All was great, but when I was going to move, I had my foot on the brake, and when I put it I gear, there was a thump on the bottom of my foot, from the parking brake. Needs to be checked out. I did tell the girl at the desk, when I checked the truck back in,, about it
Ann SquibbTrailer had I lot of debris in the bed that needed swept out. Overall not a big deal I simply swept it out before loading it. Mr Davis was super helpful and did a great job!

Michael KilmartinThe truck was supposed to be ready at the 615 S Havana Street location. My son, Cameron, waited in line for 30 minutes to find out there was no truck. They directed him to the South Abilene Street store where he picked up the truck. The staff at the Abilene store was friendly and helpful. The staff at the Havana store was not. He said it was "night and day" - the difference in customer service. I was told that UHaul is giving us a credit for the inconvenience and the extra mileage.

She explained each step of the process. I was very impressed with her professionalism. She then took me around to the entrance, showed me both card readers and then escorted me to my unit. Definitely a first-class operation.

Bruce ClounieAssociates made eye contact but did not greet us upon entering the store. The associate who checked us in, Robert C?, was thorough but not at all personable. His co-worker seemed bothered or too cool to be helping customers. Robert was helpful upon the return of our rental and got us checked out in a timely manner. Overall, he did a great job. The van was filthy inside and out, making it hard to see out of the windows. There was no inspection of the vehicle with us at the time of pick up. I did record a video of our rental to note any damages and the condition of soil on the vehicle. Store was clean.

Maria HoaglandFilling the truck up to full would be immensely helpful so customers don't get charged the $30.00 fee for returning the truck with less than a quarter tank of gas left which I didn't do but was still charged for it. This is borderline predatory business practices I should receive a refund for this mistake on Uhaul's end.
Marco ValdezI rented a unit for the 24 hour access. I went at 11pm denied access. I was told it was fixed and no access. told again fixed. no access. again and again. most times i went in about the issue i had to wait 20+ minutes. i spent numerous hours trying to get this issue resolved and lost income by not being able to access the things i needed. . It was NEVER resolved. i am thoroughly disappointed in the facility.

Claressa ThompsonThe rental agent tried to get me to book an 8 hour rental Even the the price was the same for a full day. If I had taken his advice I would have been charged extra for a late return even though it was less time than permitted for the price. I asked for 2 sets of blankets and only received 1. The truck's transmission or gear box made it sound like the thing was going to explode even with a slow acceleration. The back gate needs to be greased - hard to operate. The right guide bar for the ramp was missing completely.

Destinie JonesIt is the worst place to rent a truck - when they gave me the truck they told me that it didn't have much gas and that I had to go put gas in it - when I started the truck two blocks away the truck turned off due to lack of gas, I returned to the place and the The person I was assisting told me: “It is your responsibility to call roadside assistance” - you can believe that answer - IT IS THE WORST PLACE, THE WORST SERVICE, THE WORST THING IN ALL OF DENVER AND AURORA - I promise not to return again.

We had to get it fixed in Omaha which took about three hours to do and got us on the road very late. The customer service at this location was very kind, but a very poor installation.

I showed her my email offer as well as told her that the Colfax manager had called when I rented my van to ensure a space was available, and it was on speaker phone so I heard Rodney confirm that it was. The assistant manager was adamant, but in the end she gave it to me. More importantly, she is not the best face for U-Haul: she indicated she did not like her job very much and could not wait to find another. She was organized and great with the system, but given all of the good experiences I have had with U-Haul, she was definitely a sour note at the end of a busy moving day.

Well,I only had to drive it to public storage down the street and back. The gas needle never move from the time I got it,till the time I brought it back. The lady checking me out said, it had moved 5/8 of a tank now you need to fill it up are give me 60 dollars. Well being disabled, I was hurting so bad I just paid the money. It was much easier. This is the only complaint that I have. M

Great security system and access to my unit. It was raining when I moved in and having an indoor area to unload the truck was awesome. Unlike some storage facilities, they have many points of entry, so even if your unit is deep in the facility, it’s not too far of a walk to get loaded. Great pricing too! And no homeless folks living in the units like my last place had!

Called uhaul again this time to find out I can't get in after hours without doing the "buy it now" through storage facility website. Did this, got keypad code through text. Entered it at door, door opened, went in, alarm went off. Did this 2 times not understanding why. 15 minutes later received email telling me I need to enter it at 2 different keypads, neither of which are named on the wall what the email calls it. Finally figured it out. The exit door says to alarm your unit upon exit. I have no idea what this means or how to do it. Looked through all.of my emails and signs on wall, but didn't see anything. Would suggest some more clear signage on your walls that match emIl communication.

There were several distractions that other employees were doing, causing a delay in me getting settled. I felt the rep should have told peers to wait until the customer was done being served. The peers need training so they can stand on their own instead of bombarding the other rep. Overall, it was an ok experience.
