Had a huge problem with the drop off location that the app directed me to. It sent me to a spot in the road which was not anywhere close to the drop off location. Then I saw a location, thinking that must be it, but it wasn't and they would not take the trailer. Then it sent me to another location, and same issue. That location told me where the one I needed was.

Great, experience. I had a question about the initial receipt and when I went to turn it in the employee who also happened to be the GM was super helpful and fixed everything right away. I was nervous to ask and he had caught the issue even before fully explaining. Really appreciate the quick service and the friendliness of the employees when picking it up and returning in.

Upon arrival, Emmanuel Butts stated computer systems were down nationwide but he was very patient, pleasant, professional, and courteous with all customers, including the rude customers. My experience was outstanding due to his excellent leadership skills and customer service. I always rent from this location and highly recommend it to other customers.

Hours state facility opens at 7. Arrived at 6:50 waited until 7:30 to return equipment and no workers were there. There were a line of angry customers that were waiting to be serviced.

The equipment was fine, but despite the fact that I explained that my Venmo card was not a “store credit card” and not a “secured credit card” and that it was fully funded by Synchrony Bank AND that I’ve used it with UPS in the past, they refused to take it. Incredibly ignorant and arrogant employees. The U-Haul experience itself and return process was neither here or there.

Emmanuel was the general manager and did a wonderful job helping me. It was my first time using U-Haul and I was surprised by how seamless everything was. System is a little slow but the experience was great. Very fast check out and would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing to move.

The Manager I Emmanuel goes above and beyond his call of duty personally coming out making sure all details were satisfactory to me. Security goes a long way with me. I really appreciate the people you have here at this facility I feel a little more comfortable at night, knowing that is somewhat secure.

Great service. Loved people's vibe. However, there is a small note I initially reserved for Feb 17, but someone from that location called to reschedule earlier I said let's reschedule for Fev 13, 3 PM. Then I got a call in the morning requesting me to come out at 1 PM. I said I had work and couldn't go. The gentleman over the phone was very polite, but 4 stars just for calling too much for this or for that There is a reason we have a calendar. To schedule.

The staff were fantastic. We picked up a 9x5 trailer and they met me at the trailer, hooked it up, met us when we pulled back in and unhooked it for us. Reserving online was easy, checking in was easy and drop off was great.

Emmanuel, the person who I checked in with for the rental was very courteous, professional and helpful yet he was very stressed out. You guys need to hire more people. He was the only one in the office, running around, delivering trucks and supplies, charging customers, doing everything. Keep it like that and he will burn out real soon. It is unfair in my POV.. There were two people ahead of me in line and a few minutes later there were another 4-5 more customers waiting. Unless you fix this issue I would not recommend this location.

Over 13 years of renting and we had two incidents during that time, I’d say that’s pretty good. Staff was always helpful and friendly, many times I received a call that my rent was due, they were helping me avoid late fees. Overall, it was a good experience..

I want to make a personal thank you to the GM Emmanuel and his staff. He had a team full of amazing working with him. Everytime I step foot on property greeted me with a warm hello. I was going through a storm in my life everytime I was seen by staff everyone said hi with a smile and it was heart warming. Best UHAUL dealer in Houston. Emmanuel was the one who took care of me when I first got the storage and also the one who closed the account with me. When moving in I was so stressed out that day, nothing was going according to plan, that wasn’t even the location I pick first but honestly I’m glad they picked it for me, Emmanuel was welcoming from the very beginning. He informed me about the insurance, the ins and outs of the gated area, when to expect the bill all while he was the only employee inside the store taking calls and letting other customers know he’ll be with them in a moment. When closing it was pretty quick and he let me know they always have storage available in case I ever need it.

I like using this place when I need something ASAP that’s not climate controlled. I’m using CubeSmart off of Westheimer and Dunvale I started at $246 and on my third month they raised it $100 WTF good thing I’m getting out of there it was just temporary but still that space goes for around 500 at other CubeSmart‘s WTF they tell me it’s supply and demand well I demand they keep the price at $246 lol😂

I have been a customer of this location for many years dating back to when Mary Christian was there. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. Any minor problems always quickly addressed. Staff was always accommodating and tried to meet my schedule. Most recently, Mike, Roger, Vicki, & Wes have been great to work with. I would quickly recommend this location to anyone.

It took me three visits to get someone to help me cancel my storage. I went during office hours but the door would be locked or there would be no one in the office to help. I realize these are strange times. Parking is very difficult there now if you need to go in for supplies.

The door to the storage facility was not functioning properly, which I reported to management but they never did anything about it. I moved out of the unit at the end of April and continued to receive payment notices and then late payment notices until last week. Very poorly run facility. I would not recommend.
