I have used this location a number of times. I used "After Hours" drop off. It has an accessable return area and the procedures for return are easily performed without issue.

Elizabeth BI was at the location before 5:00 pm on a Saturday 4/6 and there was a sign taped on the door saying it was closed Saturday. Their drop off area was full so I had to find a section towards the end to unload the trailer. The bar code on the trailer would not scan on the app so I had to call Uhaul to check the trailer in since there was no one to help me on site. We eventually were able to check the trailer in but it took close to an hour to drop off and check in the trailer. Had someone been onsite the process would have been quicker.

DAMIEN LLocation was closed, even though it was normal business hours. They overcharged our account for extra days that were removed due to overcharges by the district manager. Why account was not flagged by district manager or multiple customer service calls / complaints I don't know.

Brandon KThere was no oil or transmission fluid in the vehicle. We did not bother to check it, presuming it had been done. This out our travel plans behind, causing us to be half a day late on the return of the van and incur the cost of the oil and fluids.

William MTruck had no cruise control USB port, the check engine light came on, and the gear shift was wonky loose. Last U-Haul we rented back in July the AC went out. After being charged and additional $114.00 for mileage ($1.00 per mile) on a trip and price that was already set. Last time we were charged $87.00 for gas on a tank that was only half full when we got it. I will NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN.

The dealers are very different, due to their primary business … gas station, storage facility, etc. I’ve found better attention to safety detail from dealers that have an automotive business format. Regardless ask questions , and assist with the trailer hook up..
Ryan SI was charged a mile more than I should have been. The starting mileage was one mile higher than noted on my receipt. I should have asked the gas mileage as I returned the vehicle with too much fuel and also had to pay the extra mileage...should be a trade off. There used to be miles included or better mileage prices. Couldn't find a better customer service rep though! Awesome.

Corey MTrailer shook continuously when brought up to 55mph. Location closed early on the day I needed the trailer, requiring me to change my schedule to pick it up earlier. I was not informed of the fee for drop-off after hours despite discussing my intentions multiple times. The app needed to avoid the fee was completely useless due to software bugs. I only avoided the exorbitant fee because customer service put a fee waiver on my account once they confirmed the app wasn't working.

Mel'Lissa RTrailer hadnt been swept out, still had a ratchet strap left in it from previous renter. Towed trailer home, and then to my storage unit. Loaded it up and only then realized that one of the tires had practically no air in it.

Pamela PWhen I picked up the truck it had 1/4 of a tank of gas. The receipt said 3/4's of a tank. The person there told me he knew it was only 1/4 and would change it. When I returned the truck it had over 1/4 of a tank of gas. When I got home and received the receipt I was charged $51.75 for a gas charge. I have contacted where I returned the truck and they said they could do nothing about it. the truck ran fine and I had no issues with the rental other than this fuel charge. My advise is to make sure everything is well documented or you will be out of luck if there is a problem.

Christopher R | First ImpressionsI think the “disc lock” rule is ridiculous and I don’t understand it, BUT if that’s something so needed, it should be in bold lettering/advanced notice that uhaul requires this “disc lock”. I wasted my money on a lock that wasn’t “acceptable” and now have to make another trip out to the storage unit just to buy and change the lock. That would be my only complaint. Love the online move in process aside from that.

For three hours of local use, including gas, it was over $100. So much for your $19.99 nonsense. You don't refund for unopened blankets or the overage of gas, which is pretty much gouging the customer. We feel ripped off. I'll be sharing the same on Yelp.

Patrick BMy unit was hit and the door was ripped off. They secured my door with additional locks but there was damage to a lot of my stuff so to the door not being in line with the building. To make matters worse no one called to let me know that my unit was damaged. I was not given the opportunity to move units or anything to stop damage from spiders and mice. My wood furniture has white mold on it. This was extremely poor service. Will not use this facility ever again

The claims like also is a joke. I know that they put the truck right back on the line..., just like the last guy did.

Apparently when you rent a Uhaul truck or a Uhaul storage unit, Uhaul takes your money and reservation and never actually "assigns" it to a specific truck or storage unit. This happened with my truck AND my storage unit. I showed up to the storage facility on my move-in day to find out that the unit I reserved was not available, nor were any other units available in that size. I was then in a position that I had to agree to pay $50 more every month for the next size up (because I knew my stuff wouldn't fit in the next size down and I had movers on a ticking clock). The CSR I worked with was very kind and apologetic; I have no complaints about him. I also appreciate that his manager gave me a free month of storage because of this error. This specific storage facility is fine. My unit was clean, I feel safe when I go, and I have confidence that my stuff is safe. I cannot say I would recommend this facility to a friend though; specifically because of the association with Uhaul and the terrible Uhaul experience I've had.

I was tired from moving and didn’t notice the paperwork until it was too late to change it. Then after many months of paying that amount I finally moved out before my rent was due and I notified the manager. And guess what? I was still charged $104 even though I’m no longer using the storage space. Now I’m still trying to get a refund. The facility is nice but the business practices are not.
