The attend was rude thought i was going to have to do his job for him. Was charged $59.00 for being a hour late but should have been 30mins. Will really have to think about using uhaul again in further.

Everything about this experience one of the worst customer service experiences of my life and I have a lot of patience. When we got there to pick up the car tow, it was iced over. Myself and my dad had to physically remove all the ice and snow on it in freezing temperatures. Only to find out that the lights of the car tow don’t work. So, we had to once again physically remove all the ice and snow ourselves from the car tow. Then we noticed that the car tow we just cleared ice off didn’t have plates. The gentleman who serviced us said it was fine. We basically did all the heavy lifting and work that should have been done before we arrived. I made an appointment. And the manager was zero help. I hated everything about the experience and honestly, I feel like I got robbed for the amount that I paid for the car tow. My dad and I did labor that we had no business doing but we did it cause we had to hit the road for a move. I would really want someone to contact me and give me an immense apology. And honestly, I would also highly recommend I’m compensated monetarily for the HUGE inconvenience I went through that day.

I picked up the The inside cab of the truck was extremely dirty. The windshield wipers need replaced. Don’t ever try to call him their store. It will always go to their call center and the store will not return their calls. You have to go in person to ask any question. Very friendly staff. I would still rent from them again. they are about the only one in town that has turn over of equipment.

We were very happy with our experience with Uhaul. Our only complaint is that we originally step up to pick up the truck in Odessa. Then found out the day before that there weren’t any 26’ trucks to rent in Odessa. We ended up having to drive to Midland which wasn’t that far but sort of inconvenient.

This location has signs displayed to move the equipment up and that the customer should wait with the equipment. After several minutes of waiting, I went to the office. 3 employees. None knew I was there. I instructed one what the sign says. He didn't know that. Another knew what the sign said, but they have no way of knowing when someone drives up. They took my key. Didn't check gas. Didn't inspect for cleanliness.

Very quick drop off. One employee focused on returns made the drop off very fast and efficient.

Employees had very little knowledge. Was charged incorrectly and had to call customer service. CS called and spoke w/ location and she states they were confused as well. Place smelled like onions from some of the employees eating Whataburger.

I had to downgrade the day before because they did not have the truck I reserved. I was told if I didn’t answer they would have canceled over voicemail. I ended up taking the smaller truck and took two loads, using more gas. The equipment was not in the truck as stated so I had to go back. Both situations in which I spoke to someone I was promised a discount. Then when I returned the truck a guy with a small ponytail was rude when I asked about a discount after not receiving my reserved truck and my equipment he told me “ well you received your equipment didn’t you.” Yes I did after taking another trip back to U-Haul. In the end I used more gas, kept it longer. I ended up getting a credit after the weekend was over finally speaking with a manager. I understand things happen but the employee with the bad attitude ruined my experience and I will never go back.

Had some problems getting power for my DRL's and the staff helped me look for the short to get me rolling down the road.

The order that I made and was expecting was 100% altered. I ordered for a 26’ moving van and 5 furniture pads to be picked up at 9:30 a.m on 1-25-20. I received a 20’ moving van with no furniture pads that I had to pick up at 11:15 am on 1-25-20. Which changed all of our moving plans. The employees acted like they could care less about not meeting the customers needs. No discount or anything was given even though what I got was not what I ordered at all. Anyways, I’ll never use this location again, and I will make sure no friends or family I know will use this location or U-Haul period.

I rented a trailer at 2803 W wall midland TX. I was charged 2 days when the contract was from 10:45 -4:45 date 1/21/2020. I picked up at 11:15 and returned it at 2:45ish on the same day. there should be 2 recorded messages, one of the original rental and the second at 4:27 after I got a text that it had not been returned yet. this message will state the time I returned it and them verifying that is has been returned all before the 4:45 deadline on1/21/2020. So how is it that I get charged 2 days?

The guy that helped me get the trailer and hook it was awesome.. But, the guy who answered the phone when I got a text saying that I did not drop the trailer off on Monday night when I did drop it off on Saturday night and no one was there. He wanted to know what he wanted me to do. I just asked him at least to make a note that I dropped it off, because no one told me I was supposed to do anything when I dropped it off. I had put the paperwork in the mailbox and parked the trailer. Last time I rented a truck and just left the keys and everything was good. He was not helpful and I think he was probably clueless and didn't actually give a damn. But he finally transferred me to someone that could actually help. Next time at least tell the customer when you drop it off to check in or something. I think it was because it was MLK and they had not checked to see that everything was there and returned with paperwork. I was already back in Midland and if I clicked the link then like he said, it would show the wrong location Other than that it was all good.

Everything was great. Had an online reservation for a trailer and although there was a bit of a wait when I first arrived at the Uhaul center, once I was helped, it look all of 10 minutes to verify my reservation, hook up the trailer and leave. I did use the online check in, which helped cut out a lot of time. I was also able to use the online return, which was super easy to use. Overall a very easy and painless experience and will definitely recommend and will be using this location in the future.

I made reservations for a 6’ X 12’ trailer in big spring two weeks before I would need it. I was called the day before pick up that they did not have the trailer and I would have to go somewhere to pick up that trailer

I have been living in this area for a year and the three times I have rented equipment the experience has not been good the workers are but it seems that they do not want to work, they should change the manager

My scheduled pick up time was for 0700. The employee responsible for opening the store did not arrive until 0820. His excuse was he failed to set his alarm clock. The truck was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke in addition to being extremely beat up. There was still a cigarette in the ashtray and trash throughout the cab.

We made a reservation at a different location which was more convenient and closer to our house. The day of the reservation it was moved to this location. When we arrived all the moving accessories - dolly abs blankets we reserved were not available. We were told that they were first come first serve. This defeats the purpose of reserving. We had to purchase a dolly and spend an extra $100 since the reservation was not honored and we also were 5 miles over and charged which was the Added distance for the change in pickup location.

The truck I reserved was not available and nothing was done to rectify. I was offered a smaller truck and had to pay same price. Truck was filthy inside cab and in the box. Furniture pads were dirty, filled with stickers, and crumbled up. Yet, we were told to return truck in pristine condition and with all pads clean and folded along with truck swept. Truck had to be swept twice before we could even use it. Will not use again

We first ordered a Cargo Van online. We received a text message only an hour before we were supposed to pick it up that said the van was unable. I had even called the day before to confirm that the van would be available and was assured that it would be ready. I cannot recommend U-Haul.

When I went to pick up the U-Haul, the guy at the counter was rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there, he didn’t explain anything, just gave me the keys. I had to ask questions for awhile to information needed. Very unprofessional and will go to the competitor next time.
