I do not know why I was charge for 2 day rental, when I return the truck on Sunday after hours. Also I lose a hour of service because we moved our clock ahead an hour for daylight saving time. The truck was picked up Saturday evening right before closing and returned Sunday evening

Harold C.The transmission shifter is not in synch. When I stopped for 30 minutes and tried to start the truck, it wouldn't turn over. I had to move the shifter several times to find the sweet spot where it would start.

The person at the office told me to keep a picture of the odometer and they will fix it when returning the car but the manager was not happy about and told she wasn't trying to deceive me. I am sorry about the way she focus the issue
Regulo R.Upon returning the car trailer, they didn't seem to know what to do because I was only returning the trailer and not the truck. After getting the vehicle unloaded, I had to back the trailer into a spot because they didn't want to. When I returned the truck two days later, those on duty were great.

No possible way did I put 33 miles on the truck but y'all screw me every time I have rented from you . Never again will I rent from uhaul!!!

I went in there today and my rental was for 63.00 but when my notification on my card got my phone it say it took 138.00 pending.when I said something to the woman she said that it should only have to 63.00 out pending. I even showed her where it says that they took 138.00 pending. So when I brought the truck back I got a 6.00 credit pending bc I didn't use all the miles. Well my card still shows that they are taking 138.00 pending. So I'm just ass out of 85.00. Never again
Earnestine D.They did not have the 15' Truck I reserved. They had to put me in a 20' Truck. I thought they would still charge me the $29.95 rate, but they didn't. I picked up one truck and made three turns. I returned the truck because the Steering was very dangerous. I got a 2nd truck, but it was dirty on the windows, very dirty. They need to kerp there trucks Clean and well Maintained. I also was wondering when you all start calling people while you are renting a truck. I found that to be unbelievable. Even my Sister wondered why Uhaul would call her. I've never had to deal with anything like that ever with Uhaul. Christie was great at Customer Service. She did everything in her power to help me. I would just like my $10 back, because it's not my fault the person didn't bring my truck I reserved back. I should have been charged the same rate at $29.95, and not $39.95. Aldo My reservation had a lower cost than I was charged. I need someone to contact me about my charges please from Customer Service.

There were a few eye rolls and exasperated sighs involved. Chalking it up to Monday morning irritation. Will use location again, hopefully with better interaction.

We dried most of it off & put it in different boxes or just brought it home. One item that got damaged but, that we can't really put a price on, is a computer "shipping container/box". So, we just let the facility know so that ithe unit can get repaired. The Manager was very kind, professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Thank you!
