It was super easy to sign up for a unit site un seen. I had to buy my own locks which is different than what the website said "locks included". That said I only had warning about that because I spoke to an agent on the phone prior to booking. Access in and out was super easy and the space was ready to use. The walls between each space aren't exactly the most secure I have ever seen before.

I am APPALLED at myself for giving your giant corporation as much money as I did. I just didn’t have the proper help to move it out. If not for the local gal that still works there - I definitely would have been gone years ago. NEVER recommending Uhaul storage to anyone.

DIANA N | First ImpressionsSmaller than advertised, door lock hinges are misshapen and difficult to hook locks into, bottoms of doors are misshapen and cut into storage space which seems to be smaller/more irregular in size than advertised.

Contacting the main office should be more accessible. Overall this is a great storage facility operated by kind and supportive staff. I would definitely rent from them again and refer people there.

Jakob K | Overall ExperienceMy one complaint is that I filled out the request for a storage unit thinking it would be in Penn Valley but when it was in Grass Valley it made the location far less convenient. I do not think that is the fault of the storage manager who was super kind and helpful but rather UHaul's online system.

Besides that and the 24 hr access that isn't 24 hrs, it was what you'd expect out of a storage facility.. Clean office and the lady working there was super nice and answered all my questions.
Devon F | First ImpressionsI came @ 6:40pm to drop off the truck when the hours for the location said that it was open until 7pm. It was also supposed to be a 24/7 drop off, but there was no where to leave the keys. I tried calling UHaul to solve the issue but waited for over 1 hour on hold.
