shahnazz bThe app was atrocious! The app dumped all photos after the third one was taken. After SEVEN attempts to upload photos of the vehicle to prove location, cleanliness, and no damage, I closed the app to restart. Instead of restarting, I received a text notifying me my rental had been returned. I believe the payment went through, but I have no way of knowing if anything was saved for the return. I have taken pictures and saved them to my phone if you should have any questions or concerns about its condition. The truck was locked and the keys placed in the drop box.

BRUCE BI will not be recommending this place to anyone. When I called to make a reservation, I had to stop the manager from continuing to make me feel inferior because of my accent. When I confronted him and made him aware of what he was doing, he didn’t like it but still proceeded with my reservation. When I picked up the cargo van, I was given a dirty vehicle that smelled like horse poop. It was clear that it was a way for him to punish me for pointing out his lack of respect towards me earlier. He knew why I needed the rental van since he asked while booking the reservation. It was to move a mattress. So, I understood the message as soon as I saw the vehicle inside. Thankfully, I had a large piece of cardboard that I could use to protect the mattress from getting stained. Ryan needs to become a better person and understand that we all live in a country full of immigrants. Even though I wasn't born here, I am a US citizen and deserve to be treated with respect.

Steve LOnly disappointed in the Uhaul corporate policy, not a reflection of this location, that I could not return for credit two (2) bundles of blankets (unopened). I tried to return them to Uhaul the next day after we packed the truck, but prior to leaving the city, and was told could not receive a refund per policy.

Jimmy CWas very disappointed when I found out that when I returned the truck with extra gas in it I was not given credit for that gas. If I had returned it with low gas I would have been charged. Uhaul needs to make some provision for this.

Eugene DSo Dalton is a schmuck and he needs to go back and attend customer service 101! He lacked in every way to give good exposer. So I came into return the van one night through the app(which is so slow and dangerous by making me sit in a dark parking lot to complete very slowly)so I was completing the steps and we got through almost all of them well we got to what I thought was the last step where you park the van and take pictures. Well I parked the van and the app kicked me out and then told me to start the process over me being frustrated at this I left with the van because I was never told what to do with the keys. Well the next morning Daltons dumbass calls me saying he is going to report the van stolen. If I was stealing the why would I have tried to drop it off the night before. Please explain I am totally embarrassed and irritated at this situation and how it was handled

Joy LThey got me to get insurance on the auto transport and the truck but they never mentioned the extra $5 to get roadside assistance which covers a lost key or so I was told by your customer service. We ended up loosing our key and had to pay over $220. I mean Jesus if we were getting the other insurance which was a lot more of course we'd gotten the roadside assistance insurance but ut was never even mentioned or offered!! Terrible service if you ask me.

When I was originally assigned a unit I found that the building's air conditioning was set up in that particular unit, but a quick walk down to the office had that fixed up by switching me to a nearby unit. Very convenient elevator next to where you can back up a U-Haul truck into the facility for easy unloading/loading. All in all would recommend, slightly pricey for me at the moment but if I have the need for a unit again I would gladly choose this facility.
