GE I and Matt are really great employees. Hats off to them! I know that it’s because of the great leadership at this location. Keep up the great work Niles U-Haul! And thanks for your consistent great service.

Joseph GThe gas cap was supposedly loose, turning on the check engine light. I was able to call the number and get to talk to a mechanic, which was reassuring, but the light turned on and stayed on for the duration of the use of the truck, which was a little anxiety-producing. The teen who was the customer service agent was polite and provided good customer service.
