I’ve used this location many and have received nothing but superb service.

The person who helped us at check in was extremely rude and came off as we were an inconvenience for being there even though we scheduled the pick up days prior. When we returned our rental the person who helped us was nicer but didnt do anything to help. They made me unhook the trailer and walk it back to where it needed to be. This just seemed very lazy on there part. My wife is handicapped even though I have back issues I went ahead and did it but what if I wasnt there? Just seems to me the employees at this location are very lazy and would rather be paid to sit there and do nothing than actually work.

The person that checked me out was nice but the checkin person was not nice at all he had to be asked to say thank you. The location I don’t really care for but it’s close driving in from Lindbergh is Ridiculous.

Process oeoples orders on time. If I would have never called to check the status I wouldn’t have gotten my deposit back. It’s been 5days already and there’s no telling how long I have to wait now since it was processed.

Took too long to be helped. There were 4 or 5 people working there but only one who seemed to be able to assist customer in getting or returning a rental. That is the reason I gave it an average rating.

The gas was by the e and had 8 miles to empty I didn't fill back all the to 1/4 and was charged 24 not okay considering bill was 191 for 2 days 24 miles pretty good and had to rent a cargo van to finish.

The facility was great and they probably deserve 5 stars BUT when I’m told 24 hours prior to pick up that I have to drive 30+ minutes away to this facility for the truck I want then it has to be reflected somewhere. Upon being notified of this extra mileage and trek to the pick up location, the remedy was give me $8 off the vehicle and increase my mileage. $8?! - That to me is barely an effort and you could have actually done something to make up for the issue of readjusting all the previous moving plans that were established. Not your best effort, Uhaul - I’ve come to expect better after using this company for multiple moves and city transports. Smh

You can explain to the customer that if you return the truck after hours and need assistance because the mobile return system had issues that there will be a fee... Not pleased!
